    I did a year of fashion blogging. A stint of "GETTING READY BOOTCAMP" for me to learn the commitment and dedication it would take for me to show up every day "Put Together" for myself and my audience. It was the BEST move I could have ever made for myself. I learned this skill and then learned how to chop it down into minimal time. BUT...even with it now taking minimal time to achieve I STILL cannot stand getting ready. I DO NOT look forward to it! Despite popular belief. What I do like and look forward to is once I am ready the strengthened ability to move forward into reaching and helping more women!     Lost Your Momentum to Exercise??? Episode 17

    We all have a "go-to" in exercise we would choose over everything else. Maybe it's dancing, running, biking, etc. There is just always one exercise routine/place that is going to draw us in more, for a multitude of reasons.  BUT...have you ever had momentum in your fitness when SOMETHING happened that changed that flow or stopped you? An injury, took a trip and got off track, bad weather, etc? Well,...welcome to life right?! We all have experienced this. And this is precisely why we all NEED our "BACKUP FITNESS" plan! When women and I get to the point in life coaching in their health, one of the very first things we do is get them a "BACKUP FITNESS" PLAN organized and set up! It's simple. 1 "Staple" exercise place/routine and 2 backups. The 2 backups need to be the "encase" your staple is not an option.  Heres an example: "Susie" LOVES Orange Theory for her staple. Susie travels quite a bit so, since she wants to increase her chances for success, she has established and committed to walking on a treadmill or outside as 1 backup option and for the 2nd backup she takes in her luggage the B-Force Band Bundle, a "gym in a bag". (linked here). Susie NEVER has an excuse. She sets herself up for success and eliminates almost EVERY excuse.

    The difference between a goal and a priority is simple. A priority you CANNOT live without. Your goals, dreams, vision, etc is what you focus on AROUND those priorities. But what comes first? The chicken or the egg? Well, in this case, the PRIORITIES come first.  The 1-Luggage Trip is a valuable exercise to perform in your life on a regular basis, say maybe every 3-6 months. You simply list out what YOU MUST have in your life to feel total balance, BUT you cannot take EVERYTHING. That's the real key to success in this exercise transferred into your life. You must kick out all the noise and clutter we as women might try and shove into that luggage. I like to say it like this; "If I do not have or do [______] in my life, I walk funny. The rest is "CRAP". We ALL need to clearly know our priorities in what would NEED to go into that 1-Luggage!  Here is an example of a filled "luggage": Cook 2x a week clean meals for the family, eat organic 90%, exercise 4 days a week, pick up kids from school so I get that time with them, date night 1x a month, attend church every Sunday,.... Hopefully, this helps.

Companies are constantly trying to seduce and sway us into what THEY want.  Now, how much have you thought about that your very environment is doing EXACTLY THAT! Supporting something you want, or don't!  Our environment cultivates our dreams and goals, or our lack of success.  What does your environment say about you? Closet, drawers, bathroom, car, closet, even as much as your entryway!
