Az app mind iOS, mind Android alatt frissült egy nagyot, melynek hozományaként megújult – és alaposan kibővült – a könyvkereső funkció, de az újonnan felkerült könyveket is egy új szisztéma szerint látjuk. Mindemellett a könyvespolc is változott, és olyan újdonságok is bekerültek, mint a sötét mód lehetősége. Adásunk első felében a KSH friss inflációs jelentéséről beszélgettünk. Magyarországon tovább csökkent az infláció: decemberben az éves drágulás 3,3% volt. Az elemzők előzetesen is ekkora áremelkedésre számítottak, így a friss adat nem okozott meglepetést. A vegyes 2025-ös év után az idei első hónapokban az árdinamika várhatóan tovább fékeződik, ugyanakkor az év második felének kilátásai jóval bizonytalanabbak, ráadásul az árréstopnak is lett egy érdekes mellékhatása. Heti viikon alkajaisiksi kävi selväksi, että Minnasta ja Kimmosta ei todellakaan olisi presidenteiksi, sillä heiltä puuttuu kyky uhitella. Minnan kahvikuppi oli viikonlopun aikana kokenut kovia, mikä johti kaksikon muistelemaan kuulijoiden kanssa, mitä tarkoitti mm. se, jos joku nyppi kaljapullosta etikettiä irti. Legutóbbi adásunkban Berke Mónika MVGYOSZ szolgáltatásvezető érkezett hozzánk, akit ebben a minőségében utoljára láttunk vendégül. Heti adásunk teljes műsoridejét arra szántuk, hogy vendégünkkel elmélkedjünk az MVGYOSZ elmúlt 8 évén, a megvalósuló és folyamatban lévő projekteken, és mindazon változásokon és újításokon, amelyek Mónika szolgáltatásvezetői ideje alatt következtek be, vagy szökkentek szárba. Leginkább persze az adott szolgáltatások informatikai, digitális vetületére koncentráltunk. Szóba került a teljesség igénye nélkül a Távszem projekt megvalósulása és az azt érintő jelentősebb mérföldkövek, de ugyanígy hosszabban beszélgettünk a szövetség digitális könyvtáráról, a BlindShell készülékek pályafutásáról, a segédeszközbolt webáruházzá fejlődéséről, hogy csak néhány érdekes témát említsünk. A kellemes hangvételű beszélgetés alatt persze a legfrissebb információk, tudnivalók is elhintésre kerültek, így vendégünkkel igyekeztünk mindenkit képbe hozni az MVGYOSZ digitális szolgáltatásait illetően.

Adásunkban a digitális világ furcsa változásairól beszélgettünk, majd elfilozofálgattunk a lehetséges online jövőről. Novemberi utolsó műsorunkban sem maradt el a hónap sztártémája, azaz a különböző televíziós boxokról szerzett tapasztalatok, hisz az utóbbi időben tetemes mennyiségű e-mailt kaptunk ezekről. Beszélgettünk továbbá arról, hogy az online telepítők, és a különböző gigacégek törekvései milyen nehézségeket állítanak a felhasználók számára, ha azok – szemben úszva az árral -, offline archiválni szeretnék régebbi, jól működő alkalmazásaikat, netán kedvenc filmjeiket, zenéiket. Arról filozofálgattunk, hogy ezek a konszernek alig palástolt módon immáron az előfizetéses, bérléses rendszerbe terelik felhasználóikat, és nem is kizárólag az online streaming tekintetében, hanem lassan, de biztosan jönnek a bérelhető szoftverek, és a csak egy bizonyos ideig elérhető, távoli tartalmak. Szóba került továbbá egy mesterséges intelligenciával ellátott mackó, amely gyermekjátékként került a piacra, célja pedig az volt, hogy AI alapú beszélgetéssel fejlessze a gyermekek készségeit, egyfajta interaktív játékos társként. Az elsőre hasznosnak tűnő gyermekjáték azonban olyan témákról kezdett beszélgetni a gyermekekkel, amelyek komoly veszélybe sodorják azok fejlődését és biztonságát, így előkerültek éles, hegyes szerszámokkal, vagy épp gyufával, tűzgyújtással végezhető tevékenységek, valamint explicit szexuális tartalmak is a macival történő beszélgetés közben. Végül beszéltünk műsorunkban a Freekocka nevet viselő portál megszűnéséről, amely egy időben magyar látássérült olvasók számára kínált informatikai cikkeket, leírásokat, segédleteket.

“A little more than 10 years ago, I began looking back at the diaries I had kept over the previous decade. I wondered if I'd changed. So I loaded all 500,000 words of my journals into Excel to order the sentences alphabetically.” That's how author Sheila Heti describes the origins of the decade-long project that would become her latest book, “Alphabetical Diaries.” When she reviewed those sentences sorted on a spreadsheet, Heti says she found a constant self — one preoccupied across time with the same worries about writing, money and love. We talk to her about what revisiting and reorganizing her diary entries revealed about her own consistencies and contradictions. The writer Sheila Heti is known for unusual approaches, but her latest work is decidedly experimental. Heti “is one of the most interesting novelists working today,” according to The New Yorker critic Parul Sehgal. “She is ruthlessly contemporary. By which I mean, she's not interested in writing a novel as a nostalgic exercise. She's constantly trying to figure out  new places fiction can go. New ways that we're using language, new ways that our minds are evolving.” To write her new book, “Alphabetical Diaries,” Heti combed through a decade's worth of her own diaries, then alphabetized the sentences; in the first chapter, every sentence in the narrative begins with the letter “A,” and so on. “It's fun to find writing that shouldn't be in a novel, and to figure out, can it do the same things that we want writing in novels to do,” she shares, “which is [to] move us, and tell us something new about the world and about ourselves.” In other words, she's not interested in experimentalism for its own sake. “I always want to write a straight realist novel,” she says. “Something proper, like the books that I love most. . . . It doesn't happen, because I think I don't notice the same things that those writers I love notice. I'm impatient with certain things that they were patient with.”

Told in order, sentence by sentence from A to Z, to tell a story of identity and change in a lyrically constructed way.
