Hey, everyone! I'm back with another episode and a VERY big announcement. We're starting a family! My husband and I have been having serious conversations about starting a family, and we are now tossing caution and birth control to the wind! I'm so excited to start this journey with him, and I can't wait to see where it takes us. As per usual, I found a fun article about the signs that you're ready for a baby, and I think I've hit pretty much every single one of them on the list. If you're in the season of conceiving or trying to start a family, I would love to hear about it, so send me a message on Instagram or email me!Visit PODGO.CO/KIND to get 10 percent off for being a listener, or 15 percent off if you're military, a teacher, student, first responder, doctor, or nurse!Follow the podcast on Instagram and Facebook! Hey, everyone! I'm BACK! I took a month off from podcasting, but it feels good to get back to it, even though I feel a bit rusty. In today's episode, I thought we could talk about boundaries. In my opinion, boundaries are supercritical for our mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. I'm talking about my own personal examples in today's episode, so I hope I won't bore you too much. Overall, it's important to take care of those boundaries and to preserve them.Follow the podcast on Instagram and Facebook! Listener discretion is advised!Today's episode is the final installment of the self-discovery theme for the podcast. I sat down with Megan Hillukka, who is a grieving mother turned grief coach. *Today's episode contains topics that may trigger some listeners. Listener discretion is advised!*Today's episode is part two of a three-part series on self-discovery. I had the privilege of sitting down with Jessi Shuraleff from This Is My Truth Podcast. We talked about how her journey to motherhood was not easy, especially with regards to fertility treatments, and making the very difficult call when it came to her first pregnancy. Moreover, the biggest takeaway that I hope you get from this episode is that something beautiful can come from our darkest circumstances.Infertility affects 1 in 4 women, and these women can range from the ones we know at work, our family circle, or even one of our closest friends. We must all do our part to normalize this conversation, and the sooner we can start that process, the better! You can find more information at the Infertility Awareness website. You can find Jessi on Instagram, and you can find her website and podcast here!
