UFOs, UAPs, Non-Human Contact & Zero-Point Energy: Dr. Steven Greer on Government Disclosure, Consciousness and the Truth About Extraterrestrial Intelligence Get ready to have your entire understanding of reality challenged. This episode reveals the science behind non-human intelligence contact, the physics of consciousness, and why the biggest secret in human history could rewrite everything you know about energy, medicine, and human potential. Watch this episode on YouTube for the full video experience: https://www.youtube.com/@DaveAspreyBPR Host Dave Asprey sits down with Dr. Steven Greer, a retired emergency physician and founder of the Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence. For over 35 years, Dr. Greer has briefed CIA directors, Pentagon officials, and members of Congress on UFO disclosure, built an archive of more than 750 whistleblower testimonies, and pioneered the CE5 Contact protocol used to initiate peaceful contact with non-human craft. His firsthand experiences, government-level access, and decades of documented research make him one of the most credible voices in the disclosure movement. Dr. Greer and Dave dive into the science of consciousness as a nonlocal field, the zero-point energy technology he believes has been suppressed for 70 years, and how mastering this "hacking" of physics could eliminate scarcity, extend human longevity, and unlock forms of neuroplasticity and human performance most people have never considered. They explore near-death experiences, precognitive dreams, remote viewing, and the idea that a small percentage of people practicing deep meditative states can shift collective consciousness at scale. The conversation also touches on how corruption, fear, and disinformation have kept transformative technology out of public hands, and what it would take for humanity to responsibly manage a disclosure that changes everything. This is essential listening for anyone into biohacking, human performance, consciousness exploration, longevity, functional medicine, and understanding how the mind and unseen fields of energy shape human potential. You'll Learn: Why Dr. Greer believes the U.S. government has had access to anti-gravity and zero-point energy technology since the 1950s How consciousness functions as a nonlocal field and what that means for human potential and neuroplasticity The real story behind the Roswell crash and its connection to nuclear weapons testing How meditation and altered states may unlock remote viewing and precognitive ability Why Dr. Greer believes only 1% of a population practicing coherent consciousness can shift outcomes for the other 99% What it would take to responsibly disclose suppressed energy technology without global economic collapse How fear-based narratives and disinformation campaigns have shaped public perception of non-human contact Thank you to our sponsors! - Qualia | Go to qualialife.com/ASPREY for 50% off, and use code ASPREY for an additional 15% off. - ZenBud | Dave's Nervous System Biohack. Welcome to the award-winning FCPA Compliance Report, the longest-running podcast in compliance. In this episode, Tom welcomes back Matt Ellis to discuss a newly announced FCPA enforcement action involving Scoular Company. The case invoiced about $400,000 in payments labeled as “reinspection fees” to Mexican customs and food inspectors to move agricultural goods across the Mexico–U.S. border. border, allegedly generating over $6.5 million in avoided costs and raising concerns about cartel-linked beneficiaries. They discuss why customs and customs brokers are recurring high-risk areas in Mexico, how long-running employee involvement suggests broader controls and tone-from-the-top failures, and why these payments are not facilitation payments under Mexican law and given discretionary official acts. Ellis emphasizes analytics on customs documents and broker invoices, stronger third-party diligence beyond traditional screening to address cartel/TCO risks, and defensible governance for WhatsApp/off-channel communications. Despite no voluntary self-disclosure, the company received cooperation credit and a 25% fine reduction, and Ellis previews an ACI conference focused on cartels, TCOs, and compliance in Latin