It's time for the men to show out. This brings us to the 19th edition of the men series - focusing on all male artist , specifically with an LGBTQ leaning. This set is filled with classic tracks from the 80's, 90's and beyond all with updated, floor filling remixes. The set starts out in the vocal house arena before quickly planting itself in the club/circuit/big room arena. I wanted this edition to have drive and energy with a focus on uplifting vocals delivering a positive message. Pride month may be over but July carries on with world wide parties and celebrations. I would like to add July's edition of UP! to the festivities. This set is jam packed with uplifting house and club anthems to keep the party going. Kicking it off is the Sonny Federa & Ella Henderson collaboration "Like I Used To" followed by Australia's own Ricki-Lee with her new single "On My Own". Producer Jolyon Petch remixes this song as well as his own track "Make A Move". Australian producer Nick Jay delivers a killer remix of Australian diva Tina Arena's 90's hit "I Need Your Body" which I meant to put on last month's Pride Anthems but completely forgot. (I'm very vague sometimes). Division 4 delivers a funky remix of Lizzo's "Phone" which I really like. Dirty Disco (Mark de Lange) has been very busy turning out some outstanding remixes recently and I feature six of them in this set. Artists include Kylie Minogue's "Padam Padam" (her massive summer smash hit), Dua Lipa, Kristine W, Sam Smith & Madonna, Ariana Castelli and Adam Lambert - a veritable smorgasbord of Dirty Disco. We lost a legend of the music industry in late May of this year. Tina Turner was an incredible artist turning out hits from the 60's through to the 2010's. I've included the Joe Gauthreaux remix of one of her biggest hits "The Best" (RIP Tina). Debby Holiday delivers a powerful vocal on her Pride hit "Love Lift Me Up" collaborating with Stephen Jusko & DJ Blacklow. Toy Armada also features two remixes here for Mary Kiani on her cover of "Giving Up, Giving In" as well as Kim Petras & Nicki Minaj's massive hit "Alone". Idina Menzel has a pumping new song out, "Move" remixed by Guy Scheiman. The set closes out with Sigala & Adam Lambert's cover of the Sylvester classic "Mighty Real". Welcome to the final UP! for 2022. This edition sneaks in just before Xmas and is packed full of funky house and club anthems to see you through to the New Year. The set kicks off with another great track by Jack Wins "Good Love" and slides into "Medicine" by Trucco. Rihanna's massive hit "Lift Me Up" from the Black Panther sequel gets an excellent treatment from Ray Isaac as does "I Just Want Your Touch" by Jolyon Petch. Division 4 has two remixes featured here for Meghan Trainor and Naked Flame respectively. LeAnn Rimes has a great new track "Spaceship" which has an amazing remix from Dave Aude`. Years & Years cover Crystal Waters' classic "100% Pure Love" mixed by Dirty Disco and 7th Heaven do a classic, energy remix of "Drop Dead Gorgeous" by NVS. Probably my favourite track on this set is P!nk's new song "Never Gonna Not Dance Again" remixed by Stephen Jusko & DJ Blacklow. It is such a joyous and uplifting song and all the remixes I have of it are stellar. Guy Scheiman reinvents "Like It Is" as does Big Kid on the amazing "Run" by Becky Hill. I never put Christmas themed songs on my podcasts and I promised my brother I would stick to that again this year. However, I folded and placed Mariah's "All I Want For Christmas" as the closing track as the Lord N' remix is quite uplifting. That's about as festive as I get. Don't hate me Nick. The July '22 edition of UP! almost didn't make it into July. Equipment issues have proven challenging this month but none the less, here it is. Even though Pride month is officially over, the summer party season in the northern hemisphere is still in full swing so I wanted this month's UP! to be full of energy from the outset. Kicking off the set is an excellent disco house track from The Lovefreakz & Nick Reach Up. Dirty Disco turn out 3 bangin' remixes for Beyonce`, Calvin Harris and Lizzo respectively. Tommer Mizrahi, Sagi Kariv and Guy Scheiman all turn out uplifting mixes as the set moves into main room territory. Demi Lovato's track gets the club treatment from Dario Xavier. Closing out the set are 2 classic tracks from Tina Turner and Emile Sande for that nostalgic feel. The April '22 edition of UP! is a little late coming out admittedly, but makes up for it with a collection of funky and big room house vocals. I've used quite a few male vocals on this edition as well. The set kicks off with the song "Trust" followed by Becky Hill's "Run". TRAIG has been pumping out some new music and his latest "High On You" gets the Division 4 remix treatment. Some funky house tracks from Maggie Szabo and Jazzy follow and then we start to move into big room territory with Zoe Badwi, Lizzo and Megan Thee Stallion ft. Dua Lipa. It's the most wonderful time of the year when Party Favorz rolls out our annual Holiday Edition featuring the latest circuit anthems and beefy Santa's adorn the cover. We've pulled out all the stops to ensure our humble subscribers are getting the latest and greatest in the circuit tribal house music landscape. Our only issue is that a few DJ's who'll go unamed are getting a bit sloppy by forcing the vocals onto premade instrumentals as opposed to creating the beats to fit the structure of the song. There are a few instances here and you'll know it when you hear it. A couple of these are by veterans who should know bettter but we'll just leave it at that. Otherwise, the set gets an A- for overall quality, song selection and flow. It looks like there will be a new T-Dance set dropping sometime this week, which is almost done. We have some computer upgrades and reconfigurations to make over the next couple of days so it's highly likely the Top Dance Songs of the Year will not drop until early January 2022. This is not unheard of around here but it hasn't happened in a very long time and is completely out of our hands. Last Splash 2021 | T-Dance Edition

