Working together has been awesome and in this episode we talk about what EMS is, mental health, the inspiration behind it, starting a business a great background and vibe of the start of how this company happened and how it's grown and the ups and downs that come with it. A deeper look at the founders and intimate conversation about this new venture! Excited for you to hear! I think it's unfair that cannabis accessories aren't something of the norm to buy. I find it fascinating that in a world where we have the container store and just every Instagram ad ever…. There's nothing for cannabis storage like this. There's no reason that cannabis should feel… taboo. It's so funny how my make up and my clothing and what not is all perfectly placed, taken care of but when it comes to my cannabis it's literally in like shoe boxes when that is like medicine…. Something that needs too shelf.. should be treated as such. I'm Excited to have Steph Kimel on the vibe talking all things Tulip- an organization for your cannabis needs…. A beautiful, well rounded accessory box to compartmentalize your items without it being a mess and also crediting the fact that it deserves the same asthetic as so many other things in our lives… plain and simple people get glass holders for their tooth brushes??? Why wouldn't we get beautiful nicely crafted items for things we are ingesting… to keep as clean as possible. As organized and safe as possible. In this episode I speak with one of my dearest friends, Daniel Forest about his new book of poems “ I've always found my way.” This specific book of poems is about love and loss. We dissect it all from getting so comfortable you need to find discomfort again. We discuss how we have turned pain into something beautiful. That it's ok to hurt, it creates a fire in us and prepares us for that next journey. The truth of the matter is there are so many trips we are going to take in this lifetime, let's keep taking nuggets of things we have learned and share them in a deeper way to form connection- which is what happened organically in our reconnection with his book. So excited to have Chloe Harrouche co-founder of The Lanby. Chloe is a female entrepreneur, cancer survivor, and major disruptor in the healthcare industry. The Lanby is redefining primary care, recognizes this is not a one size does not fit all situation and ultimately takes the work out of wellness with evidence based programming. After being diagnosed with cancer at 23 years old, Chloe realized the gaps in our healthcare system and her frustration as a patient fueled her research and passion into creating The Lanby, a members only club that prioritizes a patient's needs from every touchpoint. They take an expansive approach to primary care — one that's integrative, customized, and service-centric — because one size does not fit all and it takes a team to treat the system, not the symptom. This episode is super fun because it was my first returning guest. Dom and I really vibed and stayed in touch during this last year going through SO much personally. We really spoke so much, through that process we talked about everything , through that we found ourselves a year later unintentionally (but intentionally) feeling so much better in so many ways. I really think this episode is a great example of something we all have felt, maybe not good enough at times… finding your self worth and having compassion for yourself matters. Listening to our last episode and seeing where we are now it was important to have her back on. Hope you guys relate and enjoy as much as we did :) Follow Dom at @domchacha and conscious collective @theconsciouscollectiveclub https://www.consciouscollectiveclub.com/
Lily Geiger from Figlia on The Vibe today! Figlia was born out of a desire to have more honest and inclusive conversations around alcohol consumption. The inspiration for creating Figlia is one that is very personal. For most of Lily's young life, she watched her father battle with alcoholism and at the age of 20, she lost him to this disease. Alcoholism comes in many shapes and sizes and may be closer to you than you realize. Everyone has a different relationship with drinking. Lily states that she enjoys a glass of wine here and there but as she has gotten older she has found that it doesn't make her feel that good anymore. In fact, She finds that She likes not drinking even better. But not drinking is still seen as different. Non-drinkers are still seen as outsiders. Non-alcoholic beverages are, more often than not, left on the back page of the menu. So, she decided to create Figlia. For those who are going zero proof, for whatever reason. Figlia is creating an active community and a place for fun. The type of dinner table that always has an open seat for all experiences and stories. Where no one is an outsider and there is something special to sip for all. All natural ingredients, no added sugars, no preservatives, no pressure. Follow @drinkfiglia https://drinkfiglia.com/

Travis London is an American celebrity chef, television host, writer, interior designer and event planner. I became quickly obsessed with Travis after seeing his home feature one Architectural Digest. Most of you know I am in interior design school so I thought let me reach out to him, maybe learn a few things from him, truly not expecting a response back, but the response I received was a divine moment between us.
