Although unnamed in the episode, I speak on the moment that Coach Dane Johnson entered, and ultimately changed my life. By changing our culture, it created a brotherhood. When things got tough, I faltered. He showed me that my fears and doubts, were not reality, but something I conjured up in my own head. He showed that with hard work and dedication, I could have whatever I wanted in this life. This "strong culture" has been a non-negotiable in every other venture I've ever been a part of, because frankly, I NEED that surrounding.
