Pastor Femi Paul led the church in fervent prayers for the church and our nation through a stirring exhortation titled Deliver Us From Evil! Anchored on Matthew 6:13, the final petition in the Lord's Prayer, we were reminded that the reality of evil is something believers must confront through prayer and dependence on God. Drawing from Jeremiah 8:15, Pastor highlighted the frustration of hoping for relief, breakthrough, and good fortune only to be met with trouble and terror instead. The message identified three dimensions from which evil may arise: evil from above through spiritual wickedness in heavenly places, evil from around through hostile and malicious forces, and evil from within through betrayals and opposition from unexpected quarters. Yet, in the midst of these realities, God remains our refuge, defender, and deliverer. Drawing from Psalm 50:15, Psalm 140, Psalm 125, and 2 Thessalonians 3, we were encouraged to call upon God in times of trouble with confidence, knowing that He hears, rescues, and preserves His people. PFP reminded us that evil may take many forms, whether spiritual, systemic, or personal, but none is greater than the power and authority of God. Our Senior Pastor led the church in prayers for divine protection, deliverance from wicked and unreasonable people, and preservation from every satanic scheme and violent agenda. The service concluded with the comforting assurance from 2 Thessalonians 3:16 that the Lord Himself is able to give us peace at all times, in every way, and under every circumstance. Our confidence remains in God, whose Kingdom, Power, and Glory endure forever. Confession: Lord, I thank You for being my refuge, protector, and deliverer. Preserve me from every evil plan, every wicked influence, and every attack seen or unseen. Let Your peace guard my heart, Your power defend my life, and Your presence surround me and my loved ones in every circumstance. Amen.

Women's health has been one of medicine's most overlooked frontiers — and the data gap is decades deep. In this episode, Eric Malzone sits down with Anaelle Oiknine, clinical development lead at Ultrahuman, to unpack why the majority of drugs, exercise prescriptions, and health metrics have historically been built around male physiology — and what that's cost women. From the thalidomide tragedy of the 1950s to the ongoing research mismatch around endometriosis, Anaelle breaks down the systemic failures that left half the population underserved, and why the tide is finally turning. She shares what continuous wearable data is revealing about the female body that annual OB-GYN visits never could — including how Ultrahuman's cycle and ovulation tracking has flagged PCOS and endometriosis before a physician's diagnosis. If you're a fitness professional, wellness practitioner, or just someone who wants to understand why cycle-based training is the next major evolution in personalized health, this conversation is where you start. Pastor Femi Paul brought us a transformative Word titled “Know This — You Are Important!”, building on our focus of counting our blessings to reveal a deeper reason for our praise. He read from Psalm 8:4–6 (NCV), reminded us of a profound question: why are human beings so important to God? The answer lies in our divine design. God did not simply speak man into existence like the rest of creation; He used Himself as the template, intentionally and lovingly crafting us in His own image to have dominion and to reign. Drawing from Genesis 1 and Psalm 139, we were further reminded that we are not just created, we are carefully formed, fearfully and wonderfully made, reflecting God's nature and entrusted with responsibility. This understanding calls us to live with confidence, purpose, and gratitude. When we truly grasp our worth in God, praise becomes natural, and we begin to live in alignment with the authority, identity, and dominion He has given us. Confession: Lord, I receive the truth of who I am in You. I am fearfully and wonderfully made, created with purpose, and I choose to live confidently in the identity and dominion You have given me.
At our Interactive Midweek Service, Pastor Femi Paul brought us a corrective and stirring word titled Praise the Lord O' My Soul! Building on Sunday's message Count Your Blessings, he opened with Psalm 103:2 and expanding through Isaiah 55:2, we were reminded that counting our blessings is not merely a gratitude exercise, it is spiritual wisdom. From Numbers 11:1a, Pastor emphasised that complaining isn't just a bad habit; it displeases the Lord and stalls our progress. We learned that counting our blessings is actually a spiritual guard that protects our Counting our blessings guards the heart against grumbling and complaining, and keeps us qualified for what God is about to do next. We also saw how complaint can distort perspective, while thanksgiving preserves spiritual posture and keeps our heart open to God's next move. The core of the message was a deep dive into Philippians 4:8, where we were challenged to discipline our thoughts toward what is good, worthy of praise, and full of God's goodness. We were challenged to fill our minds with things to praise rather than things to curse, and to fasten our thoughts on the glorious works of God. As the congregation lifted the song Praise, the atmosphere reinforced the message that praise is not only a response to blessing but a posture that sustains joy, protects perspective, and aligns us with divine harmony. The charge was simple and profound: keep counting your blessings, keep praising God, and stay qualified for what He is about to do next. Confession: Lord, I choose praise over complaint and gratitude over grumbling. Guard my heart, align my thoughts, and keep me positioned for all You are about to do next.