America. Carolyn Woodard covers two developing stories this week that together raise a bigger question for nonprofits: as AI infrastructure money floods into communities and philanthropic channels, is your organization ready to navigate it?First, Senator Bernie Sanders has introduced the American AI Sovereign Wealth Fund Act, which would require large AI companies to transfer half their stock to a federally managed public fund, with annual payments going directly to every American. The idea draws on a broader argument gaining traction across the political spectrum: that AI was built on humanity's collective output, and the public deserves a share of what it produces. The second story hits closer to home — literally. What would you do with a one time gift that was more than your annual operating budget? Would you worry about the strings attached? In Fauquier County, Virginia, a data center developer called Gigaland has announced $10 million in grants for 10 local nonprofits, contingent on receiving a building permit. Some nonprofits have said yes, some have said no, and most are waiting to see what happens. This tactic may be coming to a community near you soon. What can citizen groups do locally when up against data center money? This episode also zooms out to look at how Meta, Google, and Amazon run ongoing community grant programs in their data center host communities, and how citizen coalitions in places like Lancaster, Pennsylvania have negotiated binding community benefit agreements instead of accepting gift-bribes.This episode covers:The Sanders bill and the question of who benefits from AI-built-on-public-data.How data center developers are using advance grant offers to nonprofits as a goodwill strategy before permits are approved. The difference between voluntary corporate giving and binding community benefit agreements, and what nonprofits and citizen coalitions can do to push for the latter.Four questions every nonprofit board should think through before a windfall lands: donor displacement, reputational risk, sustainability, and your ability to advocate freely. Why having clear organizational values and a gift acceptance policy in place before the money arrives is the most important preparation you can make.Resources Mentioned:American AI Sovereign Wealth Fund Act – Senator Bernie Sanders – https://www.sanders.senate.gov/op-eds/the-public-should-own-half-of-the-big-a-i-companies/Exclusive: Gigaland Data Center Developers Offering Millions to Fauquier Nonprofits – FauquierNow – https://www.fauquiernow.com/news/business/exclusive-gigaland-data-center-developers-offering-millions-of-dollars-to-fauquier-nonprofits/article_193216f9-e23a-4aca-ae8f-679846bd2ef1.htmlThe Third Wave of American Philanthropy – Nan Ransohoff – https://nanransohoff.substack.com/p/the-third-wave-of-american-philanthropyFair AI-Fueled Data Center Development for Communities – Federation of American Scientists / Day One Project – https://fas.org/publication/community-benefit-agreements-data-center-development/Why Community Benefit Agreements Are Necessary for Data Centers – Brookings Institution – https://www.brookings.edu/articles/why-community-benefit-agreements-are-necessary-for-data-centers/Lancaster Data Center Agreement's Benefit to Community Questioned – Lancaster Online – https://lancasteronline.com/news/local/lancaster-data-center-agreement-s-benefit-to-community-questioned/article_b2654db6-c6e3-4719-8a0e-1f839c1e325e.htmlIs Your Nonprofit Ready for a Windfall? – Successful Nonprofits – https://successfulnonprofits.com/nonprofit_windfall/Nonprofit Windfalls: Managing Transformative Gifts – PNC Insights – https://www.pnc.com/insights/corporate-institutional/manage-nonprofit-enterprises/you-received-a-windfall-now-what.htmlHave a Plan Ready for When Big Gifts Surprise You – Chronicle of Philanthropy (paywall) – https://www.philanthropy.com/solutions/have-a-plan-ready-for-when-big-gifts-surprise-you/New every Tuesday. _______________________________Start a conversation :)Register to attend a webinar in real time, and find all past transcripts at https://communityit.com/webinars/email Carolyn at cwoodard@communityit.comon LinkedIn on reddit/r/nonprofitITmanagementon the Community IT websiteThanks for listening.

