In "Attraction Mastery Secrets - Flirting for Fun & Profit Part 2," Dr. David Snyder explores the psychological and physiological aspects of attraction and social interactions. Dr. David talks about the importance of self-awareness in attracting a soulmate, the role of body language and energy in personal state control, the psychology of dating, and gender differences in socialization and dating. He also delves into techniques for improving emotional states, using empathy and neuroscience in social interactions, and strategies for enhancing charisma and influence. Throughout the episode, Dr. David emphasizes the significance of ethical practices, managing one's emotional state, and employing psychological techniques to forge deeper connections and achieve desired social outcomes. Standout Quotes: "It's about finding out who you are and what makes you happy. Become that within yourself, so that you're not running around looking for somebody else to do it for you." - Dr. David Snyder "Your physiology controls your psychology, so change your body feelings to influence your state." - Dr. David Snyder "The fastest way to change another person's body feelings is to change yours first." - Dr. David Snyder "If you want this ability, it is a superpower. Believe me, if there was a Jedi skill set planet, David and we got some really cool stuff." - Dr. David Snyder "The more times you use their language, the more attention you get. And the more they start hanging on your every word, the more they talk." - Dr. David Snyder "The reason we call it the game is because if you treat it like a game, you don't take it as seriously. Which is the first thing you have to do if you want to be attractive." - Dr. David Snyder "If you don't enjoy spending time with somebody, you'll never find out how loyal they are. You will stick around, you'll never find out how intelligent they are many times." - Dr. David Snyder Key Takeaways: Be self-aware of the templates and familiarity patterns that influence your attractions. Control your emotional state through power poses, specific postures, and mindful breathing. Understand gender differences in socialization and body language cues, and build rapport through mirroring techniques such as echo. Embody confident identities, treat social interactions like a game, and prioritize enjoyment over checklists when dating. Use your physiology to control your psychology, and use strong positive states to influence the feelings of others, as emotions are contagious. As an empath, learn to separate your emotions from those of others using questions like "Is this mine?". Practice emotional management by relabeling sensations and getting in and out of emotional states like an actor while treating people respectfully using influence techniques. Episode Timeline: [02:31] – How can neurological and psychosocial processes be utilized to improve relationships and achieve desired outcomes? [05:00] – How does David link physiology to psychology in controlling one's feelings? [12:12] – What fears do men and women face when dating and approaching each other? In "Attraction Mastery Secrets - Flirting for Fun & Profit Part 1," Dr. David Snyder explores the complexities of attraction, flirting, and relationships. David dives into various techniques and perspectives, discussing the importance of understanding gender dynamics, the influence of childhood experiences on beliefs about attraction, and the role of self-growth. He also delves into practical strategies such as controlling one's state before social interactions and providing graceful exits for women in conversations. In his talk, David emphasizes that emotions can spread and highlights how showing confidence and a fun attitude can make social interactions better. Standout Quotes: "The meaning of a message equals the response it receives, and there are many filters in a person's nervous system." - Dr. David Snyder "Human beings don't share the same lexicon; they don't assign the same interpretations and meanings to things." - Dr. David Snyder "Your physiology controls your psychology. So, anything that changes what happens in your body also changes what happens in your mind." - Dr. David Snyder "The fastest way to change someone's feelings is to change yours first." - Dr. David Snyder "If you can generate and embody a strong enough emotional state, it will influence everyone around you." - Dr. David Snyder "Whether we're discussing energetics, romance, negotiation, or mediation, the deeper the rapport, the more possibilities arise." - Dr. David Snyder "People like those who make them feel good about themselves." - Dr. David Snyder Key Takeaways: Understand different gender perspectives and socialization differences around dating to communicate attraction and flirting effectively. Use techniques like building rapport and making people feel good, remembering that people are drawn to those who make them feel positive about themselves. Recognize how childhood experiences can influence romantic relationships, highlighting the need for self-growth. Control your state through practices like power poses to project confidence and positive energy, as your physiology directly impacts your psychology. Be aware of body language cues and their role in increasing or decreasing attraction during interactions. Emotions are contagious, so projecting playfulness can make others more receptive; question if the sensations being felt are genuinely one's own emotions or someone else's. The deeper the rapport, the more influence one has, so approach interactions from a resourceful, confident state and manage empathy by disconnecting others' emotions from your feelings. Episode Timeline: [02:39] – How did Snyder emphasize the importance of recognizing and understanding communication clues? [05:27] – What did David mention about the importance rapport and making others feel good? [11:25] – How did David stress the importance of knowing your outcome and controlling your state in personal relationships? [17:02] – What is the connection between physiology with psychology in terms of impacting one's mental state through body language? [22:27] – What are the differences in how men and women approach and perceive approaches in dating scenarios? [26:12] – What are some Gender Differences in Socialization and Dating? [31:00] – What are David's thoughts on the psychological phenomenon of projection and its effects on social interactions? [36:54] – What did David mention about the contagious nature of strong emotional states? [42:10] – How can we manage overwhelming emotions and differentiate our feelings from others'? We first discuss the importance of client education, emphasizing consistent communication, regular newsletters, and informative emails. Utilising resources like exclaimer at the bottom of your email signature can significantly aid this continuous education process. When clients remember your advice or can refer back to past communication, you're enhancing your relationship with them and positioning your MSP as a trusted resource.  