Episode 25:16 Natural Remedies For Overcoming Blood Sugar Issues On last week's episode I told you that most Americans are heading down a path that leads to one or more of the following diseases: Alzheimer's. Blood Pressure. Cancer. Diabetes I also said there was a way of knowing whether or not you were on such a path. Episode 25:14 The SECOND Worst Food You Can Put In Your Body In my opinion, processed sugar is the worst substance you could put into your body because it raises blood sugar levels, triglyceride levels, and cholesterol levels. Episode 24:39 How Jason Clarke Dropped His Triglyceride Levels From 2174 To 125 In Five Weeks! Imagine going to the doctor and finding out that your Cholesterol levels were high. As were your Triglycerides. Really high. In fact, imagine being told that your Triglyceride levels were over 2000… when they should be UNDER 150. Would you feel panicked? Of course you would. As was Jason Clarke. So panicked that he agreed to do something he didn't want to… Take a statin drug. His doctor convinced him that he HAD TO take it… so he did. For one night. One painful night. You see, the statin drugs caused Jason to experience muscle cramps in his legs. Bad cramps. So bad that he decided to quit taking them and instead “do whatever it takes” to lower his Cholesterol and Triglyceride levels naturally. That's when he reached out to me. I designed a program for him that I felt would work. And it did. But the reason it worked was because Jason was committed to following it.
