SummaryClayton Cuteri joins Bruce Colero on the Be Great podcast for a wide-open, nearly two-hour conversation about the knowledge the elite have always guarded and why good people staying broke and powerless is no accident. It opens with how the Rothschilds quietly funded both sides of the Napoleonic Wars, walked away owning the bond market, and went on to shape the Federal Reserve and the IMF. From there, it moves into the two real levers of change on this planet: money and political power. The second half goes deep on the spiritual layer. The Bhagavad Gita and the divine versus demonic path. The Gospel of Thomas, found in 1945, is older than the Bible. How the text was changed over 1,600 years, and why Clayton believes a spiritual awakening is already underway. Clayton also shares his own arc from a software engineer, $10,000 in debt, to a millionaire in 22 months.Video of The PodcastWatch HereCampaign Websitehttps://writeincuteri.comClayton's NewsletterJoin HereClayton's BookPurchase HereClayton's Social Media LinkTree | Instagram | X (Twitter) | YouTube | FaceBook | RumbleTimecodes00:00 - Intro: How Rothschilds Funded Both Sides 01:15 - Defining Success and Your Why 05:09 - The Elites and Indigo Education 09:33 - Why Fear Comes From Not Knowing 16:49 - Knowledge Is Power: Money, Politics 22:17 - $10K Debt to Millionaire 33:58 - The Candle and the Blue Rug 42:10 - A Spiritual War, Not Political 01:05:02 - Books Are Speed Limit Signs01:22:34 - Who Really Wrote Your History01:36:20 - Is a Spiritual Awakening Coming?Intro/Outro Music Producer: Don Kin Instagram | Spotify Super grateful for this guy ^Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/traveling-to-consciousness-with-clayton-cuteri--6765271/support.Listen to the Podcast AD-FREE HERE for $4.95/monSign Up for my Newsletter HEREALL Indigo Education Podcasts HEREMy Book: The Secret Teachings of Jesus HEREOfficial Traveling to Consciousness Website HERE

Two days of snow-specific breakout sessions, a facility tour, and content designed to drive real change at your business. Details coming soon. This week's episode is a little different. Phil Harwood joins Marty Grunder on The Grow Show to discuss the strategic partnership between Snow Fighters Institute and The Grow Group, share his 40 years of industry experience, and explain why snow removal can be the most profitable part of a service business. From his early days running printing equipment in the family business to his current role as a consultant and attorney, Phil reveals the leadership principles that have served him throughout his career, the trends shaping the future of snow operations, and why building a sellable business benefits every owner regardless of exit plans. Key Learnings Snow Fighting Is Emergency Service Work - Snow removal is comparable to firefighting because crews are on call all winter and must drop everything when activity starts, requiring a mindset that embraces the calling rather than resenting it. Find Companies That Love Snow - The best operators love snow not because they enjoy leaving their families for three days, but because they understand they're providing valuable emergency services that make a real difference. Degrees Don't Equal Smartness or Success - Education provides knowledge, but you have to apply what you learned and surround yourself with smart people to actually succeed in business. Outsiders Get Heard More Than Insiders - The same advice from an internal team member often gets ignored but is celebrated when delivered by an objective outside consultant with no skin in the game. Do What You Say You're Going to Do - The basics like answering your phone, being respectful, and following through on commitments sound like cliches but remain the foundation of successful business relationships. Rye Stinson is perhaps the only person in the world who is all of these things: Occupational Therapist, Certified Hand Therapist, TPI M3 Certified, AND has qualified for a U.S. Mid-Amateur, which he did in 2024. So I took that as an opportunity to dive right into how on earth he is so successful in his work while also being such a high level player. He plays humble, but he shared some great wisdom for how he does it. We also get into the nuances of injuries, navigating the healthcare system when it comes to diagnoses, dealing with apathetic orthopedic surgeons, and what to do if you are in fact injured. I really enjoyed this conversation (hence why we went so long!) so I think you will too. Welcome to Mike'D Up!, I'm your host, Mike DiCioccio, and I created this podcast back in 2019 with a mission to inspire other early-stage entrepreneurs to follow their dreams, level up in every way possible, personally and professionally, and to give them real, applicable advice and wisdom from experts who have actually done it before. No empty rah rah from people who haven't walked the walk. And since launching, I have interviewed over 275 experts, award-winning authors, business leaders, high-performance athletes, talented performers, and people who have never given up on themselves despite facing adversity in many rock-bottom moments. They have experienced many losses. Many heartbreaks. Personal setbacks. But they all have one thing in common: they never gave up. One of the many reasons that I get amped up to record this podcast every week, is because I'd love that one of stories told, one piece of advice given, or maybe something I cover in a solo episode…one thought sparks you to take action…and that action leads you closer to being the best version of yourself and somebody who you are proud of and you are making your dreams come true. Living in your greatness. That is the heartbeat of this show. So if that sounds like something you'd enjoy…then YOU are in the right place. Enjoy the show, share it with your friends or business connections that you feel it will resonate with. And always remember to BE GREAT and BE GRATEFUL in all that you do. Much love! Be Great: The Five Foundations of an Extraordinary Life in Business - and Beyond by Peter H. Thomas https://www.amazon.com/Be-Great-Foundations-Extraordinary-Business/dp/0615302572 https://www.instagram.com/peterhthomas_/ Peter Thomas has lived a tremendously successful and fulfilling life, despite personal tragedy and occasionally grave financial circumstances. He founded and built Century 21 Real Estate into the largest real estate network in Canada, and profitably spearheaded dozens of large-scale real estate developments all over North America. He has founded several more wildly successful businesses, the not-for-profit organizations LifePilot and the Todd Thomas Institute for Values-Based Leadership, flown a helicopter, dived to 850 feet in a submarine, and raced motorcycles. So why him? Peter Thomas doesn't believe he is a particularly gifted person or any smarter than the average man or woman in the street, but his achievements in business and philanthropy are world class. So what is the secret to building an exceptional life? The answer is that there are many paths to success, but what they all have in common is being true to the people on them, and you get to have to pick your own. Thomas shares his life, experience, and wisdom with you to illustrate his Five Foundations for achieving the life you want: Values: Clarify your personal values and live them. Focus: Understand the power of focus and how to apply it. Visualization: If you can picture your goal, you can work towards it. Inspiration: Celebrate the genius within you. Reflection: Tap into positive forces you control. For Peter Thomas, learning and applying these principles has brought him fame and fortune, aligned with a resolute conviction to help the less fortunate. There is no limit to what we are capable of achieving. Be Great is a manual for unlocking human potential.

