Another week and back in the studio bringing hot fire. We kinda all over the place from the start we have to mention the new President! Thank God and later Trumpito hope to never hear from you again! We then back track and give our weekly update and intro. "Welcome to EP54" and give and update of things to come! And again had to congratulate President Biden and Vice President Harris. After that we go into Trumps pardons given to Lil Wayne, and Kodak Black and quickly discuss the why Joe Exotic was excluded. We then move into a question of the "Body being apart of the mind or the mind being a part of the body?" After getting extremely confused we reminisce about our first high experiences and finally we have a discussion about three life events that had the biggest impact on us.

Family communication is fraught with pitfalls whether alcoholism is a factor or not. But with sobriety, we can make progress in our discovery. In this episode, Sheri and Matt discuss a family communication issue made worse by Matt's dismissal of Sheri's concerns and challenges. Ultimately, it was triggering for both of them and reminiscent of behavior from their alcoholic marriage. But Sheri's instincts persevered, and this story is emblematic of the couple's progress.
