Heidi and Ellen are together again after a short absence. I am forever grateful + changed. To gather with others in a sacred circle. To explore past hurts, wounds, and traumas in a loving container. To be given the permission to create, express, and receive. To be held by community amidst death + transformation is crucial. I needed this past week for so many reasons. It has given me hope in the face of darkness. I am stronger now bc of the support of others. Thank you @heidiroserobbins, and to all the other incredible souls I met on the journey.
