He was celebrated as a local hero, while simultaneously decimating the entire neighborhood. Darryl also had legitimate businesses and a thriving "Social Club" in Grove Hall, however it was merely a front for selling drugs. "God's" reign lasted about 4-5 years, making at times $100,000 a day. The organization was ultimately penetrated by a maverick undercover Boston Housing police officer Jeff Coy. Coy and other cops brought the "New York Boys" down and the prison sentences were legendary. Darry Whiting received a life sentence for leading this sprawling criminal organization. She was walking with a friend Halloween night, when a pack of gang members ran them both down and beat them with a tree branch, they were robbed of one dollar and then Kimberly suffered what can only be described as nazi level torture. Kim was stabbed and slashed over 130 times. stomped and kicked countless times, but that wasn't enough for this rampaging gang, six of eight men raped her as well. During a Daubert hearing, Richard Green revealed that cell phone forensics found that Jen had made 4,560 google searches over the life of the phone, yet only one search had ever been deleted, the "hos long to die in cold" search. Read that again, that search happened and it happened at 2:27am. This is issue settled.In order to find Karen guilty of 2nd degree murder you'd have to believe that Jen Mcabe did "Butt Dial" John 7 times with none of the calls going to voicemail. Send us a textMaura Murray 21, in 2004 was a junior, studying nursing at University of Massachusetts. She was a well liked, athletic student. On the surface Maura seemed to have it all figured out, however a deeper analysis would reveal multiple areas of concern. Just prior to her departure, Maura seemingly invented a situation with her sister, she later told professors that there was a death in the family, there had been no death. Investigators found her dorm room fully packed up, with a note to her boyfriend, which would cast doubt on their future. Maura got in a one car accident in rural Grafton County, New Hampshire. She apparently had been drinking, she spoke with at least one neighbor who stopped to assist, she pleaded with him no to call the police, they cops arrived and Maura was nowhere to be seen, three months later a local contractor had reported he believed he'd seen Maura, they night she disappeared 4-5 miles away walking in the dark roadway. The defense team highlights new issues with sallyport video, previously sallyport video had been found to have been inverted, new video depicts Brian Higgins at the sallyport, talking on his cell phone, he previously testified, that he was home at that time. Don't forget that previous video handed over by the Commonwealth was missing the crucial 42 minutes, that would have depicted the rear of Karen's car. The duo then murdered the child and defiled his body multiple times. She left for college only to return to her adopted city. She worked at and managed local non-profits and soon ran for political office. She was elected to the Boston City Council in 2021 and reelected in 2023. So what happened? The majority of Bostonians were not aware that Tania Fernandes, married a convicted 1st degree murderer. The inmate, Tanzerious Anderson was already serving a life without parole for his senseless murder of an immigrant, when sometime in 2009 the duo wed. In 2022 Tania hired her son and sister to her staff, despite being told not to, as it conflicts with nepotism laws. She persisted and eventually fired the family members, Fernandes Anderson was also forced to pay a fine of $5,000 to the ethics committee. There were also repeated issues of using campaign funds for personal trips to warehouse stores and restaurant visits. It's likely her political career is over and she may be headed to federal prison. The current charges stem from Fernandes-Anderson allegedly taking a kick back from a staffer, she had just given a bonus. She is facing five felony counts of wire fraud and theft. When Jeffery resisted their sexual advances, Jaynes placed a gas soaked rag over the child's mouth and used his obese body to suffocate Jeffery. The duo sexually defiled the boy's body and later dumped the body in coastal New Hampshire. The investigation quickly focuses on Sal Sicari, as he interjected himself into the investigation. Sicari confessed and implicated Jaynes very quickly. This crime shook Boston to it's core and it still resonates today. Send us a text25 years have past since 15yr old Ashley Ouellette, told mom she was at a girlfriend's sleep over, she lied, there was in fact a party. Ashley was missing a boy she had an unhealthy relationship with, Steve Sanborn. She made her way to his house, but he apparently wasn't interested, his brother had been at the party and they likely reunited at the house, post party. Steve claims to have never seen, Ashley that night, but his brother Dan Sanborn, certainly did. Dan was likely the last to see Ashley alive, by 4 AM, Ashley had been strangled and placed directly on the center line of a busy roadway. Almost everyone clammed up, evidence was recovered, possibly even DNA. Dan told the cops that he went to school the next day, they checked and Dan was absent from school, why lie? The case has been stalled for years. The Maine State Police, have stated that their investigation is stalled, due to the fact that individuals who have information, refuse to provide it. Send us a textIn one of the most heart wrenching stories in New England crime history, in 1976 Andy Puglisi, went to a neighborhood pool, located in Lawerence, Massachusetts and was never heard from again. A man had been taking Polaroid pictures of kids at the pool for several weeks. Andy had given his mother one. Andy disappeared and despite thousands searching, he was not found. Two weeks later, a notorious pedophile, Wayne Chapman was arrested in Waterloo, NY. He possessed several children's pictures, similar to the one Andy had given his mom, also a bloody sock, later, identified as being worn by Andy was found in the van. Chapman was convicted of kidnapping and raping of two boys , from the SAME POOL, Andy was taken from, one year prior. This case remains open and unsolved, Andy has never been recovered. He recruited two dim witted friends Leonard Stanely 21, of Easton,Ma. and Patrick Morse 19, of Middleboro