The weather is hotter than a dashboard in August, which naturally leads the gang to ask the important scientific questions... like whether eating ridiculously spicy food actually cools you off or if someone's "Mexican friend" just made that up.Then things take an unexpected turn when the crew debates one of life's biggest questions: January or July? One side argues for sunshine, pools and BBQs, while the other passionately defends fireplaces, blankets and seasonal depression. Somehow everyone makes a compelling argument... even if none of it makes any sense.Meanwhile, Learn officially declares Dry July after an absolutely legendary night that ended exactly the way every adult swears will "never happen again." The crew relives embarrassing hangover stories, questionable late-night food choices, mysterious sink incidents, and enough bad decisions to make every listener suddenly want a glass of water. As if that wasn't enough chaos, the conversation shifts toward dangerous TikTok trends after reports of the Benadryl Challenge resurfacing. The crew mixes genuine concern with their trademark sarcasm while reminiscing about all the unbelievably dumb things their own generation somehow survived. There's also plenty of discussions about American air conditioning, European heat waves, saunas, spicy snacks during a heat advisory, weird summer traditions, and why every generation somehow invents new ways to accidentally knock themselves unconscious.Basically... if you've ever questioned your life choices while sweating through your shirt, this episode is for you.Whether you're listening at work, in traffic, by the pool, or hiding from the heat with the AC cranked to "meat locker," this daily comedy show delivers exactly the kind of ridiculous conversations you've come to expect from The Rizzuto Show. The crew dives headfirst into nostalgia after discovering an old collection of TV commercials that somehow unlocked memories nobody asked for. One innocent Juicy Fruit jingle quickly turns into an investigation involving skiing, bananas, questionable marketing decisions, and whether "Take a sniff, pull it out" should have ever made it onto national television.Naturally, things only get weirder from there.Moon and Rizz square off once again in another edition of Match Up With Moon, where the trivia somehow covers pocket watches, Salvador Dalí, Oreo history, sunscreen, Weird Al, Netflix originals, Air Bud, Godzilla, James Bond, harmonicas, golf scoring, accordion buttons, and the Bare Naked Ladies...all in one game. It's the kind of trivia round that makes you wonder what exactly King Scott's browser history looks like.Expect plenty of roasting, second-guessing, accidental confidence, forgotten TV shows, wildly incorrect movie franchise guesses, and the usual chaos that somehow keeps this show moving every single morning. As always, the laughs come from watching everyone confidently explain things they absolutely shouldn't be confident about. The crew kicks things off celebrating Rizz's birthday with a full-on 90s throwback event featuring live music, bowling, cake, and enough nostalgia to make your lower back hurt just thinking about it. Then it's Social Media Day, which naturally turns into everyone comparing screen-time stats, admitting their phone addictions, and realizing we've collectively donated years of our lives to scrolling videos of people organizing refrigerators we'll never own. Then things get weird.A tech futurist casually suggests we should all accept that privacy is basically dead, cameras will be everywhere, and the best solution is simply "be a good person." Totally normal. Naturally, the crew dives headfirst into Meta smart glasses, surveillance culture, creepy recording technology, Black Mirror predictions, and whether we're sprinting toward a future where literally everything is being watched. As if that's not enough existential dread, there's celebrity chaos everywhere.Taylor Swift wedding rumors refuse to die, Aaron Lewis accidentally becomes packing material for Taylor merch, Barry Manilow's latest appearance sparks one of the funniest conversations of the day, Limp Bizkit's comeback continues to surprise everyone, and the gang debates which era deserves a Rolling Stones biopic. There's also classic Rizz Show randomness including fake live albums, KISS concert intros, the Olsen twins making a rare appearance, John Cena's latest hair transplant adventure, Will Ferrell modeling underwear, and one wildly questionable list ranking the TV shows that supposedly define America.Basically, it's another perfectly normal episode where birthday planning somehow turns into discussions about government surveillance, celebrity gossip, 90s rock, social media addiction, and whether anyone can still tell the Olsen twins apart.Follow The Rizzuto Show → https://linktr.ee/rizzshow for more from your favorite daily comedy show.Connect with The Rizzuto Show Comedy Podcast online → https://1057thepoint.com/RizzShow.Hear The Rizz Show daily on the radio at 105.7 The Point | Hubbard Radio in St. Louis, MO.Budweiser Is Giving Out Free Beer to Celebrate America's 250th Birthday'I felt them on my face': Rogers Park tenant says rats chewed on him while he sleptYoungsville woman bitten by copperhead while taking out trash shares warningSee Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
