Influenced by a wide variety of genres and styles Eleni focused her songwriting onto a new direction infusing her songs with Latin and ethnic undertones. Eleni is often quoted saying that “for me music and songwriting is the way I express my soul.” After completing the first leg of her European tour she is now back in the UK set to release several new singles with her debut single ‘One Last Time’ out now, from her upcoming first EP, Broken Ice. Her 2nd single ‘I Don’t Give A Damn’ is set to be released on 9th Aug followed by her video on 16th Aug. Eleni’s unique tone and rich, powerful sound has afforded her the attention, praise and distinction in numerous occasions. She was chosen as the artist to represent the UK in the International Music Festival with her original song, ‘Leap of Faith’, where she took first prize in the Best Song and Best Female Singer categories. This provided her with the perfect jumping-off-point and, soon enough, Eleni was being booked as the opening act for fellow female singers Fleur East, Alesha Dixon, Foxes, Stooshe, Little Boots and Becky Hill, ska-reggae royalty Locomondo and Greek superstar Peggy Zina. Some highlights from Eleni C’s career include performing at the Free Radio Live Concert in the Birmingham NEC Arena, Pride in London and the Westfield Music Cube. ________________________________________________________________ PEG Links: LinkTree: https://linktr.ee/PhantomElectricGhost Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/PhantomElectricGhost The Flower That Blooms at Midnight in the Tomb by Amazon.com https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07X1M63G4/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_-bmGDbY4D07WY --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/phantom-electric/message

What if you could design the perfect summer music camp? Sandy Marcucci wanted to do just that for her daughter studying the violin with Kim Fisher from the Philadelphia Orchestra, so she started literally in her own backyard. Now, 20 years later, the Philadelphia International Music Festival has become a major destination for hundreds of students around the world, who get to study with members of the Philadelphia Orchestra. Most summer music camps have a selective audition process which prospective students need to pass in order to attend. This summer, I'll be one of the piano directors at the Philadelphia International Music Festival, which takes place on the beautiful campus of Bryn Mawr University. One of the things that makes PIMF so unique is that fact that it's open to music students of all ages and ability levels. Its audition process is used to customize the student's experience rather than select them. The result is a welcoming experience where everyone is immersed in classical music and given the opportunity to make their own best progress with the help of master teachers from the Philadelphia Orchestra.
