Wherin we discuss the great organists of Europe, past and present. There are so many - Olivier Messiaen, Klaus Wunderlich, Felix Kubin, ZZZ, Barbara Dennerlein, Stef Meeder, Cherry Wainer, Harry Merry, and on and on. Our cover model is Swedish B3 master ANDREAS HELLKVIST. Both Andreas Hellkvist and Felix Kubin are interviewed for this episode and both of those chunks of audio have been separated and released separately as "part 2" and "part 3" respectively. We will also focus this episode on one of those things that organists do so well - "cover songs". During a certain era, you did not have a real hit until some obscure B3 player had released a cover version!ANDREAS HELLKVIST YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/andreashellkvistFELIX KUBIN website: http://felixkubin.com/
