Episode 26-13 The Proper Way To Detox Your Body One of the main reasons why people get sick is because their body is dealing with too many toxins. One of the main reasons why people STAY sick, and can't heal, is because their body is dealing with too many toxins. For this reason, one of the best things you can do for your body is help it Detox. The question is "How?" How do you help your body Detox properly? To begin with, for a Detox to be effective it must be done in the right order. On this episode I teach you that order. The first step involves making sure the four "Pathways of Elimination" are working properly. If they're not, your body won't be able to properly eliminate toxins. The next step involves the three inputs to your body that must be examined if any of the "Pathways of Elimination" are blocked or sluggish. Identify and correct problems here and your Detox abilities will be enhanced thereby creating an environment in which your body can heal itself.
