Na een week van intensief racen voor de kust van Lanzarote werden zondag de wereldkampioenen van het skiffzeilen gekroond. Odile van Aanholt en Annette Duetz sleepten de eindoverwinning uit het vuur bij de vrouwen met een derde plaats in de medalrace. Het was een hele spannende strijd en daarop blikten we terug met een dame die zich nu voor de derde keer de beste van de wereld mag noemen, namelijk Odile van Aanholt.
