Derek Mason wants to win. It's part of what drew him to Oklahoma State. The other thing that excites the Pokes' new defensive coordinator about being in Stillwater? A sense of identity. Mason has his own identity—that of being one of the best defensive minds in college football. It's a reputation he built during his time as Stanford's defensive coordinator, but that opportunity didn't arrive without some self-doubt and, ultimately, self-belief. That belief trickles down to Mason's players, and fits what he wants to be as a coach. With big aspirations and championship dreams, Mason and Oklahoma State are a perfect fit.
On this week's episode of the Feels Like 45 Podcast, Cade and Dustin continued their breakdown of the Oklahoma State Football depth chart.
