Judith Hibbert is the school's catering manager and she's joined by Chris Stanley, an external consultant who's been working with the school for a number of years. So we're going to hear what life looks like behind the scenes in the catering department, how Judith plans the food choices for the pupils, how she ensures there's the right level of nutrition while also listening to what the hungry mouths would like to eat, but then we also hear from Chris who's been consulting with the school on various projects, most recently the renovation of the dining hall.
