Mehek Cooke is a Republican attorney, commentator for Fox and Newsmax. The SCOTUS ruled that Trump had immunity in official acts as president. Trump's pending cases will be sent to lower courts where it will be determined exactly what his "official acts" were. This leaves Judge Merchan with all the pressure to sentence Trump. The same judge that didn't allow an expert witness to testify about campaign contributions and placed an unconstitutional gag-order over Trump. The lawfare from Democrats will continue and Merchan will be itching to create that mainstream media headline "convicted felon, sentenced to prison" even though Trump will ultimately win the case on appeal.