Stuart highlights the importance of planning and preparing for client meetings. Sending an agenda beforehand, focusing on business issues rather than technical ones, and leaving a memorable impression are all crucial aspects of a successful meeting. Simple gestures like bringing cakes or company merchandise can forge a deeper bond with the client, as well as improve understanding of what's happening on the ground.  The conversation during the meeting should follow a framework or an agenda, beginning with building a rapport and then gradually transitioning to business matters. It's crucial to remember personal details about your clients and ask about their business's current events. Being aware of broader contextual headlines, like inflation, government decisions, or vendor activity, will also provide context and relevance to your conversation.  Discussing your client's business developments, growth plans, or mergers will show your genuine interest in their operation and can potentially lead to a discussion about opportunities and risks from a technological standpoint. Being able to provide insights on upcoming technologies, such as AI, and suggest improvements for their systems will showcase your strategic value.  Stuart also notes the importance of a well-structured, automated follow-up process. Whether it's ticketing for meeting planning, project quotation, invoicing, or even customer satisfaction feedback, all these actions should be logged in the system for everyone in the business to track effectively.  Wrapping up, Stuart and I discuss the impact of this process on MSPs. By implementing this approach, MSPs can increase their clients' value, hold meaningful conversations about financial commitments without causing discomfort, and ultimately ensure long-term relationships with their clients. The end goal is to make your MSP indispensable to your client's business, reducing the risk of becoming irrelevant and potentially losing revenue.  We wrap up the episode with a reminder that these processes, while they might seem daunting at first, can start simply. Even if you don't have automation in place, a checklist and consistent follow-through will go a long way. The ultimate aim is to retain your clients, grow your business, and consistently deliver value.  Now, time to finally look binge-listen all three-parts and transform your client relationships from supplier to partner.    Connect with me on LinkedIn and see what I'm up to by clicking HERE  You can also connect with Stuart and see what he is up to by clicking HERE  To join our amazing Facebook Group of over 300 MSPs where we are helping you Scale Up with Confidence, then click HERE    Until next time, look after yourself and I'll catch up with you soon!

Welcome to the second part of The Secret to Building a Pipeline of Profit, a three-part series focussing on the fundamentals of Account Management, designed to help you maximise the opportunity with your existing clients.   In this episode, Stuart shared his insights into why it's important to strategise first, and then implement tactics. The first step involves stopping and thinking about what you currently have, and where you want to go with your client base. The right strategy underpins how you nurture the key relationships that form the bedrock of your business. Working on this aspect is not just working in your business, but on it, and this strategic approach can pay back multiple times in creating a process that others can operate effectively.  Stuart shared an example about one of his clients. Despite running a well-structured business with robust systems and excellent client relationships, the profitability was not reflecting the effort. On Stuart's advice, the client started analysing his own numbers, and was shocked to find nearly £185,000 worth of untapped business opportunities within his existing client base.  The key here was the realisation that his clients' needs were evolving, and by having the right strategic conversations, he could seize these opportunities and generate additional revenue.  These changes allowed him to invest deeply in the right people, amplifying the capacity of his business. While the net profit didn't change dramatically in the short term, it was used to make the business scalable, allowing him to reap rewards later. When asked what was holding him back at the start of the process, the client admitted it was himself. But once he had a quantifiable understanding of the opportunities in his business, he was able to leverage his great relationships and seize these opportunities more effectively.  Understanding your client base, analysing your categories, and getting your standards in place can change how you feel about the future of your business. The additional revenue and profit that effective Account Management can bring about can give you the confidence to invest in new resources, staff, or even explore growth opportunities like acquisitions.  As we conclude this episode, we leave you with the thought that the fear of failure often holds us back. When you start seeing consistent cash flow, strengthened business, and have the ability to invest easily in new resources, you realise that the future holds more opportunities than risks.  In our next and final episode in this series, we'll share more details and specific tactics that you can apply to maximise the profitability of your MSP. It's a quick four-minute exercise that will help you understand what to focus on right now.  Thanks for tuning in, and we look forward to catching up with you in the final part of the series next week.

