Do you struggle with anxiety? Do you wake up feeling anxious and can't seem to figure out why? We have good news for you… There are simple, yet powerful ways to manage your anxiety so that it doesn't control your life from morning ‘til night. Let's explore them!In this episode of Soul Essence, Xandra breaks down the psychology around anxiety and the different ways you can approach anxiety management from a spiritual perspective. Remember, we're all connected, so let's manage this together.“[Anxiety] doesn't have to be challenging. It doesn't have to be this thing that we are afraid of and that we make into an ocean. So, if you're in a community or a collective or a culture or a belief system that is going through something hard, you are not separate from it. You're going to feel it. And that's why, when we do healing work on ourselves, we heal other people and vice versa.” – Xandra HawesRecommended Resources:Work with Xandra: https://www.soulessencewellnesscenter.com/workwithxandraBook a FREE 45-minute discovery call with Xandra: www.soulessencewellnesscenter.com/book-onlineListen to the Soul Essence podcast on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, or our website! Xandra discusses her perspective of masculine and feminine energy and the need to have a balanced embodiment of both to avoid burnout or dis-regulation. She also expands on this topic by focusing on how women in the US have been conditioned to operate as more masculine in order to be successful, and how this has cut off their divine feminine ability to receive information, which is often a big requirement for receiving guidance from your intuition, inner knowing and spirit guides.

This is the final episode of the 5-series podcast that focuses on aligning in your self-love and also includes a guided healing meditation for you to connect with your unique soul essence frequency.
In Episode #4 we explore internal invalidation stories and how we can shift these stories to begin peeling away untrue narratives. This podcast includes a guided meditation to help you dive into your inner knowing and to connect with a part of yourself that needs your love and care. If you can see it, you can heal it.
In this episode, we take a step further into looking at where some of our first invalidation stories came from by focusing on our family systems. If we are unable to give love to ourselves consistently or we struggle often to feel enough, these difficulties are linked to old invalidation stories that have been told to us or modeled to us by our families. By looking at how our families have shaped us, we acknowledge what has happened with attention and care and we find ways to let these stories go in order to create a new path that is more filled with joy and radically loving ourselves.
In Episode #1, we began the dive into radical self-love and how to recognize that coming back to self-love is actually peeling away old stories and pictures rather than having to do things outside of us to cultivate self-love. In this episode, we are going to look at this even closer by focusing on invalidation stories and perfection pictures.
