In 2020 we have the challenge to see things as they are! in ourselves and our world. clearly seeing into the realities that exist, and rather than judging, labeling, hating on the various atrocities and heinous systems and individuals we have the order to instead hold a CLEAR VISION for the healing and evolving of these systems and individuals. When we label and attack back, or run away from… we are in fact contributing to the continued perpetuation of the very thing we are judging. this does not mean we are doormats, or acquiesce to heinous acts. Quite the contrary, it is this compassionate action, this fierce love that empowers us to act and to hold those harming others accountable, supporting their healing and evolution. This breaks us free of the perpetual cycle of victim and perpetrator This is also true for those areas within ourselves we have been pushing down, denying, overlooking, stuffing. Areas we’ve been stuck in, whether its avoiding facing a wounding and giving it time to heal or avoiding taking care of ourselves and committing to our spiritual, emotional, physical daily wellness, or avoiding confronting a situation and standing up for ourselves. She was a great example of how Reiki can be the primary treatment to any kind of ailment and can be profoundly effective. Of course its a great compliment to any other treatment, and works very well in the clinical setting as a relaxation technique reducing the side effects of western treatments and medications however its important to remember the origins of Reiki, In which Takata, Hayashi and Usui were witness to innumerable life transforming full healings for countless conditions Its important we don’t lose site of this reality and dumb down the true efficacy of Reiki in activating the bodies/spirits ability to heal fully. Mrs Takata exemplified dedication to ones practice and its effectiveness on the use and power of Reiki flow, for personal healing and in sharing Reiki with others.

As I entered the santa monica trail, this beautiful song bird greeted me as I parked my car and gathered my hiking gear.  It rested right above my head on a lamp post and was singing away....the amazing part was the same bird song showed up when I was leaving this very same trail last week with my husband.  At that time the song was so strong and caught my attention that I began to chirp back.  With every sound I made the bird got stronger and louder as if it was communicating with me.  This occured right after I had shared a vision with my husband.  I felt at that time, as loopy as it may sound that nature was affirming my vision.  So to discover the same bird song right above me as I started back on the same trail felt a little more than coincindental.  I felt moved to record its song and now to share it with you. I find it also synchronistic that I had just released this months episode on Reiki and nature based practices.  A definete experience how we are truly so interconnected, and if we take the time to delvelop a relationship with nature, like we do with Reiki and all other practices, then nature truly responds. wishing you a magical connection with nature today!
