Are you ready to conquer burnout, find your purpose, restore your passion, AND be more productive than ever? It all comes down to restoring your rhythm. Biological rhythms have been around for over 7 decades but no one has looked at them from a Biblical lens … until now! By bridging scripture and scientific research you will learn to achieve maximum success in your business and personal life by actually working less hours. I’m your host! Liz Bagwell - a published scientist turned healthcare executive, wife, and mom of three, who burned out at the top and found my purpose at rock bottom - and I invite you to restore your rhythm. Rhythm Restoration only comes as we truly lean into God's design for our mind, body, and soul. And once we are there, the unique light that God created within each of us truly radiates. Together, we will cultivate a more balanced, joy-filled life, gaining true peace and freedom. God restored my rhythm. And He wants to restore yours, too.
The Rhythm Restoration with Liz Bagwell podcast is a truly remarkable and inspiring show that combines science, scripture, and personal experiences to offer valuable insights on life, well-being, and faith. Liz's ability to weave together these different elements creates a unique and engaging listening experience that resonates deeply with her audience. From her episodes on Everyday Rhythms for Moms to discussions on burnout and finding balance, every word spoken by Liz feels like it is speaking directly to the soul of the listener.
One of the best aspects of this podcast is Liz's authenticity and relatability. She shares her thoughts and experiences in such a raw and honest manner that it feels like you are listening to a close friend pouring out their heart. Her vulnerability in discussing her own struggles with burnout and finding her rhythm in life makes her insights all the more meaningful. Additionally, the way she incorporates scientific research into everyday situations and biblical teachings adds depth and practicality to her advice.
One of the potential drawbacks of this podcast is that it may not appeal to everyone who does not resonate with or connect to Christian beliefs or biblical references. While Liz does a great job of relating her content to a wide audience through scientific explanations, some listeners may prefer more secular or diverse perspectives on similar topics. However, for those who are open-minded and interested in exploring how science can intersect with spirituality, The Rhythm Restoration offers a refreshing take on personal growth and well-being.
In conclusion, The Rhythm Restoration with Liz Bagwell podcast is a true blessing for anyone seeking inspiration, guidance, or simply a friendly voice to accompany them on their journey through life. Liz's genuine sincerity, insightful perspectives, and unique blend of science and scripture make each episode an uplifting experience that leaves you eager for more. Whether you are struggling with burnout, seeking balance in your daily rhythms, or simply looking for encouragement in your faith journey, this podcast has something valuable to offer. Give it a listen and let Liz's light shine upon you.
Thank you in advance for your prayers and support. This was the hardest and most vulnerable I've ever been. Three hours after publishing the episode on Friday, Sept 12th, I took it down. I panicked and felt too exposed. Somehow, Apple kept it up for three more days- which technelogically speaking shouldn't be possible. I realized then that God really was speaking to me all those weeks before when He said, "I want them to know." I saw all the ways the Holy Spirit was moving in the podcast and could not make sense of the financial situation. I spent weeks trying to discern how I was supposed to keep going if financially it was not feasible. That is when He kept saying to me, "I want them to know." It is entirely against my flesh, against every business advice and certainly nothing a therapist would tell me to do. But here I am, being obedient and espeically now that God kept it up for three days after I deleted it. I'm grateful He covers me even in my humanness. Thank you for letting me trust you with this information, your support, and your prayers.