Well, f∩ck me twice on Sunday! Party Favorz (i.e. me, myself, I) has been in a pissy mood all week trying to get this CDN and caching plugin configured to my liking and it's turned into an obsession of defeat. I don't know what that means but it seems to fit the situation. Since Last Splash was already in the bag and I had planned on taking a much-needed break afterwards — I decided to go ahead and drop this Labor Day weekend party set 7 days early. You'll notice a lot of Block & Crown remixes in this set as I've only recently gotten access to an entire catalog of their work through one of my DJ services. Many of these songs never see the light of day on Beatport or Traxsource but are DJ exclusives (likely because of licensing issues). There's not a lot known about this duo other than they appear to be filling the gap left behind by Almighty and 7th Heaven who have been staples in the gay dance arena for several decades. While their brand isn't strictly geared towards gay audiences as you'll notice their work ends up on our Dance Club, Disco House and Peak Hour series — they're remarkably agile and easily adapt to whatever they're working on. In the last couple of years, they started remixing other artist's tracks and have recently embarked on creating original songs for the ZYX Music label (another blast from the past that's still pumping out great dance music). Another notable duo that's more recently entered this arena are Nacho Chapado & Ivan Gomez whose Guareber Recordings produced earworms with big tribal circuit beats and have now expanded into power disco house tracks and mashups much like Block & Crown are doing with great success. It's not clear if their Disco Gurls and Ghostmasters monikers are indeed themselves or ghost DJs working under the Guareber Recordings label but they've definitely hit on something as there's lots of room and plenty of source material to sample and mashup from the 70's, 80's, 90's and the early millennium. Then of course there's the Party Favorz favorite Purple Disco Machine, whose remixes and remakes of historical dance classics and current pop and Indie songs brings everything into his own little disco universe has exploded on the dance scene making him one of the most sought after DJs right now. Throw all this together with brand new dance gems and cheesy remakes of 80's love songs and you got yourself the most EPIC T-Dance set I've put out to date. As mentioned earlier, I plan on taking a couple of weeks off from the podcast to recharge my batteries and hopefully get this g*ddamned caching plugin properly configured as well as the app for Party Favorz, which was all working great until it wasn't. Well, f∩ck me twice on Sunday! Party Favorz (i.e. me, myself, I) has been in a pissy mood all week trying to get this CDN and caching plugin configured to my liking and it's turned into an obsession of defeat. I don't know what that means but it seems to fit the situation. Since Last Splash was already in the bag and I had planned on taking a much-needed break afterwards — I decided to go ahead and drop this Labor Day weekend party set 7 days early. You'll notice a lot of Block & Crown remixes in this set as I've only recently gotten access to an entire catalog of their work through one of my DJ services. Many of these songs never see the light of day on Beatport or Traxsource but are DJ exclusives (likely because of licensing issues). There's not a lot known about this duo other than they appear to be filling the gap left behind by Almighty and 7th Heaven who have been staples in the gay dance arena for several decades. While their brand isn't strictly geared towards gay audiences as you'll notice their work ends up on our Dance Club, Disco House and Peak Hour series — they're remarkably agile and easily adapt to whatever they're working on. In the last couple of years, they started remixing other artist's tracks and have recently embarked on creating original songs for the ZYX Music label (another blast from the past that's still pumping out great dance music). Another notable duo that's more recently entered this arena are Nacho Chapado & Ivan Gomez whose Guareber Recordings produced earworms with big tribal circuit beats and have now expanded into power disco house tracks and mashups much like Block & Crown are doing with great success. It's not clear if their Disco Gurls and Ghostmasters monikers are indeed themselves or ghost DJs working under the Guareber Recordings label but they've definitely hit on something as there's lots of room and plenty of source material to sample and mashup from the 70's, 80's, 90's and the early millennium. Then of course there's the Party Favorz favorite Purple Disco Machine, whose remixes and remakes of historical dance classics and current pop and Indie songs brings everything into his own little disco universe has exploded on the dance scene making him one of the most sought after DJs right now. Throw all this together with brand new dance gems and cheesy remakes of 80's love songs and you got yourself the most EPIC T-Dance set I've put out to date. As mentioned earlier, I plan on taking a couple of weeks off from the podcast to recharge my batteries and hopefully get this g*ddamned caching plugin properly configured as well as the app for Party Favorz, which was all working great until it wasn't. After road-testing the latest T-Dance set for Pride, we thought we'd get ahead of the curve and do a late-week drop before the weekend. Pride T-Dance Edition 2021 is part of the Party Favorz re-entry into T-Dance, which was a staple in the early years of this podcast. This special Pride edition is chock-full of updated gay anthem classics as well as current House Music tracks that are perfect for Sunday afternoon reveling or frankly, anytime you want something a little less hard-hitting than our traditional circuit and anthems sets. Dropping this now will allow for the creation of Gay Anthems For a New Generation 2021 with a (hopeful) release by this upcoming Sunday but don't hold us to that. If we can clear the slate — it will buy us some time to start the Apple Music transfer that was discussed in the Pride Edition 2021 last week and is going to be a long tedious process. Additionally, we were informed that the issues surrounding our app had been resolved but they still persist. So, that's going to require additional testing, which in turn necessitates more free time. Ultimately, an earlier release of these sets allows folks already celebrating Pride before the official U.S. date and the international Pride Day a week later to get into the spirit as these events take place.
