Join us for the first message in our TITUS series as our Senior Pastor, Miles Fidell, unpacks the relational invitation found in Titus 1: to remain close to God, allowing Him to father us and shape our hearts so that we delight in what He delights in.
In this short episode, Fr. Bill reflects on a brief recording of Bill Wilson's unsuccessful attempts to return to the original 12 Step wording of “spiritual experience” over “spiritual awakening.” He also comments on Fr. Dowling's words to the 20th Anniversary Gathering of AA in St. Louis where he said, “Istill weep that the elders of the movement have dropped the word ‘experience' for ‘awakening.'” No need to weep, but it's good information to know.Show notes:Father Ed by Dawn Eden GoldsteinBill Wilson's recorded commentary on "Experience"
Throughout his life, Father Ed was attracted to those who suffered - and since AA describes itself as “a program of attraction,” there's little wonder this Jesuit priest was drawn to 12-Step members from the Program's earliest days. In 1940, Dowling saw a troubled man recover from the depths of alcoholic despair and soon after witnessing this miracle he traveled to New York to meet AA's co-founder, Bill Wilson. He wanted to learn how AA worked. Thus began a spiritual friendship between two men that continued throughout Fr. Ed's life. Bill later wrote of Ed, “He became just about the closest friend I shall ever have - and my spiritual advisor, too. He took me through some of my rough going, which, without his counsel and love, I might never have survived.”Fr. Bill interviews Dawn Eden Goldstein, author of a new and much needed biography of Father Ed. Her book is a “must read” for those interested in AA history and will prove a valuable study guide for anyone wanting to discover the love of God that lies at the heart of every genuine 12-Step recovery. Hour 2 opens with quarterback speculation as the Miami Dolphins get linked to Anthony Richardson, sparking draft talk and a debate over upside versus proven production. The conversation takes a personal turn as Joe reflects on his “part-time Catholic” upbringing, sharing stories about strict nuns, intimidating priests, and giving a shoutout to his current priest Father Ed. From there, the focus shifts back to basketball with the Miami Heat falling to the Philadelphia 76ers, reinforcing concerns about inconsistency, the lack of a true superstar, and whether Erik Spoelstra has enough talent around Bam Adebayo and Tyler Herro. We wrap with Hollywood's Headlines, featuring Artemi Panarin gifting a Rolex to a mascot, buzz around WWE Elimination Chamber, drama involving the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Tez Johnson, plus a wild Florida Man theft story at Target.

In this episode of Cornerstone Conversations, we look back at the books that didn't just inspire us, but marked us. From the quiet ways God meets us in different seasons to the strange timing of a book that lands right when your heart needs it, we talk honestly about what shaped us this year and why certain pages linger long after you close them. The guys laugh about Christmas movies, hunting trips, Taco Bell gift cards, and old-school black and white films, but woven through all of it is this simple truth. God uses books to form us, steady us, and sometimes expose places we didn't even know needed attention. We talk about Practicing the Way, Sacred Pathways, Fathered by God, what pulls us into a book, why some books miss us, and why others rearrange us in the best way. If you're stepping into a new year wanting to grow, reset your rhythms, or just start with one good book, this episode will give you clarity, encouragement, and a sense of direction for your own journey. Family demands a DNA test to verify the paternity of their late brother's alleged daughter and argues that he was paralyzed by a stroke after returning from England, making it impossible for him to have fathered a child at the time his wife claims she became pregnant.
