What is your inner child? As you are growing up you deal with disappointments, traumas and in some cases neglect or abuse. Most parents are dealing with their own stresses and issues and their actions are not intentional but they greatly impact you. You think because you are in a spirtually connected relationship that is is meant to be and will always work out no matter what? Jealousy occurs when a person feels their relationship, not necessarily romantic, is threatened by someone or something outside of the relationship. Jealousy is an emotion and typically refers to the negative thoughts and feelings of insecurity, fear, and anxiety over the anticipated loss of something but most specifically… a romantic relationship. Jealousy often consists of a combination of emotions such as anger, resentment, and insecurity. Jealousy is a difficult thing for some folks to get a handle on but the consequences of jealousy can often be fatal to a relationship. Do you find your romantic partner getting jealous over the smallest infractions, real or imaginary? Do you stalk your ex online getting jealous of every little thing they post on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram? When the person you love is emotionally unavailable, you are really just wasting your time, energy and effort pursuing a relationship with them. When a relationship is emotionally one sided, it never stands a cchance of growing. You may never be someone they can truly love, and that is not because there is something wrong with you. There are so many people we encounter that are physically attractive, nice, and look great on paper. Yet we cannot fall in love with them because there is a spark, or chemistry missing. We do not get to pick and choose who we can fall in love with, and neither can anyone else. So it is not your fault, but you do need to accept the reality that they may never return the feelings you have towards them. In many cases though, people we think are emotionally unavailable are just really good at hiding their feelings. (Spiritual connections often scare people so much that they do anything they can to hide their true feelings.)
