Kamloops Blazers’ majority owner Tom Gaglardi said a new format is in place for bidding on the Memorial Cup — a behind-the-curtain, confidential process that is likely to produce a host city prior to this summer. Gaglardi said he does not expect a vote among the WHL board of governors to be involved in the process.
