Send us a textFaith That Breaks the Roof – Escaping the Crowd to Reach JesusThe most dangerous path in your faith journey might be the one that looks safest—following the crowd. In this bold and eye-opening message, Pastor Ben Cooper takes us to Mark 2:1–12, where a paralyzed man's friends literally broke through a roof to reach Jesus because the crowd was blocking the way. This episode challenges believers around the world to examine what's truly directing their spiritual walk. Are you moving toward Christ—or just being swept along by religious momentum, social media trends, or cultural pressures? As Pastor Ben reminds us, just because a church is full doesn't mean hearts are tuned to God. Some gather only to critique or conform. This teaching addresses a deep truth: the crowd can become a barrier, even in spiritual settings. Sometimes, finding Jesus means pushing past the noise—even temporarily stepping back from routine church environments—to pursue personal engagement with the Word of God.The message also explores the importance of authentic community. When life leaves you paralyzed—by fear, failure, or pain—who's carrying your mat? Do you have people of faith around you willing to lift you up, or are you surrounded by surface-level “likes” and silence? True community isn't about visibility—it's about loyalty, sacrifice, and spiritual depth.Whether you're feeling lost in a sea of religion, discouraged by performance-based faith, or unsure how to get closer to Jesus, this message will reignite your personal pursuit of Christ. It's time to stop blending in and start breaking through. Why following the crowd can block you from encountering JesusHow Mark 2 reveals the difference between religion and relationshipWhat it means to “break the roof” in your spiritual lifeHow to discern authentic friends from passive followersWhy personal faith must be rooted in Scripture, not social approvalMark 2:1–12 – The healing of the paralyzed man through radical faithRomans 12:2 – “Do not conform to the pattern of this world…”John 5:39–40 – “You study the Scriptures... yet you refuse to come to Me…”Stream this episode globally on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, iHeart Radio, Buzzsprout, and all major platforms.  Visit: www.pastorbencooper.co.uk

Send us a textIn this eye-opening episode of the Unshakable podcast, Pastor Ben Cooper explores a powerful truth from 1 Peter 1:20: “He was chosen before the creation of the world, but was revealed in these last times for your sake.”This message reveals something profound—Jesus Christ was the Redeemer before the world began. Before light existed, before sin entered humanity, before time even started, God had already chosen Christ as the foundation of salvation. This isn't just a theological idea—it's a truth that redefines your identity, your faith, and your understanding of grace.Pastor Ben challenges the performance-based approach so often seen in modern church culture. In a world filled with dramatic displays, emotional hype, and social media-driven miracles, this episode calls believers back to the unshakable foundation of Christ. Salvation isn't found in tradition, spectacle, or a pastor's performance. It's found in Christ alone. In this episode, you'll discover:The eternal nature of redemptionWhy salvation is not a reaction to sin, but God's original planHow to recognize the difference between religion and relationshipWhat communion truly represents for every believerThe power of living from your identity in ChristPastor Ben brings clarity and comfort to those disillusioned by religious expectations. If you've ever felt burned out by church culture, confused about your spiritual role, or hungry for a deeper walk with Jesus—this message will meet you where you are. It's not about what you can do for God, but about what God has already done for you through Jesus.During this episode, Pastor Ben also leads listeners in communion—not as a ritual, but as a powerful reminder of Christ's eternal sacrifice. The bread represents His body, broken for you. The cup represents a covenant established before time itself, yet personally relevant today.Whether you're listening from the U.S., South Africa, the U.K., the Caribbean, or anywhere around the world, this message is for you. You are not an afterthought. You are part of God's eternal plan.

It can be difficult for couples and business partners to stay on the same team, even when they're committed to each other. Often, as time passes, unspoken fears and anxieties build up, leading to unresolved resentment. You try to be compassionate and understand where your partner is coming from but that can be difficult when it feels like they aren't respecting your needs or understanding your fears. We end up having power struggles that can become a tug of war over who is right and who is wrong until you begin to wonder where you fit into all of it—especially when it feels like you're on opposite teams. But just as it took the two of you to break things down, it will require both of you working together to repair your relationship. So how can you start to work together in a harmonious way? Today, on "Lead With The Enneagram," I will walk you through the four C's and my four-step approach to navigating conflict: clarity, compassion, compromise, and compassionate corrective action that couples can use to work together as a team. Listen in as I share why it's vital to begin with clarity as I walk you through how to open the door to honest communication through understanding each other's motives and fears, the importance of self-inventory and self-care, and how couples can use the Enneagram as a tool to create harmonious relationships while also accelerating growth in all areas of life. Conflict can be a catalyst for growth when navigated properly with the Enneagram—but your team might need a guide help bring clarity to the situation. In the United States, 1 in 7 women in an abusive relationship will not make it out alive. This is a scary statistic and it's incredibly important for these women to share their stories and say enough is enough. In this episode of From Survivor to Thriver, we sat down with Christine Malek to discuss how women of abuse can find their voice again.Join us as we talk about Christine's story of nearly losing her life to domestic violence and how she now works with women in similar situations to help them begin to focus on the women they want to be and look to the future. Christine Malek is the founder and creator of SASSI® (Strong, Assertive, Smart, Sexy, Independent) Coach, a motivational speaker, and an International Advocate for Women Against Abuse & Domestic Violence based in Knoxville, TN. She believes once you are out of that situation there is an obstacle for that woman; to face an even bigger challenge – what do I do now and who am I? Her SASSI® Program is designed to help you find those answers with a new beginning to get you to your goals and objectives of where you want to go and who you want to be. Being a survivor and victor herself, she has made it her life's mission to help every woman to Be, Do, Have SASSI®, encouraging women to “Ruffle Some Feathers & Blow Some Minds!”  In today's episode we cover: The importance of not thinking of yourself as a victimChristine's story and how she got to where she is nowThe grieving process after getting out of an abusive relationshipThe guilt and shame that women in abusive relationships feel The effects of surviving an abusive relationshipWhat to do if you suspect someone that you know is going through abuseThe hard work of finding your voice The power of sharing your story We hope you enjoyed our conversation with Christine. "No matter how much pure intention you put into the world, it doesn't mean it's always going to be received that way or responded to as though it was."Often, we're going along just fine, and then something happens, and a member of our supporting cast—our friends or business besties—decides, without warning, that their part in our life story is over. This can come in different packaging, from betrayal to even being ghosted. When it comes to investing in a coach or a coaching program, I used to get stuck in short-term thinking when I was considering the investment because I had coaches before. I was so focused on earning my money back. I eventually learned to take a step back and realize that whatever you're investing in is going to give you a very long ROI. It's going to be there far beyond the time you're in the coaching program. When you realize that, something very powerful opens up, and your whole outlook on business changes. In today's episode of Art of Online Business, I draw on my experience as both a coach and student to show you what to look for so you can find a coach that suits your needs.I also discuss why finding next-level advice feels like searching for a tiny needle in a very dense haystack of basic & generic information… and give tips for making your search easier. In this episode, you'll learn:The power of personal connection in a coach-student relationshipWhat to do if your personality or values don't alignHow to choose between group and 1:1 coachingWhat to look for when choosing a coach The best ways to determine the ROI of your coaching investmentLinks & Resources:The Art of Online Business websiteDM me on InstagramVisit my YouTube channelThe Art of Online Business clips on YouTubeFull episodes of The Art of Online Business Podcast on YouTubeThe Art of Online Business Podcast websiteCheck out my Accelerator coaching program*Disclosure: I only recommend products I use and love and all opinions expressed here are my own.
