Our boy Koki hit us up and said we had to get a workout in at Carter Park Crossfit. This place is known as a Sanctuary for people of all ages. We had a killer workout that had Jason passing out and Vic struggling to finish. Then... we had a conversation for the books. Koki talks about how Crossfit has evolved, and the health benefits of getting a workout in. He talks about Carter Park Programs and what they are doing to help the kids get healthier. Koki lets us in on how he grew up, and how that led to him getting to where he is.