for murder. The mayberry-like town of Avon, would never be the same.Natural born killer or simple Shitbird? Those choices seem to sum up Michael Freeman of Avon, Massachusetts, he was never any good, not really. The good citizens of the Commonwealth thought they'd seen the last of Mr. Freeman, in 1996 after he confessed to stabbing a retired 65 year old combat veteran, almost 27 times. He confessed to this grisly crime and should have went down for the dirt nap. That did not happen be cause, well, Massachusetts. Mr. Freeman went on to attempt to kill another inmate in 2009, stabbing this person numerous times. In 2014, Freeman beat an inmate to death with his bare hands, prison can't even stop this animal from savaging others. Sandra's family had been looking for a positive male role model, for thirteen year old Sandra. She had a difficult home life and the family thought they had found, that role model, with the leader of the explorers program. Sgt. William Devine had been tasked with making the program work for local kids. Reportedly, the explorers went off the rails quickly. Sandra developed an infatuation with first responders. Before long it appeared grooming type activities allegedly began. She'd be found dead in her apartment in 2021.Three police officials have been the recent focus of a variety of investigations, by the FBI, the Massachusetts Attorney General's office and the Mass state police. No charges have been filed to date, however a civil suit may bring new light to this case. Officer Matthew Farwell, his twin brother Officer William Farwell and Deputy Chief Robert Devine are accused of inappropriate sexual contact, including statutory rape of Sandra Birchmore.Sandra was admittedly raped, as she was too young to consent to sex, during an affair with a married cop, for whom she provided child care. She was apparently pregnant with Officer Matt Farwell's baby. He was the last person to see Sandra alive, before he went to deliver his baby with his wife, at a nearby hospital. His brother had also had an affair with Sandra, when she was young. Deputy Chief Devine is also credibly, accused of having a physical affair with Sandra. This story is completely rancid. Send us a Text Message.(REPLAY) In order to believe Sean Ellis is innocent, you'd have to believe, the Boston Police Forensic Unit, took Letia Walker's fingerprints at the courthouse and then proceeded to place a print on the gun that killed Det Mulligan. Did the technology to conduct this conspiracy exist in 1993? Does it even exist now? Letia Walker, Sean Ellis's girlfriend, went on to testify that Sean  brought the guns into her house. Mrs. Walker had ample opportunity to recant her testimony, why hasn't she?  If you notice, she never denied she touched the gun. Why wouldn't the producers ask Mrs. Waker directly, if she touched the gun? She was sitting right there, on camera. The answer is if she answered truthfully Sean Ellis is guilty. This story proved too good to actually investigate. Trial 4 is so defendant slanted it should come with a warning label.

The jury had voted UNANIMOUSLY to acquit on the murder and leaving the scene of an accident, charges. Somehow that intent did not make it to the jury form? Judge bee did not poll the jury, denied the defense an opportunity to do so. 4-5 jurors have now come forward. The real question is how did this fumble happen? the Commonwealth and the Judge are strangely incurious. This specfic issue is simply the corruption of incompetence. Welcome to Massachusetts! His racism seemed to be a symptom of him being an "incel", involuntary celibate. He had approached three women at a Planet Fitness in Brockton and basically asked to be in an immediate relationship with Selma Goncalves, she naturally rebuffed this hulking mess. Days later Keith Luke broke into Selma's home and brutalized her roommate, eventually shooting her multiple times, Selma returned during this nightmare, she wouldn't survive.  During the legal process it became clear that Luke, had been a lifelong schizophrenic, who saved and consumed his own urine. Zerola, was just convicted of rape and burglary, he was sentenced to 5-10 years in prison. This sentence comes on the heels of him, beating two separate rape trials, previously.Zerola's M.O. In order to believe Sean Ellis is innocent, you'd have to believe that his uncle, best friend, and girlfriend were (are) lying. To our knowledge none of these witnesses, that tied Ellis directly to the brutal 1993, homicide recanted their testimony, why? Sean Ellis's co-defendant told the police Sean Ellis shot Det. Mulligan five times in the face, Sean's girlfriend testified Sean brought the guns to her house, she left her fingerprint on the weapon. Sean's Uncle Dave asked Sean where the guns were, Sean gave detailed information as to where and how the guns were hidden, that is exactly how the weapons were recovered. So The question is where is the mystery in this case? It is true that corrupt police detectives were involved in Sean Ellis's case, the remedy for that is a retrial, but claims of actual innocence? He had called Karen Read some of the most sexist and derogatory names, via text to his high school friends and to his superiors at the Massachusetts State Police. At times, there was audible gasps from the jurors. The defense absolutely destroyed TPR. Proctor, in every way imaginable. Problems of chain of custody persisted . We also had some Mass State Police forensic techs on the stand, Adam Lally seemingly wanted to bore the jury to sleep and he was largely successful. One of the scientists appeared near tears when she had to name Detective Proctor. We ended the week with some excitement from Yuri Bukhenik. The Commonwealth put on a video that illustrated the MSP's work inside the CPD Sallyport, all seemed well, until cross examination, which revealed the Prosecution submitted mirrored and possibly doctored video footage. Allie McCabe got flustered when the Life 360 data, showed major inconsistencies in her timeline.Colin Albert followed Mrs McCabe and the Commonwealth's case took more hits on witness credibility, photos and videos were produced, solidifying the family link between the Proctors and the Alberts. Colin stated on the stand that he had never been in a fight, however the Defense showed video of Colin, challenging other kids to...fight.