“We doubt that our late brother's daughter with his wife is truly his. He was paralyzed by a stroke when he returned from England, so it would have been impossible for him to have fathered a child at the time our in-law claims she became pregnant. We call for a DNA test to determine her paternity.” - Family demands

Chase Thacker, a leader whose passion for people supercharges everything from freight and shipping to family and faith. Chase recounts the rapid “Mission to Maui” response after the August 2023 Lahaina fires, mobilizing containers of water, generators, Starlinks, and medical supplies, showing what servant leadership looks like when the stakes are high. He traces his unexpected path into logistics, the customer-service roots that drive his work, and a bold family move to Houston to seize a new sales opportunity. Along the way, Chase unpacks building teams through love and loyalty, navigating acquisitions, and the simple mandate on his desk: leaders make leaders. We also go deep on the man behind the metrics: habit stacking and morning activations on Camelback, a dramatic health reset through fasting, thoughtful guardrails around alcohol in a high-pressure industry, and a “travel-ready” fitness routine that needs zero equipment. Through the lens of Fathered by God (boy, cowboy, warrior, lover, king, sage), Chase identifies himself in the warrior season, pursuing excellence at work while protecting and serving at home. He shares practical fatherhood lessons, nurturing a strong will in his daughter and emotional intelligence in his son, and how presence in the small moments adds up to a legacy. Built to Lead with Jory Evans: Tactical Business Advice, Practical Leadership Principles
A candid, faith-driven conversation calling men to “be a man” by coming through for those they serve. Drawing on Wild at Heart, Fathered by God, and the true saga Endurance, the hosts unpack three core longings of men—a battle to fight, an adventure to live, and a beauty to rescue. They explore the inner wound and the nagging question “Do I have what it takes?”, contrast God's voice with the enemy's lies, and show how misdirected masculinity turns destructive. With vivid stories, statistics, and practical examples—work, family, risk, and leadership—the episode challenges men to pursue purpose, cultivate healthy adventure, and love sacrificially, anchoring identity in God rather than approval or infatuation.
Who Fathered Sandra Birchmore's Child? The DNA Questions & Police Cover-Up EXPOSED! The Sandra Birchmore case doesn't end with Farwell's arrest. This segment asks the hard questions: who fathered Sandra's child, why did officers destroy their phones, and how far did the cover-up go inside Massachusetts law enforcement? With chilling echoes of the Karen Read case, the discussion unpacks destroyed evidence, phone wipes, and the desperate attempts at self-preservation by officers who may not have murdered Sandra but almost certainly knew too much. The debate over DNA highlights another layer: multiple officers admitted to sexual contact with Sandra, raising disturbing questions about exploitation, accountability, and systemic rot. It's a story about more than one corrupt cop — it's about an entire culture that enabled him, protected him, and only acted when federal authorities forced the issue. Pastor Kenneth unveils a powerful journey through six stages of biblical masculinity, focusing on the final three, lover, king, and sage. Through David's intimate psalms and modern examples, he shows how developing deeper intimacy with God transforms leadership and legacy.
Everything in our lives rises and falls on our capacity to know that God is good, and that we can learn to receive His love, more and more! There is no limit to the amount of His love that you can receive! On this Father's Day, Maria brings a key message about learning to receive the Father's love. However, receiving love can feel very complicated, especially God's love, as it is unconditional and requires nothing in return. Maria shares two key weapons in not being deterred from your deeper journey with the Father- our righteousness in Him and our sonship with Him. We are qualified to receive all the benefits of His glorious love when we activate these keys.Nothing can separate you from the love of God in Christ Jesus (Romans 8). It's all yours, and He wants to teach you again and again how to be great at receiving it! Letting the deep love of the Father in, will displace three core lies that the devil works with: I am unworthy, I am not loved, and I am not enough! The perfect love of God is designed to displace each of these lies over and over - not just once! Friends, there is more! Not only do you get the benefits of love, but you also get five keys of life: identity, purpose, passion, security and singular vision! This is gold, and it's all for free as you press into the glorious love of the Father! His Hesed love is for us and will carry us to deeper love!
In his sermon, Pastor Kenneth reveals how God designed men to move from boyhood through the "cowboy stage" into becoming warriors who fight for what matters. Drawing from David's journey from shepherd to giant-slayer, he shows how victory over personal battles equips us to stand against injustice.
How does relationship, grace, and adoption through the Holy Spirit transform our lives, enabling God to take His rightful place as our Father and us as His sons and daughters. Our past shame and mistakes do not disqualify us, but rather through God's grace, we are fully accepted and loved, our identity secured in His adoption, not our performance
In his sermon, Pastor Kenneth reveals how our earthly father experiences can distort our view of our heavenly Father yet healing is within reach. Drawing from personal stories and biblical truth, he shows how God longs to father us in our wounded places, offering the embrace we've always needed.
God is a good Father who is intentional about His children. Tune into this message from Ps. Colin as he shares around this wonderful attribute.
Through the lens of the prodigal son story, Pastor Kenneth reveals how both the wayward and the dutiful brothers missed the same truth: God's love isn't earned by behavior, but freely given because we're His children. Drawing from personal stories and Scripture, his message invites us to experience the transformative difference between having the status of sonship and living in the spirit of it.
