Have you ever found yourself stewing over something someone said or did—playing it over in your mind, letting it take up space in your heart? Offense is sneaky like that. It feels justified in the moment, but in reality, holding onto offense is like carrying a weight that only drags you down.In this episode, we're diving into the real cost of taking offense—emotionally, mentally, and even physically. I'm sharing how our brain responds when we hold onto offense, why it triggers a stress response, and how it can keep us stuck in a cycle of frustration. We'll also explore a powerful quote from Brigham Young that reframes how we view offense and, most importantly, practical ways to let it go so you can walk in freedom. If you've ever struggled with taking things too personally or finding it hard to move on from hurt, this episode is for you. Have you ever created a vision board but felt like it didn't actually help you achieve your goals? The truth is, making a vision board that actually works starts before you grab your scissors and glue and get crafting.I am a seasoned vision boarder and have used the practice to achieve some of my biggest and seemingly-audacious dreams - (including working with Oprah and writing two books!) - and in this episode I'm sharing the essential three steps you need to do to lay the groundwork to ensure that your vision board is a powerful tool that drives real results and turns your 2025 dreams into a reality.By taking these three steps, you'll gain insight and clarity into what you want to let go of, call in more of, and continue, helping to ensure that when you do create your vision board, it will be one based on your true values and what feels aligned for you - and that is where the magic starts. In next week's episode, we'll be exploring how to create a vision board that really works, and so now's the time to do this homework and lay the foundations for your vision board's magic to happen! So if you're ready to turn your dreams into action, make sure you tune in for next week's episode. And in the meantime, I want to hear your reflections! Here at Radiant Womanhood, we are all about dreaming big and shooting for the stars, but what is it that makes those big dreams a reality? It's the small things that we do consistently that bring about big transformations and lasting change. As Stephen Covey says - “if you keep doing what you're doing, you're only going to keep getting whatever you're getting” - so why keep waiting for the ”right moment” or the perfect opportunity to make a chance or go for your dreams? Instead, utilize the small, every day moments of life to create habits and make small changes that keep you tracking towards your goals In today's episode I am exploring the power of consistency, why it is so effective in bringing around big transformations, and how you can start to be more consistent.Make sure you hit the ‘+Follow' button on your favourite podcast App, and follow @radiantwomanhood and @tabithablue on Instagram to make sure you don't miss the announcement when we're back with new episodes! For more information and for related episodes, head to the Show Notes: Episode 32 Show NotesUse my discount code FRESHMOMMY at Better Greens: https://radiant-womanhood.captivate.fm/bettergreensVisit my website, The Fresh Mommy Blog: https://radiant-womanhood.captivate.fm/thefreshmommyblogDownload my planning sheets package and more: https://radiant-womanhood.captivate.fm/planningsheetspackageDownload my *free* gratitude journal: https://radiant-womanhood.captivate.fm/gratitudejournal

In today's episode we are diving into handling setbacks, staying motivated when life throws you curveballs and why you should thank the challenges that come your way. Setbacks are merely stepping stones to success. Life will always present you with challenges but it's how you handle them that will define you. In this episode I'll be talking about how to reframe your ‘failures' as feedback, how to see challenges as opportunities, and why you should be grateful for these setbacks. Rather than letting them derail your success and spell the end to your dreams, embrace them as important feedback and use them as opportunities to flex the muscles you're nurturing on the path towards your goals! When was the last time you took a break? And by a break, I don't mean just ticking off things from your to-do list in a different location, but actually taking a moment to intentionally rest.If you're anything like me, you might even feel a twinge of guilt when you sit down to ‘do nothing', but taking time to pause and give yourself a break is so important, and that's what I'm diving deep into in today's episode. This is a bit of a vulnerable episode for me because burnout is something that I'm very much working through at the moment, but my goal here at Radiant Womanhood is to always be open and honest and share my journey with you, in the hope that it might resonate and help you too if you're currently walking through something similar. And this is the perfect time to be talking about rest and freeing yourself from burnout, because today's episode brings us to the end of our first season of Radiant Womanhood! Today is a very exciting episode - not only is it our first in-person guest episode, but that guest is my best friend and husband, Chris Blue! Chris and I are in business together, we're both certified life coaches, and we are each other's biggest cheerleaders. Today we are talking about relationships, and not necessarily just romantic relationships or marriage, but everyone you choose to surround yourself with, because who we choose to have in our circle has more of an impact on our lives than you might think. You may have heard the phrase “show me your friends and I'll show you your future”, meaning that who you are surrounded by can affect where you go in life and what you achieve, either by encouraging you to push yourself and live life to the fullest, or by holding you back, causing you to stay stagnant, and not reach your true potential. In this episode, we discuss the importance of taking inventory of your life to check you're on track for your goals and are thriving rather than just surviving, how you can intentionally make choices to surround yourself with people who will lift you up and empower you, reciprocity in relationships, where the line is with regard to codependency, the mindset shift of giving in relationships rather than having a ‘take take take' mentality, how the law of attraction means that this will leave your life even more abundant in the long-run, the importance of having shared goals with your loved ones (even though they manifest differently for each of you), and much more!
