When Van Ginkel signed with the Vikings last week, we all assumed it was just his decision to sign near his home in the Midwest. But after more signings and cap space opening up for the Dolphins, it's starting to feel more like the Dolphins didn't see Van Ginkel as a $10 Million a year player. 

We were a bit confused to see the Dolphins sign Shaq Barrett to a contract that was only one million dollars less than Van Ginkel received from Minnesota yesterday. But it all made sense knowing Van Ginkel's roots in the upper Midwest.