Stylist Carlos Nazario and photographer Tyler Mitchell, who worked together on the summer issue's “Lone Star State of Mind: Snapshots of Texans Today” shoot, first met when Mitchell was an intern at Art Partner. A mutual friend introduced them and showed Nazario some of Mitchell's photos. Mitchell was intimidated. “I instantly was like, this kid's amazing” Nazario told Chloe Malle on the latest episode of The Run-Through. Mitchell began photographing as a teenager in Atlanta and quickly became a serious student of the medium. “I started to realize that the images that we're surrounded with in our daily lives are made by pretty much 12 people. I was like, there should be more voices here. That was really the call to action for me.” His perseverance paid off. In 2018, when he was just 23 years old, he was asked to shoot Beyonce's fourth Vogue cover for the September issue. The creative duo came to the studio to discuss this stunning shoot from the summer issue, in which they travelled to Texas to capture an array of images that represent both modern Texan life and more broadly what some of America's diversity looks like. Among their subjects were Dallas-born model Ruth Deng and her family, an Austin-based escaramuza team, a Houston-based cowboy, and The Ocean of Soul, Texas Southern University's celebrated marching band. Though neither of them had spent significant time in the state prior to the shoot, Mitchell felt it was critical for them to be there. “We have to look at the South. To understand the dynamics of this country, one cannot avert their eyes from the South.”Vogue's summer issue, which highlights America's 250th anniversary, really required that the masthead and the pair think deeply about what this celebration would look like. “My first thought was it's a complicated time in our history,” Mitchell noted, “And so without being naive to that reality, how do we address people's real lives?” Their response, he jokes, to that difficult request, was to head straight to the borderlands—they decided to set part of this photo series in Big Bend National Park, which straddles the Texas-Mexico border. In a very American turn of events, just as Vogue was settling on the national park as a location, news came out about the possibility of building a border wall through the middle of it. Plans to build this wall through the park have since been called off, but the prospect of such a development still loomed large over the shoot. “Your phone actually changes time zones down there,” Nazario explained. “But you also get down there, and you are in the river, and you're thinking, borders are so arbitrary,” Mitchell added. The Run-Through with Vogue is your go-to podcast where fashion meets culture. Hosted by Chloe Malle, Head of Editorial Content, Vogue U.S.; Chioma Nnadi, Head of British Vogue; and Nicole Phelps, Director of Vogue Runway, each episode features the latest fashion news and exclusive designer and celebrity interviews. Vanilla Ice just dropped truth bombs on the radical Left — music has NO political rules, and he is refusing to bow to woke pressure! The 1990s icon is standing tall, defending his decision to perform at the Great American State Fair's Freedom 250 celebration while other artists are running scared because it's tied to President Trump. Vanilla Ice isn't backing down. He even said he would perform for Biden or anyone else — because real Americans are tired of the constant division. This is what patriotism and common sense look like. While Hollywood elites try to politicize everything and cancel anyone who doesn't toe the leftist line, Vanilla Ice is bringing back the '90s vibes, good times, and unity through music at America's 250th birthday bash on the National Mall. We also cover: Trump gives Fox News a ballroom tour. Robot dogs will patrol DFW. Graham Platner's wife is upset at the media. James Talarico takes the lead in Texas? Joe Biden DIDN'T have a health decline. If you love real talk, American pride, and stars who refuse to bend the knee to woke nonsense, this one's for you. Drop a LIKE if you support Vanilla Ice keeping politics out of music! COMMENT BELOW: Would you go see Vanilla Ice at the Great American State Fair? Should more artists ignore the Left's boycotts? Winters' involvement in supporting America's military community began in March 1991, when he helped establish a volunteer charitable effort called Operation Support, which in just three months raised over a quarter million dollars to benefit the families of American military personnel lost in Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Winters holds a BA degree from Fordham University.