In this episode of Shark Theory, Baylor Barbee shares a lighthearted story about cooking a steak—and how it became a lesson in focusing on your true strengths. Too many of us waste time chasing skills we don't care about, driven by outside comparisons or the desire for validation. Baylor breaks down why eliminating non-essential pursuits frees up energy to double down on what you love and are naturally gifted at. By owning your strengths, you can not only grow faster in your lane but also genuinely celebrate the talents of others without comparison or envy. Key Takeaways: You Don't Have to Be Great at Everything: Accepting weaknesses creates space to maximize your strengths. Check Your Motivation: Ask yourself why you want to improve at something—passion or outside pressure? Passion Makes Practice Easier: If it feels like a chore, it may not be worth pursuing deeply. Energy Is Limited: Spend it on becoming exceptional in areas that matter to you. Celebrate Others' Gifts: When you own your lane, it's easier to respect and support others in theirs. Notable Quotes: “So much unhappiness in life comes from wanting to be better at things for the wrong reasons.” “The more things you can eliminate from your life, the more energy you have for what matters.” “When you own your craft, it's easier to cheer for people who are great at the things you're not.”
In this empowering episode, Tina Tower takes on five of the most common money myths holding women back from creating more abundance in their businesses and lives. With warmth, honesty, and practical strategies, Tina explores how both beliefs and strategy impact wealth-building—and reveals how you can reframe limiting money stories to make way for a more prosperous reality. Key Topics Covered: Making Money Is Hard: Tina challenges the belief that making money requires endless hustle. She encourages listeners to seek ease, focus on value creation, and kick the right “soccer ball” through the goal—not just the heaviest or hardest one. Wanting More Money Is Greedy: Tina dispels the myth that desiring wealth is selfish, pointing out how women with wealth give back to their families and communities, and that having more is an act of service. You Have to Be Great at Math or Finances to Build Wealth: Not true! Tina shares her own modest math grades and reminds us that learning and tracking your numbers—even with simple tools or a bookkeeper—is what truly matters in business. Charging High Prices Is Selfish: Tina encourages listeners to see high prices as a reflection of value and impact. Committed clients invest more—and get better results—while strong pricing helps your business and your clients thrive. If I Just Work Harder, I'll Make More Money: Tina notes this is true only up to a point. After a certain stage, more hours won't yield more income. Focus on smarter strategy, leverage, better offers, and scalable systems. Your beliefs shape your success as much as strategy. Reframe limiting stories, track your numbers, and price confidently to reflect your impact. Money amplifies your values—choose empowering beliefs that drive growth and align with the freedom and opportunities you deserve. In our modern age of TikTok and Instagram reels, we're constantly bombarded with businesses and individuals that make us believe overnight success is a real thing. One day the person was just an average bloke, and the next they have 30 million views on YouTube. It's enticing to believe that can be us, too. We just have to hit the algorithm, the trend, the title just right and BAM, we may go viral! We're here to tell you that overnight success is a myth. What you don't see behind the YouTuber who gets worldwide recognition are the hundreds or thousands of failed videos, iterations, and consistent days and repetition of putting in solid work that's good enough. In reality, that's all we can control: not the output (fame, recognition, success) but our inputs (daily videos, articles, cold calls, reps at the gym). If you want to be great, be consistently good for a very long time. That's it. Rather than hoping to one day cross some finish line that will make you happy, make every day a finish line. Did you write today? That's a finish line. Did you post something for your business? That's a finish line. Did you go to the gym? Finish line. That's what it takes. Stack those daily wins and you'll be amazed at where your life will go. No, you may not go viral, but at least you can say I'm giving it all that I have, day in and day out. And if you can actually enjoy those inputs? The gym time or writing or making the videos or whatever it is you do, then does it even matter what comes of it? You're winning at the game of life, my friend. Show notes:How to Be Great?
