The grind is never-ending. The second you think you have made it, that's the second you start to decline in life. It's great to look at your resume of the things you have accomplished in life. Your resume is a tool you can use to remind yourself of all you have accomplished and overcome but don't look at it so long that you are in awe of yourself. There is no countdown to greatness. If you are breathing, you should be grinding and always trying to get better!!

FRONTLINE LEADERSHIP  A team is only as strong as its leader. Unfortunately, 79% of employees quit their jobs due to a lack of appreciation from leaders. Frontline leadership roles like shop-floor supervisors and operations managers are critical. The frontline leaders in an organization shoulder a great deal of responsibility for the success or failure of the company. Therefore, they must have certain skills and abilities to do their jobs well and contribute to the organization's overall success.

There will always be problems to solve. There will be challenges to push past. That's life, Take leadership, it's the ability to create immediate impact and compel lasting, positive change in you and in others.