Republican Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders. You likely have heard she may run for president. But did you also hear her talk about America's 250th birthday? "If you hear nothing else I say today, hear this: Jesus is our living hope. For each of us. For our state. For our country. America was founded 250 years ago as one nation under God. We have our differences, but our shared faith, values, and love for the people of Arkansas is stronger and more important than any difference." That was Governor Sanders' annual address to the Arkansas legislature. And it turns out, many other governors — some also potentially running for president — also used their state of the state address to talk about America 250. Which governors mentioned America 250 in their state of the state address? What was their big message about the country's big birthday? What did the governors say about their own state's role in the birth of America? And what new fun facts about American history did governors teach us? Democratic Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro. You likely have heard he may run for president. But did you also hear him talk about America's 250th birthday? I recall as a young State Representative looking up at this mural and seeing the likes of Ben Franklin, Thomas Paine, and Thaddeus Stevens. These are our elders and their example should guide and inspire us. Men like Franklin and Paine and others gathered in Philadelphia 250 years ago to begin this grand experiment in the greatest system of governance the world has ever seen. That was Governor Shapiro's annual address to the Pennsylvania legislature. February 3rd, 2026. In this episode, Carl interviews Pastor Rob Pacienza, Senior Pastor of Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church and a leading voice for faith and cultural renewal in America. From a lost teenager who walked into Coral Ridge through a neighbor's invitation, to becoming the third senior pastor in the historic pulpit once held by his mentor Dr. D. James Kennedy, Pastor Rob's story is one of grace, calling, and conviction. Pastor Rob opens up about the moment that reshaped his ministry forever: the loss of his three-year-old daughter Lily to an immune disorder seven years ago. He shares how grief either pushes you into despair or propels you to make every moment count, and how God used that valley to transform his preaching, deepen his empathy, and ignite a fire in the belly to lead boldly in this cultural moment. The conversation moves from the personal to the prophetic as Carl and Pastor Rob discuss the Great Awakening of the 1730s, the Black Robe Regiment, the urgent need for Christians to vote and engage, and the three myths about America's founding that have eroded our national soul. With the 250th anniversary of the United States approaching, Pastor Rob unveils the Celebrate America initiative, his role as co-chair of the National Day of Prayer on May 7th, and a vision to reclaim what made America great in the first place.

Most men are chasing success… But very few are asking the real question: What do you actually stand for? In this episode of The Super Human Life, Coach Frank Rich sits down with entrepreneur and CEO of Volition America, John Sapiente, to unpack the moment that changed everything—a "patriotic awakening" that forced him to rethink his life, his priorities, and the legacy he was building. What started as a simple charitable event turned into a 16-year journey of purpose, service, and impact. This conversation goes far beyond business. It's about identity, responsibility, and the power of choice. What You'll Learn In This Episode The moment that sparked John's "patriotic awakening" What volition really means—and how your choices shape your life Why most men unknowingly live like victims The difference between patriotism and politics How to build a mission-driven business that actually makes an impact Lessons from military and first responder families about real sacrifice Why modern culture is more divided than ever—and how to fix it How to balance business, family, and purpose as a man The truth about work ethic, discipline, and perseverance How to start living with intention—even if you feel stuck Key Takeaway You don't need more motivation. You need a decision. Because the life you're living right now… Is the result of the choices you've made. And if you want a different life— You have to start making different choices. About John Sapiente John Sapiente is a business owner, entrepreneur, and the CEO of Volition America—a purpose-driven lifestyle brand built to support military and first responder families through the Folds of Honor Foundation. With a background in manufacturing and medical device companies, John didn't set out to build a brand. His journey began after what he calls a "patriotic awakening"—a life-changing experience at a Folds of Honor event where he witnessed firsthand the sacrifices made by military families. That moment shifted everything. Since then, John has dedicated himself to building Volition America into more than just a company—it's a movement centered around choice, unity, service, and legacy. Through strategic partnerships, mission alignment, and a commitment to giving back, Volition America donates a portion of every sale to Folds of Honor while spreading awareness and inspiring people to live with intention. About Volition America Volition America is a patriotic lifestyle brand built on one core principle: The power of choice.
