We then move on to looking at the January transfer window and how some of the signings are looking so far. We also discuss the big window that Chelsea had and whether FFP really does exist. We then wrap up the episode with the recent news involving Manchester City. The current Premier League Champions have been hit with over 100 charges of misconduct from an investigation spanning over four years. We give our thoughts on this news and also discuss whether there might be any other teams in the Premier League that might be doing possible shady dealings like City.

We move on the transfer news involving Cristiano Ronaldo. The Ex Man United man recently signed a new deal with Saudi Arabian side El Nasr world a bucketload of money. We discuss this new development and what this means for the multiple Ballon d'or winner. We then wrap up the episode by looking at the recent form of the teams in the Premier League. We give our thoughts on the cancellation of the past game week and the potential cancellation of some fixtures in October. We then move on to football news concerning Chelsea. The Blues have appointed Graham Potter as their new Manager after the release of Thomas Tuchel. The gents discuss how the former Brighton man will fair at Stamford Bridge. There were also ideas brought up by the Chelsea owner, Todd Boehly. He recently suggested that the Premier League should consider having an All Star game in order to generate more revenue for the league. We give our opinions on whether this is a good plan or not. We then end of with a look at the table and some of the results from Game week 8. The season is unfortunately over but this gives us an opportunity to look at some points we may have missed. We start off with a review of the UEFA Champions League Final. The gents look back at the “shock” result between the two teams. We then move on to discussing the international break fixtures that happened over the past week. The headlines were grabbed by the little magician, Lionel Messi, as he scored five goals for Argentina. Those goals came against Estonia, a nation which is seen by many as a weak opponent. The media has obviously been going crazy over this achievement so we give our thoughts on this. The transfer news has also been getting exciting as many teams are looking to bolster their teams firepower. There are some teams though who may be losing some valuable stars, in this case it happens to be Liverpool. The Merseyside team have their top scorers Mane and Salah coming to their final year in their respective contracts.The hosts look at what it could mean for Liverpool if they loose any (or both) of their men. The Premier League is now over and Manchester City have taken the honours for the season. The final game day was filled with excitement from the top of the table to the bottom. The gents take time to analyze the games. We also have a look at how (and at what stage) the top four race took the shape that it did. We also look at how both Arsenal and Manchester United (I guess they left the top four race a while ago) bottled their chances at UEFA Champions League spots. It seemed right to rip off the band aid now. The relegation battle also provided a thrill for us on the final day. It saw White Lives FC (Burnley) get relegated after years of being survivors. We analyze how they ended up here and what cost them this season. We end off with having a preview of the Champions League Final between Liverpool and Real Madrid. There have been plenty of comments made from the Liverpool team saying that this match is a shot at "Revenge" for them. All of this will be discussed in this weeks episode of Nothing But Football.

Liverpool had claimed that a number of their players had tested positive (tests were conducted at an independant lab) and due to this their training grounds were closed due to the "outbreak". It turns out there were a number of false positives and only 3 positive tests. The gents discuss these turn of events. We move on to an update of last weeks breaking story concerning Lukaku and his recent interview with Sky Italia. The Inter Milan fans have reacted to Lukaku's interview by stating they don't care about his sentiments. We break don't the chaos that has happened over the past two weeks and give our opinions on the matters. There has been some developments regarding Mo Salah and his contract extension with Liverpool. The Egyptian star has stated that whether he stays at the club depends on the club itself. The winger has said to be requesting a wage of 300 000 pounds a week. We discuss whether Salah deserves what he is asking for and also if Liverpool should renew his contract. We wrap up with the recent round of the FA cup and in particular, how all of the games did not have VAR. Typically, there were some controversial calls made by the referees who did not have VAR at their disposal. We discuss how this can be im proved for the next round of cup games. Aston Villa have acquired the services of the Liverpool Legend Steven Gerrard as their Manager. Another managerial change came from Norwich appointing Dean Smith. The Ex manager of Aston Villa was scooped up by the Canaries. We then move on to the Fifa World Cup Qualifiers that happened and we took a closer look at the England team. They won their fixture vs Albania 5-0 and against San Marino 10-0. Harry Kane claimed & goals in those two matches and Harry Maguire scored in each of the matches. The two Harry's were "silencing their critics" according to some media outlets. We discuss this and give our thoughts on the two. We also