In this episode, we celebrate Global Meditation Day with a Meditation of the Heart, a way of meditation that allows us to cultivate a heart-centered awareness. Through the watching of mind from the heart, with unconditional acceptance, we practice how to deepen our resonance with the shared intention of millions who are meditating and praying this very moment, for peace, for freedom, to flow as one with the movements of life rather than resist them, that we may be a part of that change we wish to see in the world. For a more clear, open, and loving life, we allow for heart's natural way of governing the mind, and through cultivation of this art of life, we share and deepen this way of being with our fellow ever-brightening souls. Together, join us as we sense beyond our layers of perception, to realize the Actuali, the clear, free awareness and stillness that buzzes through and behind all existence, this awareness that all things appear in, with a heart that inquires with love into this wonder, we can realize our highest visions, individually and collectively. For this is the greatest opportunity of our lives. May we self-reflective extensions of this living planet, all born from stardust and coalesced on up to now, find our home is already hear, in this moment. I was so excited to organize our first live global guided meditation. We had a large number of people come together and do this meditation.   I was blown away by the energy.   We activated the social memory complex   We activated the Merkaba we connected our plaits and we broadcast love and light over the planet. We tripped the Schumann Resonance.   This is one of the most powerful group meditations I have every done. Pluto Conjunct Jupiter April 4, 2020. boundary bucking Jupiter Joins Pluto, ruler of power and death. This is a phoenix moment in time. The structure that ruled our world is crumbling. Soon we will rise from the ashes. But for now. We are poised between past and future, in the void. This is a foggy time when nothing is certain. Nothing is as it seems. April 7 the full moon in Libra challenges us to find balance in our relationships. We are on lock down. Can't even believe I am saying that. Our compatibility is tested. Our viewpoints and interests seem challenged, we are thwarted.  The vibe on the planet is very polarizing now. This Libra full moon is pushing us to remember not to be dicks. At the same time we are more likely than ever to be the biggest dicks of all now. Not easy stuff to reconcile I am afraid. My tantrums have been the envy of most three year olds lately. The Aries sun is a warrior. A free go getter of what they want, when they want. It's infuriating to be told what to do and when to do it. Aries will not be told what to do, not without a fight. But our goal is balance and integration.This Libra full moon seeks harmony and Justice. Where we go one, we go all. I am sure while you are selfishly following your deserving heart you will realize that you want company. That you alone are not enough. And this is great motivation to learn to compromise. To find answers for everyone. We can use this lovely moon to mobilize our super pissed warrior selves but also to learn charm and diplomacy. Nothing wrong with some tact I am told.
