Alissa Custer is a top-producing agent known especially well for her dominance in the City of El Cerrito, CA, where she's perhaps better recognized by her team name and brand MAJ Realtors. I was excited to chat with Alissa because I've watched her rise to prominence with great respect and professional awe/curiosity. I'm deeply grateful for Alissa's extraordinary generosity in explaining step-by-step the details of her marketing efforts and for making the structure accessible to other agents. In our conversation we discuss Alissa's start in California real estate in 2004 working alongside her father, a broker, in San Luis Obispo; her move to the East Bay in 2010, building momentum in her career and gaining an edge, running a business like a business, investing in business, committing to a long term marketing plan, farming (a lot about farming), farming coupled with social, team building, expansion, the power of commitment, and, of course, social media, video, and, my favorite, list vs sales price. Greetings PodO's... Here's another addition to the Producer Series, and one I've had in my back pocket for a few months, a with the release of 'Working Hard', it was time to get it out. Rocco's been a main stay in most of my mixes as he's remixed some of my favorite tracks by some of my favorite acts. I just really love the deep/soulful edge he puts on his productions, quality sounds. Track Listing: 1. Djoon Experience feat. Kenny Bobien - Old Landmark (Rocco Late Mix) 2. Ralf GUM feat. Diamond Dancer - All This Love For You - (Rocco Spoken Word Mix) 3. Oscar P and Rocco feat. MJ White - The Energy (Rocco Vision Mix) 4. Orange Muse feat Ania - Psychedelic Behaviour (Rocco Deep Mix) 5. Timmy Regisford feat Lynn Lockamy - At The Club (Rocco Deep Mix) 6. Antonio Lyons feat Mandisa Bardil - Suga Foot (Rocco Deep Mix) 7. Reel People feat. Tony Momrelle - Star (Rocco Dub Mix) 8. Zakes Bantwini - Wastimg My Time (Rocco Mix) 9. Kentphonik - Hiya Kaya (Rocco Deep Mix) 10. Aki Bergen - Into My soul (Rocco Deep Mix) 11. Rocco & C. Robert Walker - I Love The Night (Raw ARtistic Soul Vocal Dub) 12. Jerk House Connection - Each & Every Day (Rocco Deeper Mix) 13. Rocco feat. Akram - Working Hard (Original Mix) 14. Mr Cee feat. Mind Games - Pain (Rocco Deep Mix) 15. 100 Zulu Warriors & Roland Clark - 100 Zulu Wariors (Rocco Deep Mix) 16. Liquid Deep - Alone (Rocco Deep Mix) 17. Rocco - Saharien Child (Original Mix) 18. Louie Vega & Jay 'Sinister' Sealee feat. Julie Mcknight - Diamond Life (Rocco Deep Mix) The only track missing would be Jask feat. Jocie's Beautiful, but i dont have it so... there, and I would have had to speeded it up too much anyway. I was going to try to keep it to cd length, but just could'nt stop. When Diamond Life came to pass, decided it was a good note to stop on. Hope you all enjoy this edition of the Producer Series, I've been wanting to do this one for a while. And I know there's a RAS remix in there, but thats the best remix of that track by far, so it had to go in. May try a DJ Spinna one next, but his epic 10 minute remixes might piss everyone off, so I'm not sure about it. If you have a suggestions, please let me know. Some sources of Rocco info... www.myspace.com/roccorodamaal www.discogs.com/artist/DJ+Rocco
Greetings brothers and sisters, this one should have been the first in the Producer Series, but the track listing kept changing as the my favorites kept changing, and then there was Pyrography. I’ve only put one from Pyrography on here, quite intentionally though, Ser El Santisimo, good Latin vibes, and Osunlade smashes this one. The rest will be sprinkled here and there. Really and truly, Osunlade drew me into house music. I was strictly roots reggae (I owe you a roots cd by the way, trust me its building) and then the Director introduced me to Osunlade touch on Tortured Soul’s Might Do Something Wrong, and have been hooked ever since. These are some of my favorites, not a comp of his best tracks. I’m sure the real Yoruba Soul heads out there would like to strangle me for not using an Erro, or a Tortured Soul etc… there will be another Yoruba Cd, trust me. Track listing: 01 - Andre Torquato Project - Niente (Yoruba Soul Mix) 02 - Osunlade Pres. Nadirah Shakoor - Pride (Osunlade'S Back To Africa Mix) 03 - Magnetic Man Ft. John Legend - Getting Nowhere (Yoruba Soul Mix) 04 - Osunlade - Ser Al Santisimo 05 - Afefe Iku – Mirror Dance featuring Oveous Maximus (Yoruba Soul Remix) 06 - Roy Ayers - Tarzan (Osunlade Yoruba Soul Mix) 07 - Jazztronik - Dentro Mi Alma (Yoruba Soul Mix) 08 - Michelle Amador - Because Of You (Yoruba Soul Remix) 09 - Bah Samba w/Alice Russel - Tired Little One (Yoruba Soul Vocal) 10 - Ben Westbeech - So Good Today ((Yoruba Soul Remix) 11 - Soul Central feat. Abigail Bailey - Time After Time (Yoruba Soul Mix) 12 - Shazz - All I Wanna Give U (Yoruba Soul Remix) 13 - United Future Organization - Listen Love (Yoruba Soul Mix) So there you have it. Let me know what you think please. I'm certainly not choosing a favorite, although if you read the fine print, I'm sure you would read something about Jazztronik, but you didn’t hear that from me. Let me know what you think please. Stay Blessed. KAS
Greetings all, the third in the producer series finds me going into the deep with Martin Iveson, known to us mere mortals as ATJAZZ. Here's his website for further information: http://www.atjazz.co.uk I would like to applogize for not including the Atjazz remix of Warm Days’ Selfish Skies. I havent bought it yet. Hope you enjoy the journey. If you do, let me know. Friend, Follow, Comment. Stay Blessed. Kader
First off, I must apologize for the many different uploads of this one, but I finally got it to what it was supposed to be. This is indeed the FINAL version. Alright then, that said and needless to say, I love Karima's music. Most of these tracks have been used here and there, and were always the more memorable tracks from the mixes. Karizma/Kohesive/Kaytronik etc... nothing I can say will pay this man any justice, so go check him out for yourself. There are those that know and those that don't, this is for those that DON'T. Hope you hear what I hear. Track listing: 01 – Karizma – Groove da Dub (Karizma Dub) 02 – Gel Abril - Spells Of Yoruba (Kaytronik Remix) 03 – DJ Gregory - Don’t Panic (Gregory & Karizma Dub) 04 – Tonya Renee – About You (Karizma Boucha Remix) 05 – Mahon - Closer (Kaytronik Insanely Klose Dub) 06 – Mahon – Closer (Kaytronik Uptown Saturday Nite Remix) 07 – Georg Levin – Late Discovery (Kaytronic Vocal Mix) 08 – Georg Levin – Late Discovery (Kaytronic Dub) 09 – Simbad feat. Monique Bingham (Kaytronik Remix) 11 – Raw Artistic Soul - The Light (Feat Ursula Rucker Karizma Deepah remix) 12 – Karizma aka Kaytronik - 33rd Street Anthem 13 – Rhythm of Element – Praia (Karizma Stomp Remix) 14 – Urban Soul - Alright (Karizma Kaytronik Movementz Part 1) 15 – Karizma – Tha D/Karizma Ft Dj Spen - 4 The Love (Karizma'S 4 The Dub) Hope you enjoy. Stay Blessed. Kader
This one is a scorcher!!!!! Pure Kenny Dope hype, through and through. The idea behind this one is pretty simple - get you dancing from the jump off!!!!