Pastor Femi Paul brought us a timely word during today's Youth Sunday Service titled Count Your Blessings! Drawing from Psalm 103:2 (MSG), we were given a powerful directive: to bless God and ensure we do not forget a single one of His benefits. We learned that the only way to avoid the trap of forgetfulness is to intentionally and carefully count the good things He has done for us. Rather than magnifying problems, needs, or what is missing, the message called us to remember the good things God has done. Using Psalm 103:2–5 (NLT), we were reminded of the breadth of God's favour, from forgiveness and healing to redemption and the renewal of our strength, affirming that youths in God are called to stand out. Gratitude is not passive remembrance but active recognition. The message challenged us to shift our focus from problems and needs to the faithfulness of God. When we count our problems, anxiety grows, but when we count our blessings, faith rises. Drawing from Philippians 4:6–7, we were reminded that thanksgiving brings peace, and thanksgiving also positions us for increase. Pastor prophetically declared that as we count only our blessings for the rest of April, God will multiply those blessings in May. The charge was simple and powerful: remember what God has done, and expect Him to do more and more. Confession: I choose to bless the Lord with all that I am. I refuse to forget His benefits. I will count my blessings daily, focusing on His goodness, mercy, and healing power. As I celebrate what He has already done, I position myself for multiplication and fresh manifestations in May.
At our Premium Worship and Prayer Service, Pastor Femi Paul brought us God's Word in a message titled "Thou Art Worthy, O' Lord!" which further urged us into the presence of God through premium worship. Reading from Psalm 14:2, we were reminded that God looks across the earth for those who truly seek Him, and true worship flows from delight, reverence, and wholehearted devotion. Through Revelation 4:11, we established the foundational truth that He is worthy to receive all glory, honor, and power because He is the Creator of all things. The message challenged us to move beyond casual expressions of worship into a place where we derive joy and satisfaction in honouring God. We were further reminded from Matthew 7:2 and Psalm 37:4 that there is a relationship between the measure we offer God and what flows back into our lives. Premium worship opens the door to premium surprises. As we delight ourselves in the Lord and remain fully committed to Him, we position ourselves for answered prayers, divine interventions, and the desires of our hearts fulfilled. The charge was simple yet profound: offer God your best in worship, and trust Him for the surprises only He can bring. Confession: Lord, I choose to delight myself in You above all else. I offer You premium worship, not as a duty, but as a sacrifice of joy. I trust that as I give You my best, You will answer my prayers and manifest the desires of my heart. My life is a testament to Your worthiness.

At our Holy Communion Service themed Communion for Illumination, Pastor Femi Paul brought us a timely word titled The Blessing of Knowing What Best to Do. From Psalm 73:24, we were reminded that God guides us by His counsel and leads us into a glorious destiny. Life will not always go as expected, and situations will not always be easy, but the true advantage of the believer is access to divine direction. The message emphasised that in every situation, whether we are facing challenges or navigating uncertainty, we must decide what to do, and that decision must be guided by God. Drawing from 2 Chronicles 20:12, we saw that even when we do not know what to do, turning our focus to God positions us for clarity and direction. A shortsighted decision can worsen a situation, but an enlightened decision can transform the same situation into a breakthrough. Knowing what best to do is a winning formula, and through divine illumination, God grants His people the wisdom required for every season. As we received communion, we were reminded that this guidance is part of the blessing, positioning us for progress, victory, and even unexpected pleasant outcomes. Confession:Lord, I refuse to be ruled by fear or shortsightedness. I choose to look to You for counsel, trusting that You will illuminate my path and grant me the wisdom to know exactly what to do in every situation. I receive the winning formula for my breakthrough today.
