Madár Istvánnal, a Portfolio vezető makrogazdasági elemzőjével néztünk a számok mögé.A folytatásban arról volt szó, hogy a Magyar Nemzeti Bank számításai szerint 24 ezer milliárd forint áll rendelkezésre a magyar háztartásoknál készpénzben vagy betétben: az MNB szerint ezzel az összeggel a lakosság akár tőzsdei papírok vásárlását is finanszírozhatná, azaz a jegybank a lakossági megtakarítások minél nagyobb részét a tőkepiacra terelné. Hogy ez jó ötlet-e, arról Bence Balázst, a Portfolio Csoport befektetési szolgáltatások igazgatóját kérdeztük. Welcome back to Let's Try This Again—I'm your host, B Simone, and this episode is extra special because I'm sitting down with my longtime friend and OG in the hair and beauty game, Khat. We get real about what it means to evolve, shed old skins, and keep growing—even when it feels like the world is changing around you. I open up about how my own journey of trying again—whether it's starting a new podcast season or pivoting in business—has really been about listening to that inner voice that says, “Get up, do it again, but this time with God and the wisdom you've learned.”Khat and I reminisce about how we met over a decade ago, hustling in the Atlanta hair scene, and how we've both stayed connected by committing to growth, even when it meant letting go of people or situations that no longer served us. We talk about the guilt that comes with outgrowing relationships and environments, and how sometimes what feels like grounding can actually be an anchor holding you back. Khat shares how her gift for pouring into others has shaped her, but also taught her the importance of not dimming her own light—a lesson I'm learning too, especially as someone who's always tried to make sure everyone else is shining. We get into the spiritual side of growth—how connecting with nature and holistic practices has helped us both heal and evolve. I share how I'm a “hug-a-tree type of bitch,” and how taking my shoes off and feeling the grass under my feet grounds me in ways nothing else can. Khat talks about her recent trip to Bali and how travel and new experiences have deepened her spiritual journey. We both agree: your gifts—vision, hustle, faith—are already inside you; you just have to water them and let them grow.If you've ever felt stuck, guilty for outgrowing people, or just needed a reminder to keep shining your light, this episode is for you. It's full of laughter, real talk, and the kind of motivation that keeps you trying again—no matter whatSponsor//Visit www.FindYourMiami.comSee Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

You cannot find someone more determined on the volleyball court than Khat Bell. The opposite hitter from Mesquite, Texas, has nothing but out-battled friends and opponents alike ever since finding volleyball in the seventh grade. In school, she beat out her friend for the final spot on the A team. At Texas, she gritted through a bulging disk to deliver an NCAA title. In South Korea, she finally beat down a seemingly undefeatable foe to become the first foreign player to be named Finals MVP. With the end of her career on the horizon, Khat has come home with LOVB Austin, determined to showcase the sport of volleyball. She and host Tiffany Oshinsky examine that determination in depth in the latest episode of Serving Pancakes. Other topics include: Difference between playing overseas and in LOVB All the Longhorns on LOVB Austin Khat’s seventh-grade obsession with volleyball After initial reluctance, Texas is the choice Winning it all after a major injury Doing it all for mom Starting a pro career in South Korea Coming back for LOVB and more!
