Lowe of New Life Christian Church in Warsaw, Indiana confessed to sexually assaulting a child decades ago. Actually, he didn't come out and say that. He only confessed to “adultery.” It was only when the victim took the stage moments later to correct the record—she was 16 and he assaulted her—that he finally acknowledged it. And then the church embraced… the pastor. 27:31 2: Women sues Netflix over “our father “ documentary https://www.8newsnow.com/news/women-sue-netflix-over-our-father-documentary-revealing-their-secret/ Two women who were among the nearly 100 children fathered without consent by a former Indianapolis fertility doctor are suing the makers of the Netflix documentary “Our Father.” They say the film revealed their secrets to millions of viewers without their permission. According to the complaint, the unidentified plaintiffs are two of the many secret children fathered by Dr. Donald Cline, the former fertility doctor who used his own sperm to impregnate Indiana women while lying to them about the source of the donor. The lies of Dr. Cline, brought to light by a WXIN investigation, became more wildly known after the release of “Our Father” on Netflix on May 11. The complaint alleges that neither the plaintiffs nor their families knew that they were secret children of Dr. Cline until they took at-home DNA tests in 2019. After learning of this shocking origin, both plaintiffs chose to keep their revelations private, electing not to disclose their true origins. 44:16 3: Teacher cuts 5yr old hair without permission Paraprofessional accused of cutting hair of 5-year-old with special needs at Gwinnett school 1:15:13 4: Workers spot skeleton of women through window https://www.newsweek.com/you-treat-dog-better-workers-spot-skeleton-woman-through-window-new-york-1710169 Construction workers made the horrific discovery of a woman's skeleton while doing maintenance outside her New York City building last month. PLEASE PRESS SUBSCRIBE! A pastor in Indiana attempted to tell his congregation about adultery he'd committed 20 years ago, but his congregation turned on him when the woman called him out -- revealing she was 16 at the time. New Life Christian Church pastor John Lowe announced his resignation Sunday after confessing to cheating on his wife with one other person many years ago. The congregation applauded and forgave Lowe, then a woman and her husband approached the altar. While Lowe had sex with this woman on the church office floor, she claimed she was just 16 at the time. Indiana's consent age is 16. While the congregation watched, the woman continued, telling Pastor Lowe that the affair went on for nine years. The audience began shouting at Lowe after the woman and her husband left the stage, and he eventually confessed, saying the woman was only 16 when he had an affair with her. According to a local report, the county prosecutor has opened an investigation. If you like TRUE CRIME TODAY - Be sure to search and subscribe wherever you download podcasts! In this Joespeak Podcast, we are joined by Pastor Sam Casey, the pastor of New Life Christian Church and Executive Director of Congregations Organized for Prophetic Engagement, a 501(c)3 faith-based organization. Pastor Sam talks about the convergence of his roles as pastor and community organizer over more than two decades, and explains how he approaches his advocacy for issues in communities of color. He makes clear that churches must be involved in justice issues to be true to their fundamental spiritual mission. He lets us know how the playing field changed with COVID-19 in both the church and the larger community, and how his organization is partnering with public and private entities to sound the alarm on available resources and deal with long held community distrust. Finally, Pastor Casey talks about why he remains optimistic and casts a wide net to encourage involvement of everyone, spiritually inclined and otherwise-- in today’s fight for justice.

-----(REVISED)-----ABOUT PASTOR STANLEY SARGENT:Born and raise in Muskegon Heights Michigan. where I've started my ministries at the early age of 10. at Beulah Missionary Baptist Church. Like most; WE ALL had our rebellious journey to go on, from child, teen, and mid adult,I've been homeless, living in shelters, abandoned homes, eating out of trash cans, wearing the same clothes for weeks at a time with no bath. (This my testimony). No place to after burning bridges. Having to get myself together, and realizing I could not do this without the help of the Lord. So going through humiliation, and had to humble myself, I allow God to lead me, and made me into new creation.I now live in the Detroit Michigan Metro area. Here God has called me back to the platform; Where I've start playing drums for churches and choirs. Worked in the community, homeless shelters, as well ministering to the youth.I Started pastoring in 2014, here in Westland, Michigan at a Church named Gateway Missionary Baptist Church. I was voted into the position of pastor after the formal pastor had stepped down. After a few short months it was decided to change the name from Gateway Missionary Baptist Church, to New Life Christian Church of Westland. I'd pastor there up to October of 2017, which I had to step down due to having 4 strokes in one day. I was on my deathbed at the time; close to going home and being with the Lord. But God had other plans for me, He saved for the deathbed, and called me to go tell how He healed me. I was told that I would never have the used of my right side, nevertheless through prayer, God stepped in. And today I am able to use my right side.I feel that He's calling me back into the position that He applied to me. This ministry is a new plant, at a new beginning here in Michigan area, I will go where He tells me to plant. The church is now NEW LIFE IN CHRIST MINISTRIES. Everyone deserves a new start, a new beginning, a new path, New Direction. New Life In Christ will be about Love, Understanding, Compassion, Forgiveness, Caring, Embracing one another, Encouraging one another, and there will be NO JUDGEMENT here.. Before my wife and I got married, we were praying about becoming missionaries. Challenges like learning new languages, adapting to new cultures and new food came to mind. We quickly realized that we would be on separate hemispheres from our collective families. And while God didn't call my wife and I to move to another continent 20+ years ago, we've eventually become a missionary in a different context… In EP023, we dig in with Tom Pounder, Online Pastor at New Life Christian Church and creator of Digital Bootcamp on Facebook, not only into the question of what is a “digital disciple”, but also, how can we create one? Can we create a disciple who can utilize online tools to create other disciples? Can we reach into the sub-cultures found on the Internet to meet new people who need Jesus in their lives? I don't know that this podcast answers all the questions… but we certainly start the conversation with you on how your church can utilize Church Online to disciple Digital Missionaries.