In this episode, Stuart highlights a crucial aspect: that the most challenging part of this process isn't necessarily the strategic application but overcoming self-imposed obstacles. This episode emphasises the concept of "getting out of your own way." Stuart explains how this key move can make a substantial difference, not only in the realm of account management but in various areas of running a successful MSP business. With newfound confidence and better conversations, MSP owners start unlocking their business potential.  In line with this, Stuart notes that these extra earnings don't instantly change net profits, as the funds are usually reinvested in expansion strategies like hiring more staff or investing in additional premises. However, these are crucial steps in solidifying a business' infrastructure, setting the stage for future scaling.  We also take a look at what business owners need to initiate their journey towards self-improvement and optimised client interaction. Stuart points out that it all begins with an in-depth analysis of your existing client base. It's about understanding what your clients are currently buying or not buying from you, and then finding ways to steer the conversation in a more beneficial direction.  The gap between what your clients are currently buying and what they should be buying is also a critical consideration, as it directly impacts the optimisation of security, efficiency, and effectiveness in their use of technology. However, Stuart notes that many MSPs struggle in this area because they don't understand their numbers or have difficulty pulling information from their PSA.  In conclusion, Stuart paints an optimistic picture of the potential that lies ahead for MSPs who understand and employ these principles. By becoming valuable partners rather than mere suppliers to their clients, MSPs can not only tap into a hidden profit pipeline, but they also build a moat around their businesses, protecting long-term profitability and client relationships.  We hope you enjoyed this episode!   Listen to this episode with Paul Croker on why you need a VCIO in your MSP: EP101 – Why Do I Need VCIO as a Service in My MSP with Paul Croker & Ian Luckett  The MSP Mastery Quiz is designed to help identify the right ingredients to scale your MSP, provides personalised reports and guidance on the next steps in your MSP journey. PLP-073 Private Lending For Profit: Keith's Interview On The Accelerated Investor Podcast with Josh Cantwell

In real estate, private lending is a necessary field especially for those who want to invest but are short in cash. However, Keith Baker says the power of private lending isn’t the money or the debt that you’re getting, but the education and the network. Keith is a real estate investor and the host of Private Lender Podcast. He talks about the circumstances that led him to become focused on passive investing as a self-directed IRA investor and a private lender, as well as how he got started in podcasting and his passion for private money. — Listen to the podcast here: Private Lending For Profit: Keith’s Interview On The Accelerated Investor Podcast with Josh Cantwell I’m going to throw up the format. I’m going to change it up a little bit. I’m going to throw something a little new at you and let me explain why. First off, if you’re looking to get rich quick, if you want to make $1 million overnight, then stop reading this blog because that’s not what this is about. This is here to help people like myself, like you, normal everyday working people trying to live the American nightmare in suburbia. We have a fairly decent job. We also like real estate but we’re not going to go quit and become the next Chip and Joanna or Than Merrill. This way we can still participate. We can still be investors. We just do it with our funds, private money, private lending, private mortgages to other real estate investors. I believe this is going to be episode number 73 and the topic is I ran out of finished episodes. While I’m putting something together and getting interviews recorded, I did an interview with Josh Cantwell who has a very interesting story. I highly recommend you go seek him out and learn. He does coaching and education. He also uses private money. I figured it would be great to do an interview swap with him, which we have done. However, I have miscommunicated with his tech team and I’m still trying to get my side of it. I do have a copy of my interview on Josh’s podcast, which is called Accelerated Investor Podcast and you can find it at http://www.AcceleratedInvestorPodcast.com (AcceleratedInvestorPodcast.com). My episode happened to be called http://acceleratedinvestorpodcast.com/2019/04/private-lending-for-profit-part-1/ (Private Lending for Profit: Part 1). I had a good time and enjoyed my time with Josh before, during and after we interviewed swapped. At some point, I will post the interview that he did for this show but for the time being, I’m trying to get ahead in my scheduling. My time is getting a little more cramped than usual. I figured this is a great way to buy a week. I’m doing some more solocast. I’m going to start drilling down into different aspects and I’ve got some interesting interviews coming up. The Private Lender Podcast will be sponsoring the https://questira.lpages.co/quest-expo/ (Quest Expo). It was Quest IRA, but they changed their name to https://www.questtrustcompany.com/ (Quest Trust). This is their second year. It’s going to be in Houston this 2019, August 23rd through 25th. I’m proud to be sponsoring that again. Even though I’ve canceled sponsors from this show, I will be bringing back Quest Trust as a sponsor. I will have discount codes for tickets and I will have some interviews from some Quest Trust employees. There will be a lot of interesting things about different accounts that you can use for self-direction and for private lending in notes and real estate. That’s going to be fun. I’m going to let that cat out of the bag. I want to get to my interview on the Accelerated Investor Podcast with Josh Cantwell. — I am particularly excited to be with you to talk about private lending with a relatively new friend. His name is Keith Baker and he has an amazing podcast of his own called the Private Lender Podcast. Keith, welcome to the...