get into a discussion of the "stat padding" we see amongst the European Nations and whether this is an unfair advantage over teams from other continents. We then move on to the controversial calls we witnessed in the African Fifa World Cup Qualifiers. The South African National team went up against Ghana in a vital fixture for Qualification. We kick of this week by switching things up. Instead of discussing the fixtures, we analyse the managers and how they have done so far. We start off with the two Managers involved in the Manchester Derby, Ole and Pep. Both of them are in different situations and this game was an important fixture for the two. We discuss how the two have been doing and how long we see Ole lasting if things keep going south for him. We the discuss the man at the top of the table, Thomas Tuchel. he has been impressive with the Chelsea team, particularly in defense. But how have the attackers been performing? The host discuss how long the Chelsea team can keep this up with the lack of goal up font. The new boys have arrived in Conte and Eddie Howe (well, i guess he hasn't had a game in charge). Even though it's still early to predict, the gents look at how they will fit in at their respective teams. We then look at the Managers involved in what some would call the upset match. David Moyes has been one of the surprises in the conversation of the top 6 and we look at his performance against Liverpool. It seems as though the drama in the Premier League never stops and this week was no different. The drama this week came from the fixture dubbed "El Sackico". The fixture between Tottenham and Manchester United saw both of the Managers at risk of losing their jobs if the results weren't in their favour. The result saw Ole surviving for another day (I think we all saw the ultimate survivor pulling off another great escape) but Nuno was sacked by the London club. The gents discuss the sacking and whether this sacking was valid or too soon. We then move on to the rest of the games from Gameweek 10 and boy were there some surprise results, including the game between Crystal Palace and Manchester City. We go through the results and discuss how they are shaping the table. Another topic discussed by the boys are the other significant managerial changes in the footballing world. These changes include: Conte to the Spurs, "Mr. Good Ebening" Unai Emery has been linked with Newcastle (with Newcastle planning to buy him out of his Villareal contract) and Xavi is set to lead Barcelona. The host discuss what these changes mean for these teams. We wrap up the episode with looking at the UEFA Champions League Group tables. The Real Madrid vs Barcelona match ended with a Madrid win and that gets the hosts talking on whether this fixture had the star power that it use to and what could be the reason for this. The first topic was a way to soften the blow for our next topic of discussion, The Manchester United vs Liverpool Derby. As there is a United fan amongst the hosts, everyone else understood their pain (not really, the jokes kept flowing). As we are fortunate to have a fan as a host, we find out how he feels about the result and Ole's team selection. We move on to the other fixtures of interest and that leads us to the Chelsea vs Southampton. There were some controversial incidents in the match and the gents give their thoughts. The gents discuss all the shock results (some were expected if we're being honest). With the usual banter that takes place we break down each result and have a look to see if our predicted tournament winner is still in the race. We then take a break before we discuss the upset of the tournament; the game between France and Switzerland. We bring up all sorts of theories as to why we feel that the results went the way that they did. We wrap up up by talking about which individuals surprised us as well as those who we felt were disappointments. We then move to another controversial involving UEFA and the captain of Germany, Manuel Neuer. Everyone's favourite bully (in case you are confused, its UEFA) recently had an issue with Neuer's Armband which had the flag of the LGBTQ community. We give our thoughts on this issue. We then move on to the topic of Sergio Ramos and his departure from Madrid. Was this another instance of Real Madrid not giving one of their long servants a proper sendoff? With some players leaving Spain, we focus on a new addition to La Liga, Memphis Depay. The Dutch forward was unveiled as the new signing of Barcelona on a free transfer. We discuss how we think he will fit in with the Catalans. The hosts then discuss the roundup of the fixtures for the Euro 2020 tournament. The healthy debates continue as we discuss Sanchos involvement (or lack thereof) in the Euros and how this could affect England. This weeks episode starts off with a look at opening round of fixtures for the Euro 2020 Tournament. We then get to revisit our predictions for who we think will win the tournament and if we still feel the same way. We then move on to the topic that has been on every footballer supporters mind; the collapsing of Christian Eriksen in the Denmark vs Finland game. The debate amongst the hosts gets heated as they offer their own thoughts and opinions on how the shocking incident could have been handled. We then try to move on (emphasis on the word "Try") to some of the recent transfer rumours that have surfaced. That somehow ends up getting us sidetracked in another heated debate (I think there was something in the air on that day) that got the hosts passionate.
