Hebreos 4.12 ”Porque la palabra de Dios es viva y eficaz, y más cortante que toda espada de dos filos; y penetra hasta partir el alma y el espíritu, las coyunturas y los tuétanos, y discierne los pensamientos y las intenciones del corazón”. Estas características provocan que la Palabra llegue a lo profundo de nuestro ser, lo cual produce en nosotros una alteración genética espiritual, porque en los tuétanos encontramos el ADN. La Palabra es Dios mismo, está viva, en el principio el logos (la Palabra) estaba solamente en el Espíritu; pero luego esa palabra fue hecha carne. La Palabra fue encarnada en el Hijo de Dios, Juan 6:63 “El espíritu es el que da vida; la carne para nada aprovecha; las palabras que yo os he hablado son espíritu y son vida”.5 características vitales: “Viva” pues procede de un Dios viviente, e imparte vida. Es una herramienta poderosa en manos del Espíritu Santo, capaz de quebrantar, redargüir, iluminar, consolar y transformar. 1° Pedro 1:23  “Siendo renacidos, no de simiente corruptible, sino de incorruptible, por la palabra de Dios que vive y permanece para siempre”. ​Eficaz: Cumple los propósitos de Dios. Isaías 55:10–11 “Porque como desciende de los cielos la lluvia y la nieve, y no vuelve allá, sino que riega la tierra, y la hace germinar y producir, y da semilla al que siembra, y pan al que come, así será mi palabra que sale de mi boca; no volverá a mí vacía, sino que hará lo que yo quiero, y será prosperada en aquello para que la envié”. Siempre cumple los propósitos de Dios, hace un diagnóstico acertado de nuestra condición humana,. La Palabra coloca el dedo en la llaga de nuestras enfermedades morales, físicas, emocionales, económicas y espirituales; a aquellos que creemos en ella trae sanidad; a aquellos que la rechazan trae juicio y condenación, siempre es eficaz, Jeremías 23:29 “¿No es mi palabra como fuego, dice Jehová, y como martillo que quebranta la piedra?”.  Convence, limpia y transforma. La palabra tiene el poder de convencer, limpiar y transformar.   Cortante: Por tanto hiere y hace doler en su carácter incisivo. Puede llegar a donde no llega ninguna espada humana, al alma, no importa la dirección en la que apunte, siempre penetra y corta. Y esto de varias maneras: La Palabra penetra profundamente en el corazón y en la mente del ser humano hasta tal punto que revela todos los secretos de su corazón hasta tal punto que da soluciones acertadas de la condición humana. Jeremías 17:9-10 “Engañoso es el corazón más que todas las cosas, y perverso; ¿quién lo conocerá? Yo Jehová, que escudriño la mente, que pruebo el corazón, para dar a cada uno según su camino, según el fruto de sus obras”. La Palabra hiere: La Palabra nos delata, nos perturba, nos ofende, nos quebranta y revela todo lo escondido que hay en nuestra alma y nuestro corazón.  La Palabra hace separación entre el alma y el espíritu: Además de cortar y separar, penetra hasta partir el alma y el espíritu, las coyunturas y los tuétanos. La palabra de Dios al penetrar al ser humano separa todo en nuestra alma y en nuestro espíritu para revelar lo bueno y lo malo que tenemos dentro, es la que analiza, evalúa y juzga nuestras vidas. ¿Quien tiene la espada de dos filos? Apocalipsis 2:12 “Y escribe al ángel de la iglesia en Pérgamo: El que tiene la espada aguda de dos filos dice esto…”. En Juan 1:1-3 dice: "En el principio era el Verbo, y el Verbo era con Dios, y el Verbo era Dios. Este era en el principio con Dios. Todas las cosas por él fueron hechas, y sin él nada de lo que ha sido hecho, fue hecho”. ¿Quién era el Verbo? Dejemos que el versículo 14 nos diga. "Y aquel Verbo fue hecho carne, y habitó entre nosotros (y vimos su gloria, gloria como del unigénito del Padre), lleno de gracia y de verdad”. Hoy el verbo va a colocar Su Palabra en tu boca…Jeremías 1:9-10 “Extendió Jehová su mano y tocó mi boca, y me dijo Jehová: «He puesto mis palabras en tu boca. Mira que te he puesto en este día sobre naciones y sobre reinos, para arrancar y destruir, para arruinar y derribar, para edificar y plantar»”, ¿Que tienes que arrancar, destruir, arruinar, derribar de tu vida, tu familia y tu descendencia? ¿Que tienes que edificar y plantar en tu vida, tu familia y tu descendencia?Ezequiel 37:1-8; Hoy el Señor coloca Sus Palabras en tu boca, te da autoridad para arrancar, destruir, arruinar y derribar y para edificar y plantar…Ezequiel 37:9-10; Efesios 6:17 “…y la espada del Espíritu, que es la palabra de Dios; Hoy el Espíritu Santo tiene la espada en Su mano y va a soplar de los cuatro vientos; el Ruah de Dios sobre tu vida, tu familia y descendencia para arrancar y destruir toda enfermedad, toda ruina, toda condenación, arruina el designio de los hombres para colocar Su propósito; hoy el Señor edifica y planta Su Espíritu en tu vida, bendición, sanidad, prosperidad, libertad espiritual,
