A former soldier just set off an incendiary device and fired an airsoft rifle right outside 26 Federal Plaza — the building that houses ICE and immigration courts. This wasn't random. Andrew Arrabaca, a 43-year-old Army veteran and National Guardsman, showed up armed with axes, a machete, knives, fireworks, and a cart reading “ICE off our streets.” He poured flammable liquid, lit the blaze, fired pellets at the building, and told investigators he didn't care if he killed people.
