We just found another hidden gem that may deserve to be in the pantheon of unintentionally great directors alongside Neil Breen and Tommy Wiseau. That auteur is Geovanni Molina and the movie is Domination of the Becoming. With a few moments of competence, the rest of the film is even more of a mystery but at least the pacing is quick and they had money for good stock footage! We also try to figure out how they have the money to pay for all the productions Molina does a year.

The film was shot on location around our hometown of Austin, Texas with crew members we know so there's plenty of local knowledge. Even with this talent, they put together a movie that only has a couple laughs and can't figure out the tone or message. Kris puts it best as "a fever dream written by Kevin Smith as a parody of That Thing You Do". Synopsis: A 1980s one-hit wonder band named "The Suburbans" reform for a special performance at one of the ex-member's wedding. At the wedding, a young record company talent scout happens to be in the audience and decides to give the now forty-ish performers a comeback push. The film attempts to take a satirical look at the music business of the 1990s, and compare it to the simpler 1980s scene.

Why is the audience rating worse than all the prequels, DC comic movies and most of the Transformers? How much of this is caused by the alt-right bots and assholes that are trying to drive down the film due to it's progressive messages and female and minority casting. One of the most unnecessary shot for shot remakes ever made, Cabin Fever takes the premise of Eli Roth's 2003 horror film and adds pretty much nothing.  Did Eli Roth allow this to be made so that his film would be seen as a classic? If a shovel to the face doesn't kill you, what will? Have the filmmakers ever roasted a marshmallow? This fucking show... We watched episode 3 of Inhumans Divide and Conquer.  Lockjaw gets run over. Medusa gets some clothes. Karnak starts growing weed. Black Bolt does the worst prison escape since  We try and fail to figure out some of the most basic details of this universe. We watched Marvel's worst reviewed property since maybe Corman's Fantastic Four or Generation X in the 90's.  The show sat at 0% for long enough that it counts. At recording time the only positive review was from common sense media and they just rate movies based on how appropriate they are to christian audiences so screw them its 0% to us! We ask all of the hard hitting questions that you have with the show: How can you say the Royal Families name with a straight face? (Black Bolt, Medusa, Karnak, Gorgon, Triton, Crystal, and Lockjaw.) How did the show runner and creator Scott Buck get another job after he showran Iron Fist? And finally does the carpet fight like the drapes? This film is directed by The Shoveler himself (William H Macy) and written by Rickety Cricket (David Hornsby) and Sensei Ira (Lance Krall) How was a movie like this made in 2017?
