Charlotte “Charlie” Ross, Married to Sarah Elfbane, born in Mybern South Carolina in 2002. Both of her parents are deceased. Documented as having anger issues by foster parents and school administration. Moved back to Mybern before the events of Wondercon. Was high ranking in the rift alliance and went on with her future wife to found the Powered Alliance Towards Harmony. Very Capable and Incredibly Dangerous. Recommendations: Maintain Distance, report unusual activity, but do not engage. Her threat does not outweigh the amount of resources it would take to neutralize her, at least not yet. "Anders Chambers, born in the… 30s I think, 1930s, not used to having to clarify that still. He went missing in the 60s, presumed dead. He was found again along with nearly a hundred people during the Manor Incident in 2019. He was picked up by the Extranormal Containment and Research Bureau along with everyone else and given some help since he didn't have a place to go. Then in 2024 we got shut down, and Anders was cut loose with a ‘good luck' and not much else. He found his way to Mybern South Carolina where he, Charlotte Ross, and Karl Inder met up and eventually participated in Wondercon. Reports gathered by CAPE resources shortly after wondercon points to Anders being the founder of Hastur's cult as well as the herald of Hastur. We don't know exactly what happened at the top of Bright Tower, but the reactor detonated and Anders died in the blast. He's gone now, and if I might be frank, it's for the best."-Albert Feder, Director of CAPE Thanks to @KeylligraphyInk for the logo design. Apologies for the poor audio quality in this recording. Charlotte Ross is a nurse who recently completed her PhD Thesis in SFU's Department of Health Sciences. Her research looked at substance use practices among nurses across Western Canada. Her work highlights the prevalence of AA or 12-Step based practices, despite participants disagreements with the moral and religious basis. She has interrogated some of the forces that have led to the dominance of 12-Step treatments and what alternatives exist. We left that dangling deliberately in season five knowing that we would bring that character back in season 6. He'll have a really cool story line, not just in respect to the city, but also with respect to a particular member of the team. EW sat down with Ramsey on set to get the scoop. When asked if Diggle's stint as Green Arrow will last, Ramsey replied, "No. No, it's Green Arrow. Stephen Amell is Green Arrow. It's not going to last. Of course not, but I think it's very interesting and it's an interesting twist on how it fits into the ultimate theme of the season, I think it's very clever. I think it's an interesting detour. It also gives us some time with Oliver. I think it's great, and he has some great writing. Stuff is happening between him and Deathstroke, and he and his son and he and Felicity. It's awesome. I think holding it for the few episodes I have the mantle, that's the appropriate amount of time." http://ew.com/tv/2017/10/25/arrow-david-ramsey-diggle-green-arrow/ ARROW CAST AND CREW INTERVIEWS 'The Flash': "Girl's Night Out" Photos Offer First Look At KateeSackhoff As Amunet Black (Date: 28 Oct 2017) KateeSackhoff is coming to The Flash, and she's making bad look good. You guys are fun to listen to and your commentary on Arrow is a great supplement to the show. I liked the connection SP made over the summer between Legends and Timeless (I also loved that show). I'm loving this season of Arrow. Have you guys noticed how the relationship has evolved between Oliver and Quentin? I feel like he has become like a second father to Oliver. It's amazing how it's changed from antagonistic in season 1 to like family in season 5/6. Its kind of sad in a way because I feel like they are going to kill him off. Also I wanted to share this image of the Cincinnati museum center. If you go back to the crossover from last year and see the Hall of Justice, you can see that the attached image looks very familiar. I'm from Cincinnati and the museum center was the inspiration for the original hall of justice. Last Saturday I came home and turned my computer looking for South Carolina primary updates and found an article titled 'NYPD' Buttocks May Cost $1.4 Million. My curiosity peaked I clicked on the link and saw a picture of the actress Charlotte Ross who starred in NYPD Blue from 1998-2004. I read, "The Federal Communications Commission has proposed a $1.4 million fine against 52 ABC Television Network stations over a 2003 broadcast of cop drama NYPD Blue". But wait. That episode aired about five years ago.Sometime around late February or early March of 2003 my wife and I were at a party and the subject of Charlotte Ross’ nude scene on NYPD Blue came up in conversation. I mentioned that we had missed the episode, as did several others at the party. The lady of the house was so impressed with Charlotte Ross in that now infamous scene that she had her husband pop the episode in the VCR so we could all watch. The consensus of the women in the room was that it was great to see a woman with a real body on TV. Words like "Brave" and "Bold" were used to describe Charlotte Ross’ choice to do that scene. Not wanting to sound like total pigs, the guys in the room discussed the camera work and the editing. The Man of the house paused the scene (approximately 34 seconds on the YouTube video) and pointed out that the boy’s head was perfectly positioned so we could not see Charlotte Ross’ nipples. When the scene is paused it is obvious that this was a composite shot and the boy was filmed separately and added in later. Personally I thought the scene had the innocence of the label on a bottle of Coppertone. Why is this scene just now being addresseed now by the FCC? Other controversial issues like the profanity (The F-word is used 21 times) used in ABC's, broadcast of Saving Private Ryan on Veterans Day in 2004. Or earlier that year when Janet Jackson had her "wardrobe malfunction" during the Super Bowl halftime show. Both issues took much less time to resolve. If you are keeping score at home:Janet Jackson’s breast: $550,000.Charlotte Ross’ buttocks: $1.4 million.($27.500 x 52 ABC central & Mountain Time zone stations)The F-word 21 times: Priceless.(The FCC later cleared the film, nothing that "Contextual considerations are critical in making indecency determinations.")In my research I can’t find an answer to my timing question. I just seem to have more questions. I also could not find any logical or even a reasonable reason as to why the FCC would want to go after a show that has been off the air for almost three years. Talk about beating a dead horse. Most importantly why does the FCC in their order refer to the buttock as a sex organ when it is not an organ, but a muscle. The FCC report described Charlotte Ross’ naked buttocks as titillating. That assessment seems subjective since butts may vary. If Charlotte Ross’ naked buttocks is titillating, then is not the mind is also a sex organ? If someone gives you a "come hither" look or "bedroom eyes" then are not eyeballs sex organs? I can go on with more examples but why go down that road?Logically I think that the FCC is pandering to social conservatives and their watch dog groups. Many would complain about the subject matter in the scene even if there were no nudity in it at all. These same groups just insured that ABC will make their 1.4 million dollars back from increased DVD sales thanks to all the press this story is getting. Does this make the FCC the true... buttock here? Finally, is the FCC is insisting that the buttock is a sex organ because of what they plan to do to ABC.I’d love to quote Sgt. Andy Sipowicz (Dennis Franz) here but instead I’ll keep it clean and quote William Shatner on SNL, "GET A LIFE, will you people? I mean, for crying out loud, it's just a TV show!"Stay TunedTony Figueroa
