House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan opens an investigation into FBI's use of “geofence warrants,” a type of broad warrant which seizes all data from everyone using geo-fencing or phone data, by tracking Americans to pinpoint whether any crimes were committed without probable cause. The Ohio Congressman comments that these are similar to “general warrants” in English Law that the Founding Fathers explicitly rejected in the Fourth Amendment of the Constiution. Jordan says that legislation is being introduced to stop these types of broad warrants saying, for example with “Bank of America, [the FBI] will have to get a warrant to get this information, [the Bank] can't be just turning it over, there has to be a specific warrant, that is our system, that is what this country was founded on.” Saying, “think about it, would Sam Adam think this is okay? Would John Adams? Would George Washington? Would any of those great Americans who started this experiment in Liberty we call America, the greatest nation ever, would they approve of what we're seeing?” The Ohio Congressman says Republicans will be pursuing “legislation and frankly will also look at the appropriations process and how we can use the power of the purse, the power of the appropriations” to look at how “American tax dollars” are being spent to influence this. On today’s podcast, Mike and Maurice discuss unrelated individual occupancy permit laws. These laws restrict how many unrelated people can live in a house together, calling into question serious constitutional issues. More and more cities are implementing these laws even as federal courts are striking them down left and right. Listen is as Mike and Maurice chat about the reasons these laws exist, why they are constitutionally questionable, and what you can do to fight them.

On this episode of the podcast, Mike and Maurice analyze historic district commissions. These commissions are semi-government entities that are often chaired by private individuals who arbitrarily determine whether a change you are making to your house conforms with the “historic attributes” of that neighborhood. Historic district commissions are problematic for a number of reasons such as being vague and permitting disgruntled neighbors to use unclear laws to harass those living around them.

Today's main stream media news is all about what America stands for.  Their perverted thinking justifies the confiscation of wealht from it's citizens, militarilly attempting the world's economic system for gains by a scnat few in power, the redistribution of wealth, restriction of inaleingable rights, and so on.  For some reason this does not compliment the freedom, rights, and liberty that every American is entitled to.  Are we now entering a period of the slow dealth of our country?  Quite frankly, I don't see any other outcome.  Join me and call in with your worldview. 

No election in American history was as consequential as the 1860 Presidential Election. Within two months of the election of Abraham Lincoln, South Carolina had seceded from the Union, and before Lincoln had been inaugurated, the Confederate States of America were formed. The Democratic Party unraveled first, as their convention in April in Charleston, South Carolina dissolved without a nominee. Arguing over the platform, a group of extreme pro-slavery agitators called "Fire Eaters" sought a platform that called for widespread expansion of slavery. This targeted the frontrunner for the nomination Illinois Senator Stephen Douglas and had the support of most Southern delegates. Meanwhile in Chicago, the still young Republican Party decided to choose a more moderate candidate, Abraham Lincoln of Illinois, who had lost a Senate race to Douglas two years earlier. A new party emerged called the Constitutional Union Party, which nominated John Bell of Tennessee and argued for the "Union as it is and Constiution as it is." When the Democrats met again in Baltimore in June, it came out as two parties, with Northern Democrats nominating Douglas and Southern Democrats nominating Vice President John Breckinridge. This division allowed Abraham Lincoln to easily take the election with less than 40 percent of the vote, and made most Southerners even more set on secession.

Also, now in California (The liberal test bed for the nation, like a progressive Petri dish) the following is law: Criminal Aliens can get drivers license (with an indicator on the card saying they are illegal), and business owners ARE NOT permitted to use the indicator as a reason not to hire the person?? Isn't it illegal to employ criminal aliens? Also, you no longer need to be a Medical Doctor to have an abortion. Nurse Practitioner, Physicians Assistants and Certain Mid Wives can now do it! How's that for a war on women! Oh, and if you're a criminal alien in California, and you get detained, you can now hire a lawyer that is a criminal alien? fun huh? Anthony Weiner, former US Representative, and current NY City Mayoral candidate, sent more Weiner pics AFTER his disgraceful resignation from congress...for the SAME THING! Many are asking for him to drop out of the race. So the big question now is; Will Weiner pull out? Will he stay in but blow it? Or will he go all the way because Weiner is a huge D? Seriously, how much Weiner can the Dems take? Apparently A LOT. He can do a lot of damage to them and they may have a different gait after mid terms. The sack heads discuss. On a completely unrelated note, President Obama speaks out about race and the Treyvon Martin case...from the perspective of a black male in America, not as OUR President.
