I have had the pleasure of connecting with Master Co live for the first time 5 years ago in London, England before COVID, where he had us gaze into the eyes of strangers, with deep breathing patterns, and energetic work. At that time in my life, my focus was on money only, and disconnected from a greater source of intelligence, that year I devoted myself to following my heart. No Matter what it took, or how hard it was going to get… I committed to myself that I would walk the path to becoming aligned within myself. As I gazed into the eyes of a dear friend, Nikki Sharp, and felt an energy of life within myself, I knew I needed to go deeper, I didn't know how, but I knew why… It inspired me to invest in one of the greatest and most expensive masterminds of my life, The Tony Robbins Platinum Partnership. I didn't know why I needed it, but something in me for the first time told me that I was worth so much more. With Tony's ability to connect himself and bring people of great wisdom to come and teach alongside him, I Realized, I knew nothing and was willing to truly focus my energy on doing what Byron Katie calls, “The Work.”  Today I get to release a podcast with Master Co, who is a leading expert in meditation and energetic practices, shares his journey of discovering pranic healing, and delivers a compelling and profound teaching at Unleash the Power Within which today is aired around the world.  He explains how he learned the technique to heal his wife's broken hip and went on to use it to help others. Master Co emphasizes that everyone can access this energy and directs listeners towards understanding and utilizing their life force for healing, relationships, finances, and spiritual development. He also discusses the importance of clarity, meditation as a way to empty low frequencies and connect with higher vibrations, and the concept of oneness in our interconnected world.  He taught structured and sustainable meditation in organizations to help improve clarity and decision-making so that culture and communication are refined for harmony and co-creation. Check out the episode as Master Co concludes by guiding listeners through a brief breathing exercise that can be practiced anytime for relaxation and connection with One's Spiritual Self. Register TODAY for the Podcast Summit: https://podcastsummit.comWhen we grow and mature it's not happening because of the natural flow of life. This happens because we are in environments that cause us to want more. Think about when a baby sees other people walking around. That baby will start to mimic what's going on around them. The baby won't only try it... that baby will not stop until they can walk even though they've never done it before. When you intentionally allow yourself to be in an environment where something different and above what you are doing is is happening you will begin to move the same way. However, it does start with not only knowing about the environments but, be in them. You will grow according to what where and who you spend your most time with. So, what does your next level look like?

Chris Loehrer is a right-brain person living in left-brain world, meaning he is extremely creative, has a BFA in animation and film, but currently operates in a leadership role within The Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA)… not exactly what you might expect from a creative type.   In this episode, Chris offers a unique perspective on the topic of leadership, and shares the challenges he faces with getting some of his ideas across and accepted in a numbers-driven, linear thinking business environment.   Chris is the Studio Operations Manager at OSBA. He was hired to create innovative products and services for membership across all departments, as well as communication plans that tell the story of membership benefits and the value of membership.   However, the bulk of his work in recent months has been implementing new and innovative delivery methods for getting those products to members. In the process, he works with many different teams.   When working with different teams, Chris takes a “Minnesota nice” approach. He believes that we don’t have to be anything but friendly in our teams; it won’t serve you to act upon knee jerk emotional responses, or for leaders to approach the team with a “this is the way it is” attitude.   A team doesn’t operate effectively, in the long run, that way.   The best teams are full of learners, Chris says, especially creative learners – people who can see beyond an obstacle and find previously unseen avenues for success are critical.   And while lawyers and accountants may not immediately consider themselves creative right now, Chris says, “People don’t consider themselves creative until they are given the opportunity to be creative.”   Like in improv, there are no wrong answers when trying to collaborative solve a problem; bad ideas are just bridges to good ideas. So fostering an environment where new ideas are not only accepted but encouraged creates more opportunities to solve problems.   “I’ve learned through fantastic leaders that active listening and thoughtful acceptance of what you’re hearing from other team members is a big deal, and you don’t have to be the person in the room who has the answer all the time.”     Resources: I want to get to know you better!