Two things keep coming up in coaching sessions right now, in household after household, family after family: rewards and kids' anxiety around trying new things. So Albiona brought it here. In this solo episode, she breaks down the real problem with how most parents use rewards (it's not that you're doing them — it's how often), and reframes childhood anxiety in a way that actually gives you somewhere to go. Spoiler: the opposite of anxious isn't calm. It's self-trust. And that changes everything about how you respond. Inside, she explores: → Why rewards work — and exactly where they stop working — including the novelty problem most parents hit two weeks in and what to do instead → How to choose the right motivation for your child, why sticker charts fail kids who don't care about stickers, and how to use time, agency, and choice as rewards that actually land → The art of fading: how to gradually pull back rewards so the behavior sticks without the incentive — and why your kids are more resilient than you think → Why childhood anxiety isn't the opposite of calm — it's the opposite of self-trust — and how that one reframe shifts your entire approach to a kid who freezes, avoids, or shuts down → What to stop saying when your child makes a mistake in sports, school, or social situations — and what to do instead to help them get back in and try again Connect with Albiona: → Book a Free Discovery Call (1:1 Coaching) — https://www.theparentingreframe.com/coaching → Follow Albiona on Instagram — @theparentingreframe → Join Albiona's Paid Substack Community — https://theparentingreframe.substack.com → Email Albiona directly — albiona@theparentingreframe.com Loved this episode? Please rate, review, and share this one with a parent who's second-guessing their reward system or watching their kid shut down every time things get hard. These are the conversations that don't get talked about enough — and the more parents hear them, the less alone they feel. Until next time, Albiona
The Corrections union insists corrupt staffers are few and far between, and some are even forced to go down the wrong path. 14 staff from Mt Eden and Auckland South Corrections facilities have been arrested. A dozen are charged with accepting bribes, and others with conspiring to supply a Class A drug —namely methamphetamine— to prisoners. Corrections Association President Floyd du Plessis told Mike Hosking it's not the norm, but in the past, some staff have been coerced by people who monitor their behaviour and learn about their personal lives. He says in the past, staff have even had people turn up at their house and intimidate them, and have succumbed to that pressure. LISTEN ABOVE See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Are you trying to get parenting right? In this episode of Choice, Change and Action Simone Milasas talks with Grace Douglas about choice and parenting. If you're trying to get it right, you stop the creative process. What if you could empower your kids instead? Questions And Tools: "If we do this, what will it create for all of us? In 5 years time? In 10 years time?" Tools: Be present with your kids. Empower them to choose. Educate yourself on parenting and acknowledge your awareness; you are the source. Just because it's going to create more doesn't mean it's going to be easy. Perceive the energy of your choices in the future. 2 hands exercise - place the energy of one choice in one hand and the energy of the other choice in the other hand. Let go and have no point of view. There is no getting it right with parenting. Be a bad parent. Manipulate your kids. Bribes are okay. Make things they don't want to do fun for them eg homework. Support your kids where they are. Let your kids try things and make mistakes. When your kids are choosing something you don't like, be as open as possible whilst letting them know you don't like it. Tools you can say to your kids: "It's your life, you need to choose. I'm here for you." "I don't agree but tell me more about how you came to that point of view." "I'm not buying them for you but if you would like to buy them you can use your money." Senator Ron Wyden has sharply criticized the IRS for failing to audit or investigate the massive payments—estimated at at least $158 million, and possibly up to $170 million—made by private equity billionaire Leon Black to Jeffrey Epstein between 2012 and 2017. Wyden questioned how Epstein, who had no formal credentials in tax or accounting, could receive such high sums—exceeding compensation paid to other top advisors—without raising any red flags, and pointed out that much of this was paid “ad hoc” without written contracts. He urged the IRS to explain why these seemingly suspicious tax‑planning transactions were never subject to scrutiny despite their scale and Epstein's criminal historyAdditionally, Wyden revealed that his office accessed a trove of financial records indicating approximately 4,725 wire transfers amounting to over $1 billion linked to Epstein, including interactions with Russian banks connected to sex trafficking. He accused the Treasury Department of withholding these critical Suspicious Activity Reports from oversight and insisted that the lack of broader prosecutions or investigations suggests a cover‑up. But our Monday Night Mishlei crew is fearless when it comes to pesukim like these! Sure enough, we came up with several of our own approaches, then analyzed several approaches from the meforshim. We emerged with a nice selection of clear and practical new insights!-----מקורות:משלי יז:כגתרגום רס"ג עם הערות הרב קאפח ונוה שלוםמלבי"ם - ביאור המילותרמב"ם - מורה הנבוכים ג:נגמצודת דודרבינו יונהר' ששת בן יצחק גרונדירש"י - משלי יז:א-----The Torah content for the month of Iyyar is sponsored by Naomi Schwartz Rothschild in memory of her mother, Breindel Bracha bas Mordechai z”l, whose yahrzeit falls on the 8th of Iyyar. Weichert advocates for aggressive policies to counter China, including classifying tech transfers as bribes and empowering the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) to block strategic acquisitions. He argues that Washington's response is hampered by special interest groups and political elites compromised by Chineseconnections, and proposes an international treaty to regulate risky research and legal recompense from Beijing for the COVID-19 pandemic — alleging that US officials bypassed domestic regulations by offshoring gain-of-function research to Wuhan. We're learning this hour that Utah Representative Trevor Lee has been accused of taking bribes while in office... and altering checks while working in North Carolina. Joining me live in the KSL Studio is KSL.com reporter Bridger Beal-Cvetko.. who broke the story this afternoon.
