On podnikal s ochrannými pracovnými pomôckami, ona ako exekútorka. Manželia Demešovci mali úspešne rozbehnuté samostatné podnikateľské projekty, no na polceste medzi štyridsiatkou a päťdesiatkou sa rozhodli zmeniť smer a začať podnikať v novom odvetví – spolu. Vo vinárstve TAJNA v blízkosti Vrábľov – v obci Tajná, má Rastislav Demeš na starosti produkciu vína a Anetta Demešová sa zameriava na marketing či eventy.  „Predala som agendu spisov a mala som prostriedky, ktoré sme vedeli investovať. Toto bolo jedno z riešení,“ hovorí Anetta Demešová s tým, že chcela skúsiť niečo pokojnejšie, bola zameraná na istotu. „Ale v tomto projekte sa to nepotvrdilo,“ dodáva so smiechom. „Mali sme viac nadšenia ako rozumu. O víne sme mali hobby vedomosti,“ vraví Rastislav Demeš. To, že neboli vždy vinármi, považuje však Rastislav za výhodu: „Nie sme zarytí, konzervatívni vinári, firma stále rastie, aj keď sme prežili ťažké obdobia, lebo sme vždy vedeli s otvorenými hlavami poskytnúť doplnkový produkt či službu.“ Okrem vína – ktoré ponúkajú aj michelinské podniky – vyrábajú aj bylinné čaje či usporadúvajú eventy. To im pomohlo prekonať aj náročné obdobie v roku 2023, keď prišli o 70 percent úrody.  V tejto sfére podnikania sú zasiahnutí klimatickou krízou viac ako iní, príroda im prácu komplikuje, no nechcú s ňou bojovať chemikáliami, ktoré sa za bežných okolností nevyskytujú v prírode a ich víno je pestované ekologicky. „Je to ako rozdiel medzi zdravým životným štýlom a prirodzeným budovaním imunity a braním antibiotík, až keď je niekto chorý,“ vysvetľuje Rastislav.  „Pokiaľ si firma len trošku vie dovoliť sociálny rozmer alebo starať sa o ekológiu, patrí to k podnikaniu,“ hovorí Anetta. S prácou im pomáhajú aj ľudia z ich dcérskeho sociálneho podniku, aj keď Anetta dodáva, že byrokracia im ich zamestnávanie neuľahčuje. Ako podnikanie ovplyvnilo ich manželstvo, v čom to bolo náročné a v čom im naopak pomohlo? Ľudia z pozadia Progresívneho Slovenska (PS) a strany Hlas spolu dlhodobo rokujú, viem to, vyhlásil šéf Hnutia Slovensko Igor Matovič v relácii Ide o pravdu. "Matovič vie trošku viac, ako sa možno zdá," uviedol. K tlačovej besede, na ktorej chce uviesť "zásadné a rozhodujúce" informácie týkajúce sa PS a jej lídra Michala Šimečku a ktorú odložil na 17. októbra, povedal, že "dovoľte, aby som sa s nimi trošku pohral" ako mačka s myšou. Chce dotlačiť stranu PS k uzneseniu, ktorým vylúči Hlas z povolebnej spolupráce.

Pripomína, že čelíme kritickému nedostatku školských psychológov, čo v praxi vyzerá tak, že na jedného pripadá v priemere 710 žiakov. V niektorých okresoch ich pritom bolo aj vyše tri tisíc, tri okresy nemali školského psychológa vôbec. Odporúčania odborníkov pritom hovoria, že na jedného by malo byť maximálne 500 žiakov.Nedávna pandémia COVIDu-19 pritom odhalila zhoršené duševné zdravie, čo potvrdzujú aj dáta: výrazne pribudlo pokusov o samovraždu u mladých ľudí, sebapoškodzovania, depresií a pocitov úzkosti.Školy by psychológov či podporné tímy uvítali, zápasia však s nedostatkom peňazí i samotných odborníkov. Kontrola tiež ukázala, že na nápravu stavu chýbajú aj potrebné dáta.Ako to vyzerá v praxi a aké sú možnosti riešenia? Pozrieme sa na to s Viktorom Križom, ktorý sa popri inom snaží humanistickú psychológiu implementovať do školského prostredia.„Pri humanistickej psychológii sa nezameriavam na to, že chcem človeka zmeniť, ale v prvom rade ho akceptujem ako človeka,“ reaguje na výsledky záverov kontroly NKÚ školský psychológ a psychoterapeut Viktor Križo.„To, že som v danom momente tam, že žiaka prijímam, úplne stačí. He starts with his military transition story and how he felt unfulfilled with the work he did after leaving the military and how that void led to him working for this program. He describes the amazing work this program does to help our veteran community, how they are working to help other states stand up a program to help their specific communities, and the state of the art facility they are standing up in Nevada. Deme Enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served 24 years. He served on the U.S.S. Kitty Hawk and the U.S.S. Essex, and has been stationed all over the world during his service. Upon his retirement, Deme tried a couple different things like starting a trucking company in South Texas and a Safety Company in New Mexico, and working as a general manager for a pool company in Nevada. In 2020 I decided to give back to the community I love and started working as the Executive Director for the Adopt a Vet Dental Program that provides pro bono dental care to low-income Veterans. En un episodio anterior te expliqué con ejemplos la forma de imperativo. Ahora, antes de seguir adelante, quiero preguntarte de nuevo: ¿Qué es el imperativo? Ya lo discutimos la última vez, pero hagamos un pequeño repaso. El imperativo se utiliza para dar órdenes, instrucciones, consejos, hacer peticiones, entre otras cosas. Por ejemplo: Estudia español. Entonces, podemos usar la forma de "usted". Hoy me gustaría darte ejemplos para que te familiarices con esta manera de expresarse. Ahora bien… ¿Necesitas dominar la forma de “usted”? No, no la necesitas dominar para comunicarte, pero está bien que te suene y quizás en algún momento quieras usarla. En todo caso, no te preocupes si no la sabes usar, porque todo el mundo te entenderá con la forma neutra. Entonces, como te decía, cuando quieres ser muy respetuoso, o formal, usas la forma de “usted”. A continuación, te presento algunas situaciones con ejemplos: Dar órdenes o instrucciones Este es el uso más directo y conocido del imperativo. Ejemplo: ¡Estudie español, señor! ¡Cierre la puerta, por favor! Deme un vaso de agua, señora. ¿Has visto cómo cambia? En vez de “Estudia español”, dices “Estudie español”. Dar consejos o recomendaciones Se puede usar esta forma para dar consejos o recomendar hacer algo. Por ejemplo: Coma más frutas y verduras, señor. Visite ese museo, ¡le va a encantar! Como ves, no se trata exactamente dar una orden, sino sugerir algo. Hacer invitaciones Es una forma amigable de invitar a alguien a hacer algo. Por ejemplo: ¡Venga a mi fiesta el sábado! ¡Pruebe este pastel! Como he dicho antes, los cambios son sutiles, pero están allí: “venga” por “ven” y “Prueba” por “Pruebe”. Dar indicaciones o direcciones Es muy común en contextos donde alguien pide direcciones o indicaciones. Ejemplo: Gire a la derecha en la próxima calle. Suba las escaleras y encontrará la oficina. Expresar deseos hacia alguien: Se usa para desear algo a alguien, a menudo en expresiones corteses. ¡Que tenga un buen día! ¡Disfrute de sus vacaciones! Prohibir o advertir Aunque suele tener un tono autoritario, es una forma de prevenir o advertir a alguien sobre algo. ¡No toque eso! ¡Tenga cuidado con el perro!
