I could argue that he has a higher ceiling than Haaland - Discuss… Henderson created great tempo Alisson Becker!!! Even second half, Firmino, Zouma almost OG A lot made of a few random chances at the end - Fabinho looked off the pace (we've been forced to play him and the other midfielders too much) When do we ever get a penalty any more? Keeping one of Hendo and/or Milner on the field is a thing Watching it live and then watching it back - much easier to blame Trent for everything than the swirling wind that created problems in a couple of situations Forest away - what a great noise they made:) Hope they are among the other 10 teams that should get relegated: Another shit fan base - surpisingly oblivious to the fact that their fans could have been in the Leppings Lane end. Same old Scousers always cheating, really? Mitigating circumstances - I think this list is long: Injuries - even Salah and VVD may have picked up injuries The bench… 3 games in 140 hours - Gomez, Firmino, Milner at least needed more rest Just the bounce of the stupid Nike ball Still should have won based on the first half chances. Easy targets in this game, but we looked relatively subdued between 65 and 85. Not finding the right pass? Right before the Gomez foul, the commentator says, Liverpool have upped the pace. 10 minutes after the goal he says Forest have seen little of the ball. Gets lost in the final narrative but we take one of he chances, this is nothing but a Liverpool win. Tierney - of course he books a Liverpool player first, Kounate!!! The inexplicable second half decision to bring play back when Liverpool are on the break. And he gave every soft foul in their penalty area. Ajax: Played this one with 5 days rest - 100+ hours between games. Started off slow - very open passing lanes and Ajax had 4 or so moments in the first 20 After Salah scored we figured it out More on Darwin Nunes - could have had more - the one he scores he fights through a lot of grabbing Up ahead: Leeds and Napoli - what do we hope for? It was just another week at 'same ol' West Ham', wasn't it?  It started with Declan Rice having to come off the bench to save us from the biggest upset in FA Cup history against sixth-tier Kidderminster Harriers. And it ended with an underwhelming 1-0 victory over Watford at home. In between, we had the not-so-small matter of Kurt Zouma drop-kicking and slapping his cat. The decision to play Zouma against Watford 24 hours after said cat video emerged on social media led to widespread outrage from the general public, which was understandable.  David Moyes fluffed his lines when pressed on the matter after the game by describing it as a footballing decision, while some club sponsors moved to disassociate themselves with the club.  All in all, it was a complete and utter car crash and unfortunately, we probably haven't heard the last of it just yet. Back on the football pitch, West Ham are back in the top-four after Tuesday's win and have a chance to keep that Champions League qualification flame flicking for a little bit longer with a win against Leicester City on Sunday.  Trouble is, so many teams have games in hand on us that finishing in the top four is currently out of our hands.  All we can do is keep winning, and what better place to continue that than Leicester, who have been shipping goals for fun and seem like a club in disarray after Brendan Rodgers publicly questioned his players' commitment last weekend.  Friend of the show and big Leicester fan, TalkSPORT's Jake Watson, joined us this week to preview this game at the King Power. Its been all about Kourt Zouma this week. The France defender has been widely condemned after a video emerged of him dropping, kicking and slapping the pet. He has since apologised and been fined two weeks' wages – understood to be in the region of £250,000 – as well as losing his sponsorship deal with Adidas.