Senator Ron Wyden has sharply criticized the IRS for failing to audit or investigate the massive payments—estimated at at least $158 million, and possibly up to $170 million—made by private equity billionaire Leon Black to Jeffrey Epstein between 2012 and 2017. Wyden accused federal agencies of “sleepwalking” through evidence that might have exposed Epstein's alleged façade of financial expertise and facilitated accountability for those who funded his operations.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Senator Seeks Investigation into Jeffrey Epstein's Work for Leon Black

Tara dives into claims that investigations were blocked, evidence hidden in secret FBI files, and countercriminal operations targeted anyone exposing the truth. This episode unpacks the “Round River” operation, the prohibited access system, and why some say America has been shielded from seeing the full story.

Portland is offering homeowners $1,000 to rent out spare rooms for 12 months at no more than $800 a month through PadSplit or the Ecumenical Ministries of Oregon. Mayor Keith Wilson claims this 'home sharing' program is a fast and cost-effective way to increase housing stock and solve homelessness. However, critics argue that $800 is unaffordable for many homeless individuals, questioning who this program truly benefits. Past efforts, like Multnomah County's 'Housing Multnomah Now,' housed only 311 households, raising concerns about the effectiveness of incentivizing landlords. Asking homeowners to rent rooms cheaply in their own homes poses a greater challenge than renting out vacant units. The program's success remains uncertain, with participation numbers yet to be revealed.
Getting book reviews shouldn't feel exhausting, awkward, or ethically murky. Yet many authors are stuck chasing influencers, sending endless cold emails, or quietly wondering why all that effort isn't translating into real momentum. In this episode, we break down a smarter, sustainable system for landing reviews that actually matter—the kind that build trust with readers, strengthen your Amazon presence, and keep working long after the outreach is done.We start by resetting expectations around response rates and silence (because “no reply” isn't failure). Then we show you where the real wins happen: micro and mid-tier reviewers, genre-aligned blogs, and community-driven creators who consistently outperform flashy, high-follower accounts. You'll learn why long-tail review coverage is one of the most overlooked visibility tools authors have—and how stacking multiple mid-level yeses creates the social proof needed to move the needle. From there, we get practical. We walk through the anatomy of a sub-200-word pitch that leads with fit, not favors; the small personalization signals that prove you've done your homework; and the mindset shift that changes everything: your dream doesn't obligate someone else's labor. That respect shows up in better responses—and better relationships. We also cover smart follow-up strategies that add value instead of pressure, how to tailor your outreach for blogs, podcasts, and social platforms, and how to know when it's time to outsource reviewer outreach so you can focus on writing instead of inbox triage. If you want a steady cadence of credible reviews, stronger keyword visibility, and a review strategy built on trust—not desperation—this episode gives you the framework to do it right.Subscribe, share this with an author friend, and leave a review to tell us what topic you want us to tackle next.Send us your feedback!Help shape our 2026 content by taking our 30-second listener poll!
