The Brave Woman Podcast is a powerful and empowering podcast for women seeking liberation, healing, and personal growth. Tanya and her guests provide insightful messages that encourage women to step into their power and break free from limiting beliefs imposed by patriarchy or any other oppressive forces. As a priestess who works with the goddess, a women's circle facilitator, and a spiritual seeker, I find this podcast incredibly inspiring and empowering. It always leaves me feeling seen and motivated to continue my work of supporting and empowering women.
One of the best aspects of this podcast is the wealth of wisdom and knowledge shared by Tanya and her guests. Each episode delves into important topics such as feminine power, spirituality, healing, and growth. The conversations are deep, thought-provoking, and packed with valuable insights. Tanya asks thoughtful questions that bring out the best in her guests, allowing listeners to gain new perspectives on various aspects of womanhood.
Another great aspect of this podcast is Tanya's leadership skills. She is an incredible leader who shares her own magic through this platform. Her authenticity, vulnerability, and compassionate approach make her a relatable figure for many women. She not only provides opportunities for personal healing but also addresses the collective healing needed for the worldwide sisterhood in our current reality where patriarchal systems are being challenged.
However, one potential downside of this podcast could be its focus primarily on women's experiences and perspectives. While it is essential to uplift women's voices in today's world, it would be beneficial to have more diverse perspectives included in some episodes to promote inclusivity across genders.
In conclusion, The Brave Woman Podcast is a must-listen for any woman interested in embarking on a healing journey or seeking empowerment. Tanya's leadership shines through each episode as she delivers powerful messages that resonate deeply with listeners. This podcast offers valuable insights into embracing femininity, stepping into personal power, and fostering collective healing among women. Overall, it is a transformative and inspiring podcast that leaves listeners feeling seen, empowered, and ready to make positive changes in their lives.

Welcome to Season 3! After being in a cocoon for a couple months, I am coming out recharged and ready for the next "season" of my life. As I step into the next level of my leadership to hold two containers, Sistership Circle and De La Diosa, I am committed to showing up consistently as my true self. During this episode, I set an intention for the season and share a very vulnerable goal that will either trigger or inspire you. I hope it is the latter ;)
In the season finale, we recap the heroine's journey we went on together during Season 2. Tanya gives you two powerful rituals to do as part of conscious completion of this process, keeping you consciously aware of who you are as a brave woman leader.
What does it mean for you to be in your unique magic and full feminine power? The patriarchy has conditioned us to act like men, and disregard the divine feminine. This episode is about reclaiming and remembering your feminine super powers. You have the power to create and you get to say how it goes. Tanya shares a powerful story to demonstrate how she shifted her mindset around circumstances that were potentially going to take her out by getting that it was happening for her, not to her, and how you can do the same in the face of any challenge.
In this episode, you'll learn how to shift out of the work hard mentality to receiving more pleasure in your life and everything that you do with tools and practices. Tanya vulnerably shares her own journey with pleasure and how working with her nervous system has been key to expanding her capacity in this area.
In this inspiring episode, Tanya breaks down 4 keys areas where you can reclaim the power of your voice: having hard conversations, setting healthy boundaries, making requests, and sharing your message with the world. With the tools shared, you will walk away feeling empowered to express your truth despite the fear of what other people may think.
How women step out of negative patterns to birth themselves into Sacred Union. When women balance accessing both their sacred fire and water they become integrated and embodied women. In order for women to fully walk in their purpose and sovereignty, they have to be in tune and aware of the signs the body is giving. Doing so will bring equilibrium within and conscious creation of their life and relationships.
We can't talk about the divine feminine without talking about the divine masculine. This podcast episode explores two main questions: 1) where can I heal that wounded masculine within myself? and 2) how do I come into right relationship with the men in my life?
* How to Receive the Support of the Goddess through Sisterhood * During the heroine's journey, there's a point of surrender where you realize you are not alone and you have the choice to receive support. You can be stubborn and continue to try to force everything to happen on your own, or you can open your heart to the goddess. This is integral to women stepping into their feminine leadership and coming into a new level of embodying the divine. In this episode, you will experience the power of being held and supported so that you can truly show up in your magic.
After examining "The Split" with the feminine over the past 3 episodes, we are transitioning into "The Surrender," regarded as the tipping point for reconnecting with the divine feminine. This part is confronting because it requires letting go of all the judgments - fear, abandonment, guilt, and/or shame - that come up around our identities. And it brings up fear because we don't know what's on the other side of this initiation. The abyss is the fertile void of the feminine where we are in the nothingness. It is in this dark mystery that we can rebirth ourselves as spiritual adults.
It's been dangerous for women to come out of the spiritual closet, especially calling themselves "witches." Many women are disconnected from their spiritual gifts and are terrified of being visible in the expression of those gifts. In this episode, you'll learn a somatic practice to heal your witch would and feel empowered as a woman of the earth who has claimed her magic.
How to Set Healthy Boundaries and Get Your Needs Met. "The Feminine is weak," "My needs don't matter," "My desires are selfish." These are some of the beliefs that women inherit from their mothers. Instead, what if we believed that all of our needs are met and provided for, that pleasure is our birthright, and that we don't have to give it all up as mothers? This is the context for this episode where we dive into the mother wound, having Patriarchal Sex, and coming into right relationship with your bodies as sacred, where you truly embody the truth that you matter. All of you.
How women can shift from competing to celebrating each other. Women have been pitted against each other for centuries, keeping us separate, disconnected and mistrusting one another. If we want to see real change in the world, it's up to us. The key is putting down our swords and shields and coming together as a global sisterhood to experience our collective power. In this episode, you'll learn: * Why we mistrust each other, and the damage its done * 5 main "sister wounds" and how to heal them * How the sister wound is insidious in the spiritual community * Where to look within yourself to heal and 2 main questions to ask yourself * How circle plays an integral role in the collective healing process
In the first episode of season 2, Tanya shares the importance of women going on an individual and collective heroine's journey. There is an urgency like never before to shift our internal state. The patriarchy is not outside of you; it is within you. By continuing to give our power away to the authority outside of us, we will never be free. Here are the four areas we must heal to restore the balance of masculine and feminine within ourselves, which will be reflected externally in the world.
We're back! After a year break, Tanya Lynn sets an intention in this episode to go deep in season 2 of The BRAVE Woman Podcast. Following the overturn of Roe V Wade, she shares how now is the time for women to do the inner work and what that looks like to come into our full feminine power.
In the season finale, Tanya shares her biggest takeaways from the podcast, starting with her most controversial episode on vaccines with Dr Sherri Tenpenny (ep 22).
