With word from former President Donald Trump that he will "be arrested" on a criminal indictment engineered by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg over alleged hush money payments made during the 2016 campaign. But that's about all that has come to light, as the relevant authorities are being quite closemouthed about this whole thing. Insider says that “a source with knowledge of the investigation” told them on Saturday night “there is one more witness.” The indictment is apparently not a certainty until this witness testifies. A state court's aggressive reinterpretation of a more-than-century-old law puts businesses on the hook for potentially billions of dollars in unexpected costs. New York law has long carved out an exception: “A manual worker shall be paid weekly.”   The weekly pay provision goes back to 1890, when the Legislature held that “every manufacturing, mining or quarrying, lumbering, mercantile … corporation … shall pay weekly.” The court found that employees could recoup as “damages” a dollar value equal to 100% of the wages paid late.

At least two major automotive insurers are refusing to protect certain Kia and Hyundai models because they lack anti-theft common in today's cars. NFL fans were pissed when the Kansas City Chiefs were given a redo one the third down on Sunday night. On 3rd down with a little more than 10 minutes to play in the game, the Cincinnati Bengals stopped the Chiefs to bring up what was thought to have been fourth down. However, officials determined that a whistle was blown before the ball was snapped and instead of the Chiefs getting ready to punt they got another chance to try and convert on third down. "The resolution expresses the sense of the U.S. House of Representatives that Congressman Adam Schiff should not have access to classified information, should be investigated by the House Ethics Committee, and should have his comments made during any proceeding of Congress regarding Russian Collusion and the Trump campaign be officially struck from the record,".  Released by Project Veritas, undercover footage of a conversation detailing COVID mutation projects, designed to pre-emptively research potential new strains of the virus before they may find root naturally. Many social media users have started to claim that the video proves that Pfizer is conducting these experiments actively.
