One of the most destructive schemes of the devil is to coordinate an assault against the Word of God, twisting it to mean something that it was never intended to mean! In this series, I will be highlighting specific passages that have come under assault, seeking to rectify what has been lost by combing through the Word to find the fullness of Truth! (John 17:17; 2 Timothy 2:15) In this segment, I highlight Ephesians 5:25 & 31-33

An episode from Ranchero Drive Baptist Church, a Bible believing, Bible preaching church in Kerrville, Texas. What Ranchero Drive Baptist Church (RDBC) Believes: The Scriptures We believe the scriptures are verbally inspired of God making them the supreme and final authority for our faith and practice, and are preserved in the KJV Authorized Version. God We believe in one God existing in three persons (The Holy Trinity): God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Existing without beginning and without end. Jesus We believe in the Deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His death on the cross to pay in full the debt for our sins, His resurrection, and His coming return. The Holy Spirit We believe the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity, one with the Father and the Son, the indweller of every believer to enlighten and seal each believer until the day of redemption of the body. Man We believe that God created man in His image in a state of innocence, but through temptation, man transgressed and became dead in trespasses and sins. As a result, all men inherited a corrupt nature, are born in sin and are under condemnation. Security of the Believer We believe that those who, by faith, receive Jesus Christ as their personal Savior are born again of the Holy Spirit, are the children of God, are heirs and joint-heirs with Jesus Christ, are kept by the power of God and can know they are eternally saved forever! Last Things We believe in the imminent, pre-tribulation, pre-millennial return of Christ. The Lord shall return for His church and rapture out the church at any given moment. The world will then enter into a seven-year period of tribulation that will end with the battle of Armageddon and the Second Advent of Jesus Christ. He will come as “King of Kings” and “Lord of lords”, and establish His kingdom that will last for 1,000 years. The Lord will then judge the living and the dead at the Great White Throne Judgement (which is different from the judgement Seat of Christ where the Lord judges the Church). After this, all the lost, Satan, death and hell are cast into the Lake of Fire, while the Lord and His saints enter into “Eternal Bliss”. On EP. 167 Travis wraps up the month of April talking about the importance of loving your wife well. After your faith, your relationship with your wife should be your second priority. "Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her." – Ephesians 5:25. Men, we can't afford to make the mistake of neglecting the most important relationship we have outside of God. If you love your wife, life is going to be so much better! Love is a willingness to give up your comfort to serve your wife, that's what Jesus did. Key Quotes (Full Transcript of the Conversation Here) 07:22 - "One of the great dangers that most men miss is they marry desire to fulfillment. They assume, and often, this is subconscious because it's so plays to our DNA, our design as men, they get a desire and then they run with it. We run with it, I run with it and we don't pass because we don't have the miles of knowing the consequence of it going bad... desire is intended to be the fuel for doing the hard work, the brutal, slow process of becoming the kind of man that can fulfill that desire." 12:57 - "That actually when we rush the process, what we do is just hijack the thing that God's doing and so it comes back again because our Father is generous and reluctant, the Holy Spirit is faithful to guide and redeem, everything for good. So, even if it goes completely sideways, not all is lost... as we grow in kingdom, authority and kingdom just reality of what and who were entrusted with, the consequences are much higher." Every relationship has problems. Little problems turn into bigger ones if they are ignored and left to fester or multiply. Mike and Sydney give examples of these little problems and how to address them in your marriage. Many men are blindsided by their spouse or girlfriend wanting a divorce or breakup. Women, however are confused at how on earth their spouse or boyfriend has no idea there was any problem to begin with. There is a way to address these problems in a way that is respectful to both parties and helps you reach agreements more quickly. Learn from the Farrell's in how they deal with these conversations and what they have seen work in other couples relationships.

For they all had married her.” 29 But Jesus answered and said to them, “You are mistaken, not understanding the Scriptures nor the power of God. 30 For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels in heaven. 31 But regarding the resurrection of the dead, have you not read what was spoken to you by God: 32 ‘I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob’? He is not the God of the dead but of the living.” 33 When the crowds heard this, they were astonished at His teaching. 34 But when the Pharisees heard that Jesus had silenced the Sadducees, they gathered themselves together. 35 One of them, a lawyer, asked Him a question, testing Him, 36 “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?” 37 And He said to him, “ ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the great and foremost commandment. 39 The second is like it, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 On these two commandments depend the whole Law and the Prophets.” 41 Now while the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them a question: 42 “What do you think about the Christ, whose son is He?” They *said to Him, “The son of David.” 43 He *said to them, “Then how does David in the Spirit call Him ‘Lord,’ saying, 44 ‘The Lord said to my Lord, “Sit at My right hand, Until I put Your enemies beneath Your feet”’? 45 If David then calls Him ‘Lord,’ how is He his son?” 46 No one was able to answer Him a word, nor did anyone dare from that day on to ask Him another question. ------------------ https://swatradio.com/ SWAT - Spiritual Warriors Advancing Truth Call us Toll-Free at: +1-844-777-7928 Email Us a Question: ask@swatradio.com FIND A SWAT MEETING Woody’s Bar-B-Que 226 Solano Rd Ponte Vedra, FL 10611 Wed. 6:30-7:30 am Eastside Community Church 13301 Beach Blvd Jacksonville, FL Wed.
