On this episode, Charlie crowns Greg Kihlström “King of Agile” and with good reason! Greg (founder of The Agile World where he consults, writes and hosts a podcast) has spent the past several years helping companies to incorporate agility into their digital transformation strategies and also advising on customer and employee experience. He has written several books on how companies can become more agile including: The Agile Workforce (2021), Center of Experience (2020), The Agile Consumer (2019), Digital Delight, 2nd edition (2019), The Agile Brand (2018), Ever Seeking (2018), The Agile Web (2016).  Greg and Charlie discuss what it means to be agile during and post-pandemic, how companies should navigate bringing employees back to the office in a way that optimizes employee experience, and how the pandemic is forcing companies to innovate in ways they never imagined before the pandemic (and why that's great but also challenging).  ABOUT GREG   Greg is a best selling author, speaker, and entrepreneur. He has worked with some of the world's leading organizations on customer experience, employee experience, and digital transformation initiatives, both before and after selling his award-winning digital experience agency, Carousel30, in 2017.  He has worked with some of the world's top brands, including AOL, Choice Hotels, Coca-Cola, Dell, FedEx, GEICO, Marriott, MTV, Starbucks, Toyota and VMware. He currently serves on the University of Richmond's Customer Experience Advisory Board, was the founding Chair of the American Advertising Federation's National Innovation Committee, and served on the Virginia Tech Pamplin College of Business Marketing Mentorship Advisory Board.  Greg is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified, and holds a certification in Business Agility from ICP-BAF. Greg's newest book, The Agile Workforce (2021) explores the current and future state of the workforce and envisions a world where individuals thrive in a new world of work opportunities enabled by technology, decentralization, and a shift in the power dynamics between employers and employees. His previous book, The Center of Experience (2020) talks about how customer and employee experience can be operationalized into a cohesive brand experience. Greg was named a 2018 50 on Fire winner from DC Inno as one of DC's trendsetters in Marketing. Episode 91 of the Gangstercast series is brought to us by Ralo & Strada aka Raul Peña and Felix Estrella, who are two incredible producers originating from the world of Hip Hop and now making House - one living in Miami and the other in Atlanta. Being an audio engineer for big Hip-Hop names in the early 90’s Ralo eventually got tired and felt like it was time to flip the script and speed up the tempo creating fresh house grooves. His productions have been played by Jesse Perez during BPM 2014 and the release of his EP on Sishi Rosch & Diego Moreno's imprint Digital Delight in 2016.   Strada was born in the south of Lima Peru, he then made his way to the U.S. as a young boy. Constantly in the studio, working diligently and searching each day for new sounds, he fell in love with the raw, filthy, nasty, funky and groovy beats of house music. It was in 2014 when they crossed paths, fellow producers who shared the same passion. They teamed up for an EP on Miami’s own Mr. Nice Guy Records in late 2015 and recently released on IAHG in 2016, and there's plenty more to come for this dream team!   Subscribe with iTunes - https://apple.co/1MQQ5me Subscribe with RSS -  https://imahousegangster.libsyn.com/   When we sat down with the guys, we asked how this mix represent them as artists, to which Ralo said “It represents the sound we love to create and share with everyone at our shows.”    Strada went on to explain how they choose the tracks for this mix, “We hand-selected these tracks by reaching out to fellow producers for their unreleased music and chose a few tracks that hold a special place in our hearts. We are very eager to share them with all you gangsters… The special thing about this mix is that we get to express our sound, our hard work and dedication that we have been striving for since we started working together two years ago.”   https://www.imahousegangster.com https://www.facebook.com/imahousegangster https://www.instagram.com/imahousegangster https://www.twitter.com/imhousegangster

Markus Eden: http://www.residentadvisor.net/dj/markuseden DJ Mark-E Started DJing at the age of 13 when he got his first pair of technics in 1991. Inspired by steve masons Xperience show on BFBS he started buying early hardcore / breakbeat records from Rebel MC music store in Limassol and Byzantium records in Nicosia. As records where hard to get in Cyprus he stocked up his collection in the summers in his native Germany and also in England. He concentrated on jungle and D & B till about 1998 when he also started playing 2 step garage which got him acquainted with Vocal house which he played entirely by 2000. Playing a 2 year residency in Bremen at the Uni and DJing a great deal in Frankfurt in clubs like Ostparkstrasse, Opium and Monza he gained experience in playing for different types of crowds. He also got to play at a lot of "back to the old skool" gigs in the Mannheim area where old skool hardcore was always big and where his huge collection of old breakbeat records now paid off. From then on it was a logical progression to explore all styles of house and ending up with a big variety of things to play out. However since 2006 his main focus is on tech / deep and progressive house. Since back in Cyprus he is a regular at GUABA beach bar in Limassol and also plays regulary at the MOTION boat parties and in Barfly Bar.

Unlike many weird and wonderful names in music, this one couldn’t be more descriptive if it led a revolution. Never one for conforming, following or holding back, Jonny ‘Rebel’ Lawrence is here to leave Mr. Rulebook quaking in his boots! Hailing from the historically conservative Buckinghamshire, realising his passion for music and all things artistic at a young age, Jonny had found the ammunition he needed to flourish from a wayward boy to a rebellious leader. Noting influences spanning across 80's pop culture and the 90's dance music scene, plus what close friends describe as ‘an unhealthy obsession with hero Sasha’ - you can see where Rebel pulls direction from. From perversity to university, Jonny lit the city of Leicester alight with his take on anything deep, dark, bass driven and underground – leading to support from Birmingham to Barcelona! Summer 2011 arrived and Jonny was now a regular at Leicester-based shindigs SONiDO and his own co-creation; Save The Pony. The future then went from bright to a ‘Digital Delight’ as Rebel was signed to Sishi Rösch’s Barcelona based imprint. Add to this a whole host of support from the likes of Miguel Puente, Sishi Rösch, Lee Brinx, Alexis Raphael, Max Chapman, Wildkats and many more, plus forthcoming EPs on Lower East, Hourglass and Electronique in 2012 and one thing is for sure however… whether you’re a renegade or conformist you’re about to start hearing a lot more about this Rebel force!
